Airtel grievance from a airtel senior customer

I am very disappointed with the service provided by airtel personnel.
I have been a loyal and senior customer of airtel.I am considering changing my current broadband connection
to some other service with more consistency and concern for their paying customers.

I have been under tremendous mental harassment regarding the inconsistency of email and phone correspondence.
There are many reasons for my current mental anguish. Airtel is not the only broadband service provided, I do have other options.

1.When I switched over the plan to 2mbps 4 gb plan in april. My speed got upgraded only after the plan changed.
I was under the impression that 4 gb for was from the day of the plan change.
I was not informed about at all about the prorated calculations.
I was under a huge shock to see a bill of 3665Rs

2.When I asked to be switched from the next billing cycle may 26th to 499 64kbps unlimited plan.

To my shock my speed is 64kpbs today.

I have email correspondence shown below stating that the update will happen in the next billing
cycle only, the mistake was on the side of airtel and to ignore the previous mail.

I was initially planning to switch my plan to 899 unlimited plan 6 gb at 4mpbs and 256kbps after that.
One representative advised me airtel was offering only 512 kbps upgrades to all airtel customer
and they no longer offer speeds under 512 kps.Under his advisement I opted for the 64kbps unlimited plan
in the thought it was actually 512 kbps plan.I thought the initial speed itself would be 512kbps.

Then I asked another personnel today he said the upgrade would happen by june 1st and another representative
said it would take till end of June all in the same day.I don't know when it will really happen.

Please forward this email to your higher officials to know the difficulties of your valuable customers.

I am going to deliver a personal letter to the concerned head and to make sure no other customer goes through the same
pain and mental stress I went through.Make sure all your personell have consistent and current information.

Airtel illegal charges

My Post-paid Connection No. [protected]
I am forced to send this complaint to you as the circumstances are pushing me to do so, to be honest to you i am very upset about a few things.
1. I would like to bring in your notice of illegally charging money from my postpaid number by sending message for the services that I haven’t used from the phone. I received a message from num 54321 from airtel service at 3:57 pm on 20-05-10 "thanks for using AirtelTV subscription service from airtel. You have been charged Rs.15/-. Enjoy Games Club!
http://gclub.in " which i haven’t used or prescribed for. I again received another message from MobileTV at 3:57 pm on 20-05-10 "Thanks for choosing ESPN on Airtel Mobile TV. You have been charged Rs.15/- for 7 day(s). To stop service sms TV UNSUB to 54321.".
I called customer care No. 121 at 10:23 pm on 20-05-10 and the person responded was Mr. MIR, i asked him to register my grievance and kindly issue me a Complaint-Docate for future correspondence, but he refused to give the same and clarified that I had to pay the charges and he disconnected the call by saying " Airtel mein call karne ke liye dhanyavad". I was really upset with the attitude shown by Mr. MIR.
I called again customer care No. 121 at 10:31 pm on 20-05-10 lodged a complain, Mr.DEEPAK took the complaint and gave me the complaint number(: [protected]), just wanted to mention that i never subscribed the said service and the charges if added to my bill will automatically effect our relation.
2. Strict action to be taken against Mr. MIR who is of no use to your organisation and can only bring disrepute to such a big organisation.

Airtel call from +[protected]

Hi,
My name is N Banerjee. I use the Airtel mobile number . I have received calls from unknown numbers with ISD code +[protected] which is for Pakistan.

To substantiate my statement, I have received a call on 18/05/2010 at 22.19 hrs from +[protected] When i tried calling the numbers from where i received these calls, I was told that I have won INR 1200000 gift voucher from “Airtel’. When this is dismissed as rubbish, the person on the other end starts using an abusive language.

More so, these calls come through at odd hours too.

It is obvious from the foregoing that the database of Airtel customers is available to these callers and they are not only harassing your customers, but also maligning your name.
I request you to probe this matter and resolve this issue. I am sure, you would have received more complaints about this issue.
Awaiting your quick response.
Best Regards.

Airtel arm twisting tactics

Recently transferred to Mumbai from Hyderabad, I had to change my mobile service provider and take a new number. Based on my own research I narrowed my option to Vodafone. But all logic set apart,

I decided to go for Airtel based on my friend’s recommendation and ever since it has been a nightmare.

I stay in Bhandup and work in Worli. The nearest Airtel Relationship Center (ARC)was in Mulund West- one Bhavna Connect. I called them up and found from the the documents I should submit to get a postpaid connection. According to their instructions- I carried with me the following:

a) Copy of the rent registration agreement. It should be noted here that the house was rented in my wife’s name and it was unambiguosly mentioned that Mrs. XXXX ( my wife) was wife of Mr. YYYY ( myself).

b) Copy of my PAN card

c) Photographs, and

d) The activation charge of Rs. 300

I was serviced by Mr. Ravi an executive there who studied all the documents and told me that they were in order and then accepted payment and gave me the SIM card ( No. [protected]). This was on the 7th of May 2010 and he told me that my connection would get activated the same day evening. True to his word, the SIM card got activated the same day evening.
The subsequent events are outlined below in chronological order:

1. 10th May 2010- Airtel officer visits house to verify address and other information provided
2. 11th May 2010- Received call from Mr. Ravi at Bhavna Connect, seeking clarification that my name does not appear on the Registered House Rent Agreement. Pointed out to him that the agreement was drawn in the name of my wife that my name appears as the name of the husband. He was satisfied and on asking him whether there is a problem, he answered in the negative saying that this should be fine.
3. 12th May, 2010- Received an SMS Alert from Airtel requesting me to submit my documentation to the point of purchase to avoid disconnection
4. 12th May, 2010- Immediately called Customer Service Representative and informed him of the SMS Alert and asked him what further documentation is needed. He informed me to ignore the SMS and that everything was in order.
5. 12th May 2010 - Received confirmatory mail by courier giving me the details of my plan and that my subscription is confirmed
6. 13th May 2010- Without any notice whatsoever, all outgoing calls were barred from my number. Enquiring with the Customer Service Representative, Mr. Vinod, I was informed that a piece of documentation called SIS was missing and that I had to go to the ARC where I purchased the connection to get the issue rectified. On telling him that I had filled up all the forms given to me by Mr. Ravi at Bhavna Televentures and that I was informed the day before that this was an error on the part of Airtel, he asked me to get in touch with Airtel Nodal Office.
7.13th May 2010 - Was send a Reference Number ( F [protected]) by SMS
8. 13th May 2010- Immediately called up the Nodal Office and talked to Mr. Satyaveer Singh. He checked out my details and informed me that it was a miscommunication and arranged for all outgoing calls to be activated.
9. 13th May 2010 - All outgoing calls were restored immediately
10. 14th May 2010 - Made a few calls during the daytime and in the evening found that all outgoing calls are again barred.
11. 14th May 2010 - Immediately called up Customer Care Representative and talked to Mr. Tanaji. He cited the old issue of incomplete documentation as the reason and asked me to go to Bhavna Televentures. On citing my earlier interactions, he then gave me the number of the Appellate Authority to communicate to.
12. 14th May 2010- Wrote to the Apellate Authority to Mr. Vishal Gurung, who is supposedly be the highest authority for Airtel in Mumbai. Got an automated response saying that my issue would be resolved in 24 hours and was given a reference number- [protected]
13. Waited for 2 days and nothing happened...looked like Mr. Gurung was either not interested or had better things to do
14. 17th May 2010- Called up telephonically to the Apellate Authority to find out status of request. Phone was attended by a Ms. Nisha who told me that Mr. Gurung was not available. So I briefed her about my problem and she said that she will check into it.
15. 17th May 2010 - Ms. Nisha promptly called me back giving me yet another new reason for the abrupt discontinuation of services. She tells me that my name is given differently in the system. On querying with her as to whose mistake it was that a wrong entry has been made, she turned high and mighty telling me to go visit the ARC to rectify the issue and that she couldn’t do anything ( imagine the Apellate Authority, the highest authority of Airtel in Mumbai ) saying that they couldn’t do anything
13. In the same telecon, I told her that I do not have any other document to submit and as to whether Airtel could take back the SIM card and return me the Activation charge since the service was not being provided, her reply was interesting. Airtel would gladly take back the SIM card, but the refund was possible only after 60 days !
14. To cap it all, on 17th of May 2010, I receive a self satisfied mail from one Mr. Satish Pathak, Apellate Officer telling me that my issue has been resolved and asking me whether I was satisfied with the " service " provided.
15. Lastly, I write back to Mr. Pathak telling him that my issue still remains and yes true to its style...I get a reply from Airtel...thanking me for writing to them and giving me a new reference number [protected] and promising me resolution in 24 hours...And so the jouney has come back to square one...
16.I reviewed my experience with Airtel on Mouthshut.com giving their services a big thumbs down on the 17th of May 2010 and with 3 hours of writing the review, my SIM card which untill that time could receive incoming calls was deactivated completely and am now not in a position to get even incoming calls ! I get a message saying " SIM Card Regsitration failed ! ". Talk about freedom of speech.

My advice to future potential customers of Airtel is to refrain from this house of white collared thieves.

Regards.

Airtel unable to recharge

Since the time Airtel Call home automated their systems, they have tightened their security rules such that it does not allow me to recharge the account with any credit card. I could use the same credit card else where just fine but when i try to recharge, it says -certain rules in the system are preventing to recharge. The worst part to this is the amount is being billed to the card without any transaction reference, so it takes another one month to get that off my statement. It is frustrating experience. I have spoken to Airtel Call HOme customer care executives and they have not been successful in giving a resolution to me till now. Airtel Sucks...

I have sent innumerable mails to this office of ombudsperson, but I am shocked to notice that till date I have not received a single acknowledgement or solution to my problem. it is highly shocking to experience this sort of services from a company claiming to be number one in telecom sector in india, and is now planning to offer services at the global level. I dont care what you do at the international level, but in india, I expect your office to answer to the problems faced by the customer. I wonder, why such company's are not pulled up to the courts and other competent authorities.

May be airtel does not like my complexion...

Or else, in these cut throat competition, when every provider is grasping to pull customers to its fold, and especially airtel, in gujarat..

Airtel outgoing cancelled without any reason for more than 1week

This is a complaint letter with respect to the above mentioned Airtel card i.e [protected] which I am currently holding now. I purchased this card for my business use. I am very annoyed to say that Airtel is the most bad mobile service which I have ever dealt with. I am sure that you will not happy to hear this, but this is the fact, as none of your customer attendee knows how the company works, what offer they company have or had or how to deal with a query.

I purchased the above mentioned Airtel card for Rs 300 may be 4 weeks back along with the Airtel World calling card for Rs. 2, 200 [approx] from your Thane Gallery behind Malahar Cinema]. After, which I started to use this card a week later. I got many of my friends staying in London due to which I opted for your World calling card. At the time, when I purchased your card, my credit limit was only Rs.500 which I believe you offer for a new customer. A week later, I received a SMS from Airtel informing me that My credit limit has been revised to Rs. 1, 500. Now, I got a habit of checking my outstanding unpaid bill on a daily basis by dialing *121*12#. I noticed that every day, my outstanding bill was increased by Rs. 100 or Rs 150, which made me to call your customer service centre i.e 121. I called up your customer service on 29 April 2010 and told Mahesh [who answered my call at that time] about the issue. He said " Mam, whenever, you use World calling card, we charge the world calling card rates on your Mobile bill and when the bill is generated at the month end that World calling card amount will be deducted from your bill, reflecting the correct amount in the bill". I accepted his answer although I felt it was not valid to charge from your monthly bill when you have actually purchased the World calling card. I then, told him that if that is the case then My credit limit will exceed and my outgoing will be cancelled in future. He then replied that if that happens then call the customer service and explain them the issue they will activate your card again. I said Ok to him. If you want to double check what I have mentioned above then I would request to listen the "call records" which Airtel do before attending any customer.

Three days later, on Monday i.e 3 May 2010, my outstanding amount i.e 1, 600 [approx] exceeded the credit limit of Rs. 1, 500 and my outgoing calls was cancelled. As advised by Mahesh on Thursday, I called up Airtel on Monday evening after my outgoing was cancelled. Now. this time, the person who attended my call was different and he advised me of some other thing which I dont accept. He said " Mam, you were wrongly advised previously, Rs 1, 600 is your outstanding amount which is not of inclusive World calling rate". I tried to explain him, but he was again an untrained person of Airtel. I asked him to transfer the call to any of the "Senior person" in the team may be a team leader to whom I can talk to. He transferred the line to "Iqbal [I might be wrong in his name, as he was very slow]", he also, said the same thing that " Mam, you were wrongly advised previously, Rs 1, 600 is your outstanding amount which is not of inclusive World calling rate". I didn't buy these both people answer as I am sure my outstanding call amount can not exceed Rs. 1, 500 as I have only used the new card for 2 weeks or less than that. I hanged up the phone this time, as I believed these people are untrained and telling crap thing which is unacceptable.

I called up Airtel again on the same day i.e Monday at night time approximately at 11.00pm. Surprise, surprise, again the call was answered by Mahesh the one who answered my call on Thursday. I told him that My outgoing are cancelled because the amount exceeded the credit limit, he again gave me the same explanation as he gave me before, " Mam, whenever, you use World calling card, we charge the world calling card rates on your Mobile bill and when the bill is generated that World calling card amount will be deducted from your bill, reflecting the correct amount in the bill". I told him that I had called up Airtel earlier today, spoke to Iqbal who gave me different explanation. I asked him to transfer the line to some of his senior who can confirm me what is the actual and correct bill. Unluckily, the call was again transferred to Iqbal, who again repeated the same thing. I told him that for the time being I will pay Rs. 500 and asked him to activate the card, but he said he cant activate my card unless I pay Rs. 1, 231 [approx]. I told him that I have not received the bill for Rs. 460 for my 1st month upto 21st April 2010, I told him that I cant pay the bill unless I have seen the bill. But, again he was not listening to me and asked me to pay Rs. 1, 231 to activate the card. I hanged up the call again this time, as I don't thing his answer was acceptable and valid. Post this, I didn't call Airtel again although my outgoing was not activated. I seriously, believe that none of your customer attendee got enough knowledge to how to answer a query.

Post this on Tuesday, I called up Airtel again to inform them that I have not received the paper bill yet, the person who answered the call said that the bill is delivered to your address and you will receive soon.I would like to confirm that I have not yet received any bill for Rs. 460 yet from your office. The last date to pay this bill is 12 May. I want to make this clear that I am not going to settle any bill or any late charges for this amount until my above issue is solved by Airtel and I have a correct and actual bill reflecting the correct amount.

Following this, on 07 May 2010, my incoming calls are also cancelled and now my card is showing as "Inactive Sim".

I am very disappointed with this crap service that you provide to your customer. I need a written explanation to my above email from a "Senior and well trained" person of Airtel. If you fail to respond me in next 48 Hours then I would believe that you are not answering my query and I can legally sue Airtel for the bad and poor service.

Regards,

Nitya

Airtel worst ever customer service - beware

Hi,
I bought this connection in december last year and on april 27th, I logged a request to move the connection/dish to my new house i.e to de install everything from my old house on April 29th and reconnect to my new one on 30th.

Technician did not turn up on 29th, and on 29th i again called the customer service and logged a complaint. (ref no : 2583881 and 2632397)

Since then I have been calling them. I am now moved to my new house and I had to remove the dish myself. today its 8th May.. No signs of Airtel guys coming in and fixing my connection

All they had been doing is to deduct money from my account daily for the service that I am not using since April 29th.

They also have closed my complaint saying the customer move his dish himself ! and did not bother to check with me before closing.

I have been since then calling them repeatedly and everytime they told me that some one will be in touch. Infact couple of times they did call me to say, some engineer will call to fix up an appointment

I am still waiting with my dish lying in living room area of my house

Worst Customer Service experience I have ever had. I think these guys take the customers for granted.. as in india we do not have proper legislation...so the exploitation

Airtel harrasment of airtel service

I have converted my post paid connection to prepaid on Jan 9th 2010 in Airtel Porur Showroom chennai,

although I have submitted all my douments and enrollment form at the time of conversion still dirty airtel has deactivated my nuber saying that they haven't received my doucments very strange question how does airtel showroom accept coversion application without proper doucments, but still I submitted all doucments again after which my number got activated.

after two month i.e on 06/05/2010, I got a message from airtel that they haven't received enrollment form and they are going to dactivate my numner.

What a ### service airtel is providing one time they will harass you by telling you haven't submitted doucments and other time it says you haven't submitted enrollment form. shame on Airtel and on Mr. Sunil Mittal whose organization is so poor that their inefficency is passed on customers.

very bad mr Mittal. pooooor service

very shortly we can see airtel at number one position from bottom.
in an interview to CNBC awaaz he honestly said that the party for Telecom companies is over and he has no interest in this sector. so Bharathi group is moving to insurance and retail segments.

so when your big boss is making such comments so as the bottom level guys. worst service guaranteed.

Hello Lokesh,

Time & again you people have proved worthless none of you guys have given a
relevant answer,

I never had said that my number is inactive, all I asked was the reasons for
sending texts from the AT- Alerts when I already had submitted enrolment form
and other supporting documents,

Thanks for recommending me to get a new Airtel number I don't think any normal
person would be interested taking your services when he has already suffered so
much with support service.

Ridiculous replies, your Nodal officer has given stupid reply not at all
relevant to my question then finally a higher escalation gives more stupid
answer it seems that in Airtel the higher level we go the more

stupid people we come across I have put all interactions I had with Airtel in
all websites let the whole world know what kind of people exists in Airtel.

I have had the same issue. We filled out the right forms at the centre and submitted all forms, proofs, for prepaid connection for [protected], they deactivated the form and demanded that we fill out a magic enrollemnt form on a Sunday which is not possible given all offices are closed. This was done after 7 days of use of sim card - how is that airtel allowed the service for 7 days and then revokes it when customer is away traveling ? we bought this sim card for an overseas guest and were embarrased to see that the premier service provider can arbitarily switch off service without warning and demanda form that was already filled out and submitted.
The process is defined as such. When you go to the airtel website, there is no description of any MAGIC enrollement form and we haev completed all the steps indicated. THis is harrassment. We have 2 airtel connections in this house. We may rethink keeping it.

Airtel misbehaviour by airtel staff

On 12/04/2010 I approached Airtel Relationship Centre at Old Bus Stand, Anantnag, J&K to convert my Airtel Postpaid Connection([protected]) to Prepaid. The person sitting behind the counter asked for proof of identification and I duly provided him a xerox copy of my official I-Card.
However he refused to entertain the same without giving any concrete reason. I insisted that he should accept my I-Card as proof as the Postpaid Connection had been issued to me on the basis of I-Card ! However he got furious and said that it was not acceptable to him and that was it! I told him that instead of losing cool he ought to educate me about the reasons for the non-acceptance of a valid I-Card as proof and that I would escalate the matter to higher authorities but he boldly told me to do whatever I can. I called Airtel Cutomer Care and lodged a complaint. I was assured about action by 16th and was given complaint no. [protected]. However no action has been initiated so far for whatever reasons.I contacted the Customer Care several times but every time I am given a new compl aint no. ans assured of action but of no avail.
This reflects badly on the Customer Care that Airtel boasts of.

Regards

Tariq Ali

Airtel pathetic customer servie

I work at Dell Mohali. Was a loyal customer for last 3 years. Retained the same number thru out..Off late I was not able to dial a particular number. Raised a complaint. After 2 days the complaint was auto-closed. I didn't even get a call from Customer care. I called them up again. They said issue has been resolved. Iw as still facing the problem. The reopend the case. I got call saying that the Target number is faulty. I got the cell and the SIM changed. Tried all possible troubleshooting. I work for Dell, so, I am not stupid. Called customer care and they spoke rudely. They said that I don't know anything about Mobile Technology. I told them That I will switch network if they behave this way. This guy said Go AHEAD... I applied for TATA DOCOMO [protected] ... Got it activated in 2 days. Then one day a Rep called me and said he will be sending a Duplicate SIM...It has been 4 days. Have't recieved it yet. Called again to find out. Now, this time another guy said that the previous tech made false promise as they cannot send SIM like that. Why was I promised the first time? I don't have time to run to Airtel offcie to get a new SIM. Later another number got blocked. My DAD's. Anyway..I am least interested to get a duplicate SIM as I have a good conenction now. The Cx care is still better than Airtel.

I would like to Sue Dell for being incompitent and useless staffs. They keep critisising about each other. I was not able to speak to my Fiancee and Dad for a week. I am getting married next month and had to discuss a lot of things. This whole episode of talking to differnt people, explaing the problem has made me go crazy.

Not to Service Reps as Airtel : Why the ### you guys read the case logs before calling? You sound like a piece of ### whn you call to check the status whn you don't have a clue of what has happened so far. Learn your Basics first and then try helping others..###s..

Anyways, can someone tell me how to raise a formal complaint against Airtel? I mean at the consumer court. Any help is welcome.

My number: [protected]
Airtel number: [protected] (Have dumped the SIM in dustbin)

Email : [protected]@gmail.com

I have updated Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Linkden and have emailed everybody in Dell Organization not to buy any Airtel conenctions. I am launching a new portal called HATE AIRTEL shortly. I am very furious now. I would like to take a revenge.

Airtel Guys : I want a waiver on Bills. Take the damn money and take your ###ing SIM back. Will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy AIRTEL !

Airtel no proper solution to technical problem produced by company

Respected Sir,
I am Ashish L. Bele regular customer of Airtel Company [protected](Prepaid, Friends Card). I put 2 complents to customer care but not satisfactory solution given by them & I lost my money & too much time in it. My complent/reference no.[protected] on 19-03-10, [protected] on 24-04-10 & [protected] on 25-04-10.
My first complent on 19-03-10, it was for HELLOTUNE. I had call from [protected] at 5:13pm but I am on another call, after it I callback that no. as I didn't know it's of hellotune, I heard 2-3 songs but I had already hellotune on my no. hence I cut the call, but within 2mins. I got message that u hav been charged Rs.15 for Chal re phone utha, it's activated as your hellotune, where I hadn't listen this song & hadn't press any no. to select that song. I call to customer care & told them about this problem, they give me reference no & told to wait upto 24-03-10 to solve problem and call from CC. But I havn't any call & no solution for it & my hellotune was also stopped at 5:32pm on 19-03-10 & told that to restart it you have to paid Rs.45
My second complent on 24-04-10, it was for change in call rates & message rates. I recharged on 23-04-10 of 75 & got TalkTime Rs.68 & again recharge Rs.28 for night calling but it's not successfuly recharged even try two times. Then I recharged of Rs.30 & got TT of Rs.25.20. But later on I came to know that my call charges are changed & message chrges also changed. After taking my complent they told me that this technical problem is solved & you'l get your regular charges & balance of Rs.28 for night calling within 24 hrs. But again as usual no reply from customer care, I again call them on 25-04-10 then they told me to wait till 28-04-10 upto 9:54am for solution of problem. Again no reply upto 11:45am. Then I call them again & they told me that you recharged of Rs.75 & your plan changed to 1paisa/sec. I used to recharge of Rs.75 but it never happens but change occur in it then they have to inform customers that now onwards onRs.75 recharge your plan changes to another but they didn't do it. Now I have to pay 5times of message charges than previous and I also lost happy hours(10 paise/min to all Airtel no. at 3pm-5pm & 10pm-8am) & I recharge for 40 paise/min for 24 hrs for other than Airtel for 1 year that benifit I also lost because of that change in plan.
So please do kindful to solve this problem.

Airtel getting charged rs.1 for local and 1.50 for std calls

My number is [protected].

Though i have call charges of Re. 1 for first local call and std rs.1.50 for first call of the day.
rest of the calls 50 paise local and std

from march 2010 onwards im getting randomly charged .
i.e i started getting charged Re.1 for both local and std for some calls
and some calls 50 paise.

After complaining to customer care i was told it will be corrected by april 4 th..
BUT NOW ALL MY CALLS ARE CHARGED Rs.1.50 for std and Re.1 for local..

I cannot understand what was corrected exactly..!

My friends who have got the sim cards with me and having the same offer are getting charged as normal i.e 50 paise for second call.

I cant understand why Airtel keeps giving problems one after another..
NOW THIS IS MY THIRD (3rd) complaint.

Airtel shifting not done

Hi,

I have requested to shift my Airtel Connection ([protected]) from my Old Address to New Address on 1st of April'10 and still I didn't found anything to be going fine. Nothing have been done till date. I have called customer care at 121 and found that the status updated against my number is that I don't have address proof, infact I got a call from executive that he will be coming for the address proof and nobody came to collect any document, beside that there is other update done that wiring is done, but this is all ### and fake update, no wiring have been done till date.

It's been 7 long days and no progress is seen, I am really afraid of the Airtel Services, I have already taken off the Airtel Connection of my office because of the Bad Service and commitment but if still this goes on, I need to take out my this personal connection too...

I talked to a person personally who came for audit from airtel, he told me that sir, this is some other company who is handling this installation, so we cannot do anything, you have to wait till they come, we cannot say the timings.

I can suggest Airtel to take care of such employees, for such a bad response who are really making such a bad impression...

Hi,
Initially I have placed a call to cancel my broadband connection 080-[protected] (on 12th May) at bangalore, bcz of my relocation to cochin.
(I never concidered migrating the current connection bcz of the rent/response-delay problems involved).
Despite placing the call for cancellation, customer care executive started calling every other day for the next 20 days or
so saying, your request for migration is on process. By this time my shifting was almost done and i was so pressured,
I agreed for the migration after several NOs. As per the agreement the rental plan was kept to minimum, INR 250.

Mean while my shifting was completed and

I have requested to shift my connection on 7th Jun by placing the call to 121. After several false timings the
executive finally visited(12th Jun) my place and collected documents and promised to be connected within 3 working days.
Since there were no respnose after 3 days, I raised a call on same. However as of this noon(21th Jun) nobody has
visited my place for the connection. But this after noon one of the executive delivered a wireline modem,
which is not the one i have been using at bangalore(i have paid for wireless 450bx1 modem during the connection
installation at bangalore AND i need the same at my new place)

Apart from this, my old connection pending bill(executive at blore was advised me to pay the pending bill along with the
1st month's bill for the new connection), which was INR 324 as of 8th Jun, getting increased day by day(getting auto
triggred sms at 00Hrs daily) is increased to ~INR 770 as of today. Mean while I have paid the bill when the bill reached
INR470, but the amount still getting increased as per the triggering messages.

One can clearly deduct that there is no co-ordination between the departments, customer retention focus at AIRTEL,
which is seriously frustrating your valuable customer base.
