AliExpress Battery pack 18650 store; order 8136397474664826

Hello
We have not received our batteries, and when we filed a grievance, your company marked it as completed. This is not the case. So far the seller has not provided useable information as to where our product is for us, just under 400.00 U.S. is a LOT of money. We wish a refund otherwise we will not use Ali express again.

If you go to battery 18650 store, they have nothing for sale. We believe they are a sham company

AliExpress Shop0903 store - product not received and no refund issued.

On July 29, 2021, I ordered two items in the total amount of C$13.26 from this seller which did not arrive. When I went online to check on the status, there was information stating that the items were delivered and the order closed. I sent a message to the seller stating these were not delivered and received a response that the items were contained in a combined order and I was was advised to contact the logistics provider. Tracking shows this was China Post.

I did receive a combined order from China Post with a number of items but the the two items ordered from Shop0903 were not in the package. I contacted the seller again advising that these items were not in the combined package and since the items previously ordered are no longer available from their shop, I asked for a refund. I have requested a refund a number of times, but they keep suggesting I contact the logistics provider which I assume is China Post. Since I did receive a package through China Post, I fail to see how contacting them would help.

I would like to receive my refund. In past, when items have gone missing I had no problem obtaining a refund. Please advise what my next steps should be this issue is not getting resolved.

AliExpress Logistics delay to much mucking around

Hey i had a order number for a item i brought on aliexpress it had a date and now it says logistics delay i sick of this happening it has happened before owners should be more clear about if it still coming not thos stupid logistics saying inbound flight arrived out artuved nothing us happening it still in fluppen china [protected] thats my order they shpuld fix this stupid shipping problems

AliExpress No delivery

Re. Order number [protected]. I am having a lot of issues with seller and AliExpress. Tracking for this item shows delivered, but not to me, got delivered 300 miles away. Been chasing this for 5 weeks . Provided all evidence. Seller has 100s of buyers saying no delivery, fake tracker. All I asked was refund or send replacement. Wanted to see if quality matched eBay's . I have brought 40off eBay since this dispute. But principal states seller is a crook and AliExpress are backing him. Please help sort this.many thanks A. AliExpress ZTO Express

For 10 years that I have been buying from the aliexpress site, shippers have been sending my packages to my Post Office Box (in Cambodia) About 3+ months ago half of my packages were shipped by the corrupt Chinese company ZTO Express (Cambodia/Kampot, Cambodia.) In 3+ month employees of ZTO Express, Cambodia/Kampot, Cambodia stole 18 packages! I went to the ZTO office in Kampot, Cambodia and it was a mess. Packages scattered all over the floor. My address on my packages has always been my Post office Box in Kampot. The Post office in Kampot is about 2000meters from the ZTO office. All the ZTO employees had to do was phone or walk over to the Post Office and tell them they had packages for my Post Office Box. ZTO (Cambodia/kampot, Cambodia) employees were more interested in stealing the 18 packages than delivering them.

AliExpress Unethical behavior

I agreed to buy a battery from a seller at $150. Paypay gave Ali $159 which has taxes for the state of PA. The seller instead of shipping this 22Kg(48.5 pounds) battery, he gets some junk like a pack of seeds or something and sends it to anyone in the USA. He gave me this same tracking number as if it were for the battery. When it finally reached "delivered" and I didn't get it, I complained to the seller, and he tells me to go to the post office and get it. I couldn't reason with this seller, so Ali's resolution team steps in. I showed them evidence that this seller would have had to pay $558+ to ship this battery and that is almost 4 times as much as I paid for the battery. I tried to get this resolution team to demand proof of purchase of the shipping for this battery and they just flat out ignore me and are demanding that I go to the post office and get documents that prove that they never had this battery. This is got to be the stupidest thing I've ever seen. The Post Office does not cater to scams. Now after trying to arbitrate this for many days, the tracking is showing delivered three times, all three days apart. This is because the junk he sent someone, is being given back to the postman for re-delivery. This resolution team refuses to consider that also. They also don't look at his feedback and see that his last 30 sales, he didn't ship anything and stole the money with the help of this resolution team. I added up, he has stolen $6048 on just one of his many accounts by using his tracking scam. There is corruption with this company, they are just criminals. This all appears to gone ballistic around the beginning of September 2021. I see this tracking scam on many other sellers feedback for high priced items mainly. I believe this company doesn't like their $2.8 Billion fine from Beijing and are retaliating against their customers. This company needs to be shut down, fined $ Billions more for the money they stole from good people. Employees in this resolution team, need to be doing prison time, because I believe they are part of the scamming using fake tracking. Americans are well aware of the "mystery seeds" and other junk coming from China having meaning, now we know the real reason behind it, "getting a tracking list that shows delivered" to be used on a product they don't even have to sell. The simple solution is "make the seller show proof he paid $558+ for this shipping and tracking", and they won't do it, because they know I'm right. AliExpress Imortor 2.0 faulty product

I purchased the Imortor 2.0 product from Jueshuai Escooter store. The product ID is [protected]. After four weeks of using this product the wheel bearing inside the wheel broke. I cannot use this product as the bike vibrates and shakes too much when I ride it. I have contacted the seller for over one month showing them videos of the faulty wheel. The product is under warranty for one year. The warranty says that the company will send replacement parts. Each day I ask if replacement parts can be sent to me. I get one word answers. The person responding says they will ask the engineer. The engineer never answers, so no progress has been made. I feel that they will never send any parts. This product cost a lot of money and I would like it to be fixed.

I had ordered and shipping by own arrangement.Due to shipper can't carried the goods because of big things. Shipper quoted price wrongly and agreed to sell the item with price at USD90 only.

Things received in August. But refund keep chasing but no reply from the shipper. Pls Check it out sonnest possible.

AliExpress Skmei elegant mechanical mens watches leather strap round hollow dial men wrist watch automatic

I ordered this watch via Ali Express from a vendor called Poruis Featured Watches on 25/06/2021 for £20.26. It arrived some time later approximately mid July, but it was severely damaged and not fit for purpose. The back of the watch had become detached and also one of the hands on the watch dial had fallen off. I notified Ali Express who judged my compliant as valid, but I was unable to return the watch in the short timescale of 1 week. However I did return it on 19/07/2021 at my own cost (£5.70) to China j- receipt photo attached. I never received any refund whatsoever and after several futile attempts to contact the vendor, Poruis, who only offer an auto response robotic system that resolves nothing, I put in an appeal to Ali Express, attaching 3 photos of the damaged watch and a photo of my returns receipt. For some reason they judged that I had not returned the watch, so I am out of pocket not only for the appallingly faulty defective watch, but for the return postage. Frankly, Ali Express have no idea of the concept of customer service and attempting to gain the full refund to which I am entitled has become practically impossible. However, I am not prepared to give up on the matter, hence the reason for my complaint. Basically I feel I have been swindled and I should be fully reimbursed, because the faulty watch was totally unfit for purpose. Please see photos attached and please try to ensure that Ali Express face up to their responsibilities.

Hi team,

Your team has reached me stating they will provide me part time job. They told me to order for 10, 000 from my pocket and they will provide comission to me. Finally they have stolen my 43, 000 rupees of mine and they are very easy in saying that finish your task and withdraw your money. I don't understand what is that finish your task again you guys want money . How come you people don't have heart and steal others money . I don't steal I work each money to get my salary. Please give my money back.

The Item does not work. I forwarded a video of the item not working as requested. They said it was not received so I resent the email with pictures of the email details. It has been a long time with back and forth messaging and still no resolve. So I considered they give me run around, so opened dispute. But when I checked today the dispute states resolved. AliExpress Fraudulent charges on my card after making purchases

I have always used PayPal to make purchases on AliExpress. PayPal wasn't going through so I used my credit card, and made purchases from different sellers, small things ranging $1-$10USD. After a couple days, I started getting unauthorized charges on my card, about $30USD every day for 5 days. This is the only place I use my card. Please offer assistance, this is the first time I'm using my card here so this can't be a coincidence.

AliExpress Sales tax

AliExpress is charging us sales tax even though we have our 501c3 charity bike shop listed with PayPal and have sent them their exemption form and a copy of our state (Florida) exemption certificate. There seem to be no way to effectively communicate with them as all their emails come from a 'no-reply" address and their "live chat" is anything but and totally useless.
This is in relation to order [protected]. The seller has been most cooperative and we have made multiple purchases from them with excellent service.
It appears that AliExpress adds sales tax when we go to place and pay for the order. We pay for it with our PayPal account associated with our Bike Shop. Their invoice to PayPal does not itemize the sales tax so PayPal has no way to know that it was rolled into the price of the item.

We are looking for a refund of the sales tax paid on this order in the amount of $11.84 and to have this account (Member ID: us2522679064lkyae) listed as Sales Tax exempt for all future orders. We can be reached at our verified email address of [protected]@gmail.com, additional contact information is on our attached business card.

I have been buying different items from them for many years and didn't have a problem until I purchased LIGE smart watch from Store No. [protected]. The Seller page advertised watch with many good features including IP68 life waterproof that I was very interested in.

It has ip68 dust proof and waterproof ability to meet the waterproof requirements of daily sports live and sports. Weather it is sweating or splashing with raindrops, it can cope with ease
When the watch arrived, I charged it and configured to my cell phone as required. The next day when I washed my hands, watch suddenly turned off and went dead.
I started a dispute with Seller who was very dishonest. At first they asked if I set the watch and when I replied "yes", it was enough for them to deny my claim. I sent them a picture of dead watch yet they continue to ignore the picture while asking for more proof. I explained that they advertised IP68 water proof protection which they never addressed.
Devices backed by an international standard rating of IP68 are deemed fit enough to withstand dust, dirt and sand, and are resistant to submersion up to a maximum depth of 1.5m underwater for up to thirty minutes. *Based on test conditions for submersion in up to 1.5 meters of freshwater for up to 30 minutes.
They sold defective smart watch and are ignoring any my comments and explanations and also warrantees. I agreed to send back the item, but not willing to pay cost of shipment and requesting full refund along with shipment cost reimbursement, or prepaid envelope, so I can send them watch for failure analysis and evaluation.
It appears Seller is dishonest and doesn't stand behind their product. Should they follow the procedure to obtain certification, there should be no issue with the product performing as advertised.
The Aliexpress.com customer service team is standing behind Seller, they are totally ignorant people that and not willing to help customer.
Trust me guys you are at risk to lose your money buying with Aliexpress.com

I have issue with AliExpress seller who send me the order not as agreed with him
I bought hair dryer 10 Pcs and asked the seller to be UK plug
first, the seller told me not available then I told them if it's not UK plug i cannot order it because it will not work with me in my country
then after sometime they told me it's ok we can make your order as UK plug
before I order again I asked him that to make sure about UK plug as it's the most important for me.
when I receive the order I found it's coming with US plug! and they send me adapter only to cheat me. I contact the seller that time and asked for full return and refund as the items will not be work with me without UK plug
seller refused that and offer me some money only to refund like 10% from the total order and to keep the order. I refused that because I paid about $200 for the order and cannot keep it
seller refused to make refund unless I return the items (with pay the fees by me)
I refused that for sure and asked AliExpress support to help on that
they recommend me to open dispute, i opened that and the seller asked the same (to return the shipment and pay the fees)
the dispute didn't give me any other option so i couldn't do anything
i go back to support of AliExpress again and told them the same but they start let me wait everytime I asked them to help they told me you didn't return the shipment so we couldn't help you
they said contact seller only and ask them to do something for you
i informed them many times that seller is playing with me and didn't reply
they tried to contact the seller but they didn't reply even to support
and nobody could help me on that

note that i open about 7 tickets with support about the same and every time they are saying wait our Email and i never receive any email except one time with no result

appreciate your help in this case to refund my full money

AliExpress Product not received - my requests ignored.

I am Ramesh currently studying in Indonesia. This is a complaint about the product "LeTv Le Max LCD Screen."

Details -

Complain -

It is rather a disappointing experience to me so far in buying at Ali Express. I ordered an LCD screen on the date mentioned above and was waiting for a long period of time and it never came to my hand. The tracking showed evidence of the product reaching from China to Indonesia (Screenshot attached). After that, it showed " delivery Attempt failed." I opened a dispute under the options provided and the dispute was close very soon and I was asked to go to the post office and collect my product (Screenshot attached). The seller told me the same. I went to the post office and they showed me they are tracking records. They told me that it has not come from China but from Singapore. There is no more record with them after it reached Jakarta (Screenshot attached).
After, I reached out to the seller and explain my situation. I knew that he had already received money and he began to ignore me. Finally, he blocked me in the message field so I would not be able to reach out to him (Screenshot attached). I learned very soon that I'm ignored because of a fault on the side of logistics. I called the Post service of Indonesia and they are not sure about what has happened with the logistics. I went to the post office once again and what I could learn is it is still the same. Therefore, I thought of filing a complaint.
I'm currently studying as a student and I paid for this product with much difficulty in this pandemic season because I need it. All I experience with Ali express is I am ignored. Therefore, please consider the time I have waited for the product and all the inconvenience that I have been through so far. Hope your team will provide a solution for me.

I hope that you would either send me the product or refund the money spent.

AliExpress Product Damaged during Shipping But Logistic Provider Did Not Accept Responsibility

Attached pictures containing details of order, report submitted by seller on product damaged during shipping, product before shipping, and product on receipt.

Communicated with seller and we agreed the product was damaged during shipping. Seller submitted the report but logistic provider didn't admit they were responsible, and asked to get local logistic provider to bear the responsibility. As far as I (the buyer) is concerned, the product was damaged during shipping, and I expect the logistic provider(s) to answer for it. There must be certain level of service guarantee between the providers.

Kindly advise how to proceed, to seek damages incurred during shipping.
