I ordered an item on Aliexpress that was over $600 us
Ordered a touch screen. Was lied to about the shipping date. Was lied to again about the shipping date. item didn't come for over a month. Seller used false tracking to bypass your system! Came severely damaged then it turns out it isn't even the correct unit that I purchased. I bought for a ford fusion and this is NOT COMPATIBLE with the wiring they sent! this is so unprofessional! I want to file a grievance against aliexpress for failure and false advertising! You took advantage of me when your own rules and regulations state I should have been automatically refunded!

Fake items as done nothing about it
Notiticed that what ordered was not genuine with fake hologrames, Sennheiser confirmed they were fake by email, But still done nothing about it as the selleres blocked me from messaging them, As why block me if nothing to hide, Proved all evidence to aliexpress, But still refused. as sennheiser advised me to send all evidence to the fake team.
Desired outcome: Just to be honest about the items as only asked for a small refund, Knowing that they even didn't sound loud and great like they should be.

The Store just lying, a package doesn't travel that long back from Hungary to China. the Original Tracking Time was from China to Hungary just 2 Weeks not 6 Months.
I do not recommend this store to anyone!

I purchased a solenoid valve for CO2 welding machine on 12 May 2022 from aliexpress. My order number is [protected] an the tracking number is RU865102178NL. On opening the package on 14 July 2022 I found 4 black metal rings which do not resemble a solenoid valve in any way. Although the packaging is correctly labeled, the contents are completely different from what I ordered. The is no invoice inside and neither was it sent to me by email. For around 1 month when I contact Aliexpress Live Contact when Ava asks do I want to speak to a live agent, I get a message “There are no customer service representatives online at the moment.”
I’m a dropshipper, I have a lot of orders and slender a lot of money with this company.
I need support when issues with sellers, orders etc come up. The only support I have at the minute I’d a robot (Ava) and that’s just not good enough.

Multiple packages not received
I've been scammed multiple times in the past few months. AddyCraft, Mangoing, and LilCheer should all be blacklisted for crafters. They take order and money but do not send product. Then they pretend to rectify the problem so that you do not file a dispute for the missing items. It's all a scam. Aliexpress is complicit with their new policies. This package combining system they've come up with is a great way to screw people over because they put anything they want in one big pack and then mark it received no matter what. It's ruined everything.
Desired outcome: I want a policy change in how they track their packages, refunds when obvious evidence is presented, and to stop automatically marking a package received.
Seller not respecing the agreement we reached

Multiple sellers of fraudulent 16tb ssd devices
You may have seen 16 Terabyte USB SSD discs advertised widely on AliExpress. I bought three of these from two different sellers.
When first connected they all declared 15.2 Terabyte of space available.
Initially they accepted data which could be read, and changed, However very quickly, adding files caused multiple error messages of various kind - CRC failure disc failure, device not available, and others.
Some of the discs could be re-initialised in the Windows Computer Management -> Disc Manager and then reformatted (Quick Format only), but when files were stored error messages would resume.
I sent details of the failure to AliExpress, and claimed a refund. However, my claim was competely rejected and I am out of pocket.
On opening one of these discs, I discover that they bare actually micro-SD cards, mounted in an SD Card slot on a small PCB, no sign of any kind of SSD at all, even though they claim to be M.2 SSDs!
Desired outcome: This is scam perpetuated by AliExpress owing to completely inadequate monitoring of their rogue sellers. I would like to see this acknowledged, and proper refunds made to those persons who bought these products.
Motherboard for PH315-51 to PH 317-52
Purchased this motherboard Sept 30 2021 - I have a PH317-51 and motherboard was completely wrong even though their advertisement still, sows it will fit 9 months later (June 21 2022). The motherboard also was delivered damaged. I contacted Aliexpress under it buyers protection program and asked to have the motherboard returned as it was wasn't as described and was damaged. They supposed to provide return shipping if within 15 days of delivery - this was day 2. They denied so I started a dispute. This was denied and I was told to ship it back at my expense. I asked to have return shipping taken out of my 525 purchase if they would provide a return shipping waybill as Canada Post does not provide tracking number on international packages. This was also denied - remember I supposed to have free return shipping if product does jot fit item it is described to and or if damaged upon shipping. So I pay 28 and have the motherboard shipped back through Canada Post small parcel Air. Canada Post makes mistake and send via small parcel boat, Takes 3 months. I am able to take return shipping (back to me) if they cant deliver the package to the international (China) dispute directed (my Aliexpress) delivery address. I received a notice Feb 24 2022 it was delivered successfully at the specified address. They say they did not receive it and because it dont have a tracking number I did not send it back to them, even though I provided the confirmed delivery notice provided by Canada Post. So I did everything I was supposed to do- within time frame for damaged item in shipping, and secondly for product that did not fit a laptop that is was supposed to (even provided them a picture of the model PH317-51 I have). Their Buyers protection plan did not provide free return shipping, they received the motherboard and kept my money. Nice company - NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM

I have order a mobile phone from AliExpress with order No. [protected] it is received at our country and hold by custom.I have visited to custom for custom clearance they gave me 2 IMEI numbers of that mobile for registration PTA to pay custom duty.When I tried to register these IMEI numbers on PTA the error is showing IMEI numbers with 1st 8 digits are not valid also IMEI numbers are not register in GSMA.I have informed to seller that my order is still stuck in custom for clearance but due to invalid IMEI numbers of your delivered product custom clearance can not be possible then seller provided 2 an other IMEI numbers for registration but these 2 IMEI numbers were also Invalid.After that I have request for a dispute and explain all things to AliExpress that still I have not received the order kindly refund my amount due to your delivered mobile's IMEI numbers are invalid so custom clearance can not be possible with invalid IMEI numbers so return your product and refund my amount.AliExpress is totally supporting to their sellers instead of customers.AliExpress finished the dispute and release my amount to seller.
It is requested that kindly help me to resolve my issue.

Stay Far Away From This Trap!
This was a horrible, horrible experience! Everything I bought was either too small or too big. Shoes, I ordered a size 10. They sent me an 11 and when I went to return wouldn't you know it...the ability to upload a photo was not working. What does this mean? If you do not upload a photo then you cannot complete the return process so in essence, they prevent you from returning! I tried this site because I'd seen some reviews that said the clothing was true to size. NOT! I ordered a Med / 38 shirt and they were sooo tight it was ridiculous. The pant waist size they got right but the length was 32 when I ordered 33! Know what I think, if thy don't have what you ordered they'll ship you anything just to get your money...and I guarentee you you'll not be able to return it! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PEOPLE! STAY FAR AWAY...

My credit card statement showed may 14/16 posted charges on my credit card for $14.75CAD however i did not buy anything on aliexpress in weeks! When contacting aliexpress they just make you wait, then they tell you to go to the bank...anyways they started scaming and cheating in my opinion. take off your credit cards and use prepaid or whatever...Also many products i noticed get canceleed by sellers but you need to get you money back...IN TIME! or you lose it...
Suspended payments
I have tried to order on aliexpress for days. I just ordered about 2 weeks ago and my Visa was accepted all of a sudden my payment is not accepted due to security reasons. I submitted an appeal and a few hours later received an email telling g me appeal is denied. I did live chat with agents and they said it takes a few days. I submitted another appeal today and same email telling it's denied. I was told I could use another card but explained that I tried several. No one will clear this up. I want to order items and can't.

I received cheap flip flops (as in the photo) instead of a scarf for 15.59 GBP (incl. shipping cost). I returned them using a label provided by aliexpress, and they arrived at their warehouse on the 28th of April. In the meantime, I started receiving messages from the seller that I didn't like, where they tried to blame me for not providing the barcode even though I sent all the information within the parcel. Later I received a message from aliexpress telling me that the package I sent was empty.
I completely disagree with this, as I did send the flip flops, and to me this looks like fraud. I was informed that if I disagreed with their decision I should go to aliexpress Refund & Return section and provide response in 'Solutions'. I tried to respond by providing information and pictures in 'Solutions' but there seems to be a problem with the website, as the 'submit' button circle goes round and the information does not go through to the website. I have tried at least ten times over the last 5 days, keeping on the website with the circle going round for several hours, trying to post the message and photos but they have never gone through. I have also send several emails to aliexpress to inform them about this but I have had no meaningful response.
This does not look like legitimate way of conducting business. They expect me to post my response but I have no real means of responding. I have also asked for refund for a dress that was sent with the same order but there were no problems with that, and I have already received the remaining two items, which were as described.
I would like a refund of 15.59 GBP for this scarf that was never sent to me.
