AliExpress product being cancelled

I received an email:Order No. [protected] Cancelled

Dear Jenny Corrow,
Your Order No. [protected] has been cancelled because payment was not made before 17 Oct 2018 08:13. If you would still like to buy this item, please reorder it at AliExpress.com.
I wrote to seller and sent verification of my payment. And I requested a refund, specifically saying I did not want it resent. It was a Halloween costume and it would not arrive in time. Seller resent anyway. I spoke with someone from customer service, who said I would have to wait till reorder was received to open dispute. Again I said I asked NOT to resend, to just refund me.

AliExpress deductions made order still awaiting payment

So i placed an order on the 14-10-18 for rings from 4 different buyers on the AliExpress platform from my Account. Leonell Echa ([protected]@gmail.com), and a deduction for all 4 items amounted to $24.23. I paid using my Naira Master card for GTBank, the deductions in dollar equivalent was made, but on the platform it read"payment unsuccessful" and when i checked the orders, it had "pending payment" with a "pay now" underneath. i contacted my bank and they said they were waiting for the merchant (AliExpress) to come claim the payment.

I contacted AliExpress via their online live chat and was asked to contact my bank. On 15-10-18 i decided to click on "pay now" on the items again, and 3 out of the 4 items read "payment successful." The 4th (which was more expensive than the other 3, and which i wouldn't have enough credit to left to purchase it after the initial deductions, couldn't go through.

1st item order number: [protected]- $2.55
2nd item order number:[protected] -$0.60
3rd item order number: [protected]- $0.50

4th item order number: [protected]- $19.74

Initially i tried paying for the 4 items together after adding them to cart. So the deduction was made based on the charge for the 4 items. I believe the repayment i did on the 15th made extra deductions from the available credit in my account.

Can this issue be rectified please? The ring is for my wedding in November.

AliExpress cheating regarding shipping fee!

Hi,
I've ordered a dress yesterday. There was NO shipping fee. However, seller contacted me and asked for extra payment for shipping! Here's the email I received:
You have a new message from AliExpress supplier mad gemm.
mad gemm: "My dear friend, sorry to tell you, the price is too low and my boss said the package can't be shipped if the order is loss money, could you add us 2$ shipping fee, so the order can't loss and no earn.looking forward to your reply soon.

If you don't want to add shiping fee, you can cancel order, pls choose cancel reason ""other ""or ""don't want to buy it "".return money will be faster, thank you for your understanding.

I'm confused and angry because it sounds cheating to me! They don't feel any responsibility to their costumers and who knows maybe this is not the first time someone wants to force costumer and earn money in this way!

I have placed an order on aliexpress.com on 21st July 2017 for two products:
1. Turbo Scrub Home Bathroom Clean Tool Spin Bathtub Brush Power Cleaner Bathtub Tiles Power Floor Cleaner Brush Mop Scrubs Clean: value $ 36.80, Order ID: [protected]
2. Extendable Automatic Spin Scrubber 3 Replaceable Cleaning Free Scrubbing Heads Brush Home Bathroom Cleaning Tool Washing Brush: value $ 23.14, Order ID: [protected]

Both products were paid via VisaCard same day I ordered.

On 25.07.2017 I was informed for Order Number: [protected] that the goods were dispached.
Unfortunately, after checking with my forwarded I found out that the package was sent back on 28.08.2017 without informing me it arrived in the first place.
I raised a claim with Ms. Steven Wu, and the last info from 24.04.2018 was that "Estimated parcel loss", but no money were refunded despite me claiming it.

About order [protected] I was informed on 21.07.2017 that "Dear, your order only the 3Pcs Head Brush, isn't a set . hope you know it" but no info about the goods dispatched. Also, the goods were not received, my forwarded didn't informed me and they sent the package back. When I claimed the issue, Mr. / Mrs. JJ Li informed me they will send the good once again, but I refused and requested the refund of money. Last info was received on 03.12.2017.

I would like to recover my money back since no goods were receipt (I purchases the products from another source when I saw the problems I have with the packages) and that the company should take this in dispute with my forwarder.

If you still require more information, please let me know.

i left my phone to be contacted since i changed my job and after following up several times it was said that the item reached and left Lebanon and no one contacted me and i am really disappointed for waiting more than 3 months and not receiving it i really was looking forward to receiving the item it was stated that you received them after 3 months and them i know that it was received in April and returned after 2 days

AliExpress not getting me product or refund

I ordered a product from aliexpress order id [protected] 2 months back and. GATI was the logistics id [protected] they never contacted me or I couldn't get the product or refund now all they saying are lame excuses for not getting me my money.

It ususally takes aroound 20 days for the product to reach as is from out of country. So I waited around 20 days as said by the aliexpress portal and when I contacted the seller all they were telling was the product reach your near by post office and provided me with number. when I contacted the number was not reachable and when I said to seller he said go contact with customs and keep on doing that for 2 months.

As aliexpress policy if I didnt recieve the product in 15 days after buyer protection am getting full refundbut in my case I haven't got my money or the product. kindly help me with the same.: (

AliExpress order for 2 model cars

We placed order for 2 model cars order no. [protected], for 2.5 months we never received items, we raised dispute saying order not received... Seller says its stuck in customs & they expect you to run to customs to solve the problem which is very time consuming process here.. We also got information from customs that the order has been held back due to mis-declaration by seller but ali-express just closed our dispute with no refund... Tried to chat with customer service but they just abruptly end chat after saying dispute close. We have dealt with many online shopping sites but by far this is the worst experience of cheating...

AliExpress orders and refunds

On 11th October 2018, I ordered five items. I paid through online mode and soon thereafter my money has been debited from my account. But my order status are showing closed after I have already paid. I won't even get a single item yet I have lost my money. I tried to contact the customer service but no help has been given. The customer service is totally useless. Will I get my refund? Or have been cheated by Aliexpress?

AliExpress a dispute result and refund issue

I received a fake pair of puma slides and i opened a dispute team but dispute team kept saying my evidence is invalid. i am really angry and wish to talk directly to the dispute team. i own an authentic pair which i bought from puma store and the one that i received from aliexpress is clearly a fake pair. i am not satisfied and i am very very angry.

AliExpress [protected]

Purchased bag from Bopai Official Store, Aliexpress. First seller tried to say item delivered and I should accept. However, I was 450 miles away and found on my return home a card advising me that package was at the local collection centre. Collected package and when inspected found that it was an old model, not as described in the listing. Contacted seller, nor very co-operative, followed up on dispute raised when seller was trying to get me to accept without inspection. Now find seller has added more photographs to site. However, the description and photographs in the main listing all refer to the superior new model. There are many referenced differences, size, hard frame, secret pocket, etc. Have tried to upload photographs to show old model received, but every time unsuccessful.

AliExpress apparently abusing their buyer protection program

According to AliExpress I violated their buyer protection program.

The actual problem though is I have 9 undelivered items on which there is a full refund guarantee if the product is not delivered within 60 days. To claim as such is actually not possible on their automated pre-selected dispute process. And as soon as you lodge a dispute the seller extends purchase protection but the 60 day guarantee must now be honored.

What happens according to Aliexpress is you need to follow the dispute process and in this case is not possible so you have to create a dispute stating that it is a logistics tracking problem which is the only option available as the other is not relevant. Then you select purchase protection is running out and the item is still in transit which is the second only relavant option. (See Attached screen shots)
After this they come back and say your claim is not valid!

Now in my case this is what I did, all my orders are paid in full and the delivery terms and agreements on the guarantees are not honored anymore. If I received my items its a different story but I did not receive items that I paid for even to this day.

I see this as fraudulent publication and professional theft by paying for things you don't get.

I would like to be refunded on all the orders that I have placed recently due to the fact that I will not be refunded or will not receive my items and I cannot open disputes on the items currently falling within the guarantee period as my is deactivated.

I would also like to see them honoring their guarantees by giving the option to claim for the offered full refund if product is not delivered within 60 day.

I haven’t received my item , and many items recently , but alien dispute refund me less of money and said you shoul provide evidence for not receiving item , it was funny bey tracking show failed delivery , and there are lot of shipping company with different name in turkey , and seller didn’t know which company has received package , so if seller doesn’t know which company ? How can I know ? , AliExpress is always help to thief sellers who abused poor buyer , and I don’t know really , how can fix it and get my refund 😞

It happened with me too. Now i can't open disputes since they terminated my account. I ordered a lot of things (nearly 50 things) from different sellers. And i received none of them.

AliExpress order not delivered to me

Hi I order a product from ali express but I havent recieved it and the people at BlueEX are telling me that they delivered it which pfcourse they are lying about and now they asked me to order the item again and pay for it AGAIN this is my order number [protected]. I have talked to the guys who delivered my order from china as well and they told me to talk to the ones here i. e BlueEX samse goes by from here they are both playing with the customers

AliExpress they do not honor their purchase protection plan

I have a lot of orders than I placed and paid for which I did not receive.

Sellers offer 60 delivery guarantees, I claimed based on this and on purchase protection that runs out.

Most of the Tracking numbers provided can not even be tracked on SAPO, I am attaching copies of the detail

They now claim that I am violating the Purchase protection Plan and refuses to refund me on my orders.

The other issue is that they offer a full refund guarantee 60 day delivery guarantee but when lodging a dispute there is no selection for that and you are forced to use only the available options see attachment below

Do not buy items from Aliexpress. This website is illegal and has no intention to help to resolve problem

I did not receive the items. I believe the item is missing.

But Aliexpress and Seller insists on item is held on customs.
I checked with customs and customs told me it was not there.

My questions is why Aliexpress and the seller refuses to track the item with the original Chinese postal provider.

AliExpress unethical behaviour

I opened a dispute regarding a misleading prices by the CYMII store.
during all mails I changed with him I couldn't get anything with him since he answered all the time about time shipping while I was reffering to price he charged me that was not what was written in the site when I put the order.
now I see that ALIEXPRESS closed the dispute, also talking about the shipping time.
when I opened the dispute I joined a photo of the seller site showing I am right.
I asked also to see the messages exchanges in my messages center.
nothing was done !
I also wanted to speak with the customer service as is published but I still cant find any fhone number, in fact even the possibility of chatting with someone in the customer service is impossible.
what I ask is to get a refund of what I was charged and the price I saw in the net.
I took a photo of this that was sent to aliexpress.

AliExpress seagate 3tb desktop hdd seller (vivian lee)

I have purchased 2 Drives to install in my PC.

the first hard drive was DOA it is not visible by the OS, the BIOS was detecting it but just the first day now the Bios will not see it either.

The second drive worked for less then a Week, it showing up in the OS but as a 746MB drive and it is not accessible, when accessing it from the disk manager I get: "The operation is not supported by this object."

AliExpress wrong measurements

This is a complaint regarding a clothing company called WISHBOP on Aliexpress. I bought and received a jacket stated as 100cm to 104cm for bust size. When I measured it upon arrival, it's only 92cm. So I filed a dispute and the seller asked me to send back to exchange for a bigger size. I rejected unless seller pay for shipping. Then they suggested just a refund of half the price even though the jacket is so off on the measurement. I declined the offer again. Without my agreement, Aliexpress closed the dispute by giving me only 2/3 of the money back. I found this practice unjust and unfair to the customer since it is 100% the seller's fault for posting misleading info. Later, i checked their website and they changed the size small to 90cm for bust - even smaller than what I measured.

AliExpress complaint of seller regarding shipping.

I placed an order in Aliexpress and paid for Registered Mail(Hongkong Post) on 2018-10-05. But the seller shipped the item on 2018-10-07 by ordinary mail. This is very frustrating as it seems Seller can do anything as they want. And as a buyer, even if I have paid for the service, there is nothing I can do. I am very much dissatisfied. I immediately contacted the seller but he did not reply. I even contacted Aliexpress support and the support person suggest me to file a complaint. My order number is [protected]. And Aliexpresss case number is [protected]. Please discourage this kind of act by Seller. If I paid for Registered Mail, how can a seller ship the item by ordinary mail? I can not accept it. So either order need to be cancelled or it needs to be send by the shipping I paid for.

AliExpress product delivered on a wrong address

Please note my package tracking# is rc182677782my
I have received is yesterday.
It was delivered in my neighbor, thankfully they know me & I received called from my neighbor & they delivery my product.

Why it was delivered on wrong address,?
They got my cell phone number in their data system.
So, the delivery guy should have called me if he was confused instead of giving package on wrong address.

I bought many items in one order, one of the item is a small plastic bag contain 100 inner plastic rings for birds, when i recieved this bag i count them it was around 64 rings instead of 100. More over i bought 3 pieces bird leg ring for outdoor was not attached with the order.
I weight the package and sent it to proof that there is items missing..

I opened dispute and Aliexpress dispute team asked me for post office declaration! I went to postoffice and they replied that if quantity is missing you should contact your seller..and they refused dispute for not provide evidence!i asked them to return item and get full refund also they refused!
Seller declared that total package was 0.083 and its written on parcel 0.078!
Im dealing with Aliexpress since 2010 with very good reputation from all serious sellers..
And at end they suspended my account!
