The goods were not received. Aliexpress system states delivery failure (although all destination data has been provided). I tried to identify the carrier (unknown company - Sinotrans) but unfortunately no contact data is available.
Further more when I tried to open a dispute aliexpress portal does not allow me to submit it - only option is contact carrier but no info on the carrier is provided. I find this attitude extremely frustrating.

The seller does not respond to my messages. My order is under the Buyer's protection which states that if you don't receive your product within 25 days you can ask for a full refund. The seller answered that they are contacting the customer service and they will definitely return the money but they are not willing to communicate.

As I have told you, my problem is that the item stopped working. I think there is a shortcut inside because no blue light can be seen on the dongle, and no matter if I powered it by the laptop or by the TV set. It is absolutely out of order. the coupons and services
Got lured into setting an account with Aliexpress because they promised a new user $4 to use on any product. Registered, no new coupons, that's fine. Contacted customer service 1st time, which I was told that it might take 24 hours for coupon to come through, understandable.
Checked 2nd time, no coupons, not even in the expired section. Contact customer service, which then got told it was "First come first serve basis".
By the way, nothing on their website says that new user coupons are first come first serve. This new customer service tries to insist on the rule that was not written on the terms and conditions.

I order a simple iron arm for a microphone, a mic support.
For reasons that I dont know, the product was held by customs service in Lisbon Portugal. I have received a letter from portugal's customs with this info... I have open a dispute in aliexpress and I have uploaded the letter that I have received.
I waited just like the seller and aliexpress told me to do, I waited for 2 months, and in the end aliexpress told me that I was not getting my product and that they will give the money to seller. This doesn't make any sense, this is clearly a big mafia.

broken tablet, no new one, and co-workers of aliexpress won't help
My tablet's wifi broke so I can't do anything with it anymore and the seller won't give my money back or send me a new one. She is ignoring me. On 15/6/2018 I ordered and paid for a pair of Nike Epic React Flyknit Women Running Shoes AQ0070-600, colour AQ0067-101, size 7, for $98.99.

While I was doing the payment online the webpage said something gone wrong try again. I tried again for the second time but again the message was showed. The problem is that my money are gone and I din't receive any order confirmation. I want my order to be sent or my money back. it's not fair to get money like this and show a message your payment gone wrong but you took the money and I am not able to receive my order. changing account details ali express is the problem/ I have moved home
When I try to change details on my account there seems to be no way to simply change my address. Even your help only allows questions on changing email address. When I ordered I gave the supplier my home address, but they used the old address, which you have.
The post office sent me an email to say that I was not known at the address and sent the item back to America. Hopefully it is at your warehouse in the uk.

I ordered a 10, 2 inch multi media from Aliexpress website and paid in advance 268 Euros (306$). The actually did not have it in its inventory tried and almost forced me to buy a 9 inch one. When I at last made it clear that I do not want it, the seller instructed me, via email, to ask for a full refund, the reason being (package not received). Since I was dealing with my mother's illness, I saw the message after about 5 days.in the meantime the seller send another email saying that he has sent the package. When I replied that he did not ask my approval for this action, he answered that he thought it was OK with me, since I did not reply to his email immediately! I told him that what he things is his problem and responsibility and that I do not want the product any more. He replied that this is not possible and if I opened a dispute, Aliexpress would support him. I contacted Aliexpress via live chat many times without any result. Now when ever I try to contact Aliexpress again, a message appears saying that all consultants are busy! Actually I think they avoiding me! The most important fact is that I never received the product and have no clue where it is!

They didn't ship it within the first days of my purchase, so I contacted them to ask them to ship it right away before the order was canceled.
It was until then that they replied saying the product was out of stock and asked me to cancel my purchase, but at the same time they asked me to choose "other reasons" so the platform wouldn't punish them. Yet they still had the listing up for that product even though they are telling me, it's out of stock, but at the same time, asking me to lie and say I'm cancelling the purchase for "other reasons".
The worst part is that I'm trying to cancel my order because I obviously want my money back, (it was almost 30 Canadian dollars that i'm not going to let go just like that), but I refuse to lie and choose "other reasons", I'm choosing I'm cancelling my order because it's "out of stock" and they wont accept that option therefore they reject my request to cancel my order until I choose "other reasons"... that's very wrong of them to do it. They had a listing up, they didnt inform me they didnt have the product until I contacted them and now that I have to cancel the order they wont allow me to choose the real reason why I have to cancel it!
I'm very upset about the whole thing, usually all my purchases on aliexpress have been smooth and simple, this one is not the case and the worst part, I want to complain and there's nowhere to do it, I want to tell the truth so ppl know what I went through with that store and they are in control so I can't do it...
