AliExpress Aliexpress not respecting his own judgment and final solution in order case number case update for your order [protected]

ALIEXPRESS NOT RESPECTING HIS OWN JUDGMENT AND FINAL SOLUTION IN ORDER CASE NUMBER order [protected]

ALI EXPRESS refunding 86,96 EUR but not the seller return shipment fee of 28,05 . (see attachement bill ) as in the aliexpress final solution judgment:

Solution:Return goods,full refund 86.96 EUR seller pays the return shipping fee (see attachements)

I am now more than 2 months trying to get my rights.

Desired outcome: i want the return shipment fee of 28.05 euros as was decided in the final solution of aliexpress

AliExpress A hand drill

my drill arived & it looked like it was open & been searched.

i tried to operate it but the drill does not rotate even though the motor is running, it is not the first time that i v got-a bad shipmant from aliexpress. a phone holder [one of tew ] was open and broken. it was cheep so i threw it away, im realy not happy with you service in a minor speaking,

I logged on following your link but I am not allowed to communicate with you.

3 combined items including gear box cover.

Please try to call carrier on [protected].They never pick up the phone,the voicemail is full.I can’t contact them.

I was never given the name of exact post office so I went to local one,address :La Poste,40 Rue Jean Bringer 11000 Carcassonne

Their phone number for your team to verify information :3631

I showed them number:FRTSM0000000325689HD.The building has cctv recording.Their system doesn’t recognise the number.The parcel is not there.You can go online and enter the number for verification.They have tracking system.

Carrier didn’t provide accurate address of location,provided no scan,no photos, no evidence of item delivered.The carrier didn’t leave card in my letter box with exact location of item.These days it’s impossible to cheat,they have cameras,they could have simply taken photos.

In your response today,you sent a link saying item was delivered.I clicked on the link it shows item still not delivered.for transparency and thoroughness of investigation on AliExpress side,please provide me with:

1)Copy of documents proving delivery to the post office with exact name,date,signature)

2)History of scanning from carrier from beginning to end.

3)Evidence of me picking the item(paperwork,date,exact location of post office ,documents signed,cctv recording,name of staff who released the parcel)

5)documents evidencing attempted delivery with exact home address of delivery,photos,gps records,date,records of scanning.

6)evidence item was delivered to my home(photos,scan,time,exact home address)

7)In your response you say the item was delivered.I pressed the link,I snapshot the image(attached)the data says the item wasn’t delivered.Please explain how you investigate complaints.

8)I received email on 14/09 to collect parcel but there is no specific address,why?

8)if you cannot evidence the above,why do you accuse me of having received it and refuse refund ?

I cannot accuse someone of picking up a parcel when I have no evidence he did and when the computer system shows the item wasn’t delivered.That’s fraud.

If you are unable to provide me with then you have not carried out thorough investigation.

I would like to start formal complaint.

Please give me address and procedure to follow.

This is clearly fraud.

AliExpress Seller: grace watches store

This was the most horrible and sloppy transaction with a aliexpress seller I have ever encountered. The response I just received, order closed. I also did not, asked for a refund. What is going on with this seller? I purchased this watch twice. First purchased was in august 3, 2022 time 17:04. After continuous back and forth 'not received order' to my destination this seller continue saying package was delivered. Through investigating on my end package was never delivered. I really wanted this watch. So I let that delivery, go. I went ahead and purchased a reorder again. From the beginning of this new order I saw tracking unavailable in china for over three weeks. This has been going on since the september 1, 2022 time12:05. No tracking number. After contacting 'ava help page' customer service a week ago say package is in transit to your destination'. Now today I checked status of delivery and I see order closed. I was charged twice on my bank card for two purchases for these watches and now I have no watches and two debit charges on my bank card. I don't know how 'grace watches store' has a 100% positive feedback. I give them 0% feedback of recklessness with my purchase. Watch was never in transit. I checked today and package status is still showing sitting in china

Hi I have a big problem because I ordered the name of Martyna Mierzwa Modrzewiowa 15 Biała Podlaska somehow already more than half a year ago wig "Mikasa Ackermann" and this wig not enough that did not come is somehow lost information. It seems to me that it was from this e-mail that I ordered from this account but I'm not sure, I have a bank statement for the transfer to aliexpress but I do not know what other proof I could send, please help

AliExpress Need Warranty

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding a product I purchased from AliExpress.com

My order ID with AliExpress.com is [protected]

I contacted AliExpress.com started on August 19, 2022, and explained that the product has issue, the issue cannot be solved till now. Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write direct to you.

I brought a XiaoMi cell phone from Aliexpress (Order ID [protected]) for $390.02 on 11/11/2021, however, the phone has issue to turn on and off. Because it is still under warranty, so I contacted the Aliexpress to repair or replace the phone. I chat online at Aliexpress.com webpage started from 8/19/2022, but till now after many times chatting online, I still cannot get the problem solved. I even can repair locally and share the repair fee with them only need them to send me the parts which cannot be found in local repair store, but they still refuse to give me the parts. The power button parts does not cost much, but they just do not want to solve this issue.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like for AliExpress.com to send me a replacement phone or repair the phone. If the phone cannot be replace or repaired, I would like for AliExpress.com to refund the full purchase price of $390.02.

If the phone must be returned to AliExpress.com, please direct Aliexpress.com to make arrangements to pay for the expenses of the return.

AliExpress Lotusse kids 7 inch tablet with dual sim

Having paid for two of these tablets BY ACCIDENT I canceled one and then told the seller to cancel it before sending it out to me. They said that they got the cancelation and that was already shipped. Days later, the tell me that they will stop the shipment before it goes out. So they had been lying! I conducted a dispute on Ali Express website. Two weeks later, still no tablet and still no refund. Now the seller is playing with me some more, telling me to open a dispute again, like I hadn't done it 2 weeks ago. Why aren't they asking me instead if I've received the refund! And since they know that I'm this angry, why aren't they offering me a direct refund?

I wish that Ali Express takes this company - ShenZhen BDF tablet Technology Co., out of Ali Express asap, and send me the refund immediately too!

AliExpress My Entire Account

I have messaged over 70 suppliers at the same time telling them I was a dropshipper and asking them if they had any new products that aren’t too saturated. They have all responded to me, but as soon as I tried replying back, I literally got the same response from AliExpress, and when I’ve tried contacting them today, this was AliExpress response after I tried to send a ‘Thank you!” message: “this message contains prohibited content and hasn’t been sent. Any further messages of this nature may result in account restrictions”. I literally tried to send ‘thank you!”. How is a ‘thank you’ response deemed ‘prohibited content’?! This is very frustrating. I will have to create a new account and contact them all over again, because they were all very friendly and excited to want to partner with me, yet I literally cannot do anything, and now they probably think I was not serious about BUSINESS. I tried contacting AliExpress support, but their system is literally giving me the runaround! The only response I’ve gotten from the support team was, “ the message contained prohibited content. Please be aware that you are required to abide by AliExpress rules and policies. What rules did I break?!?!? I literally tried to send them all a ‘thank you’ response!

AliExpress Message Center & Order Payment

Hello. I am buying clothing for my own store and i by from different sellers on Aliexpress. The problem is that i can't text with them because the message center won't let me send any messages, not even "thank you". It keeps saying this: "NOTE: The message has not been sent. Please be aware that you are required to comply with local laws & policies."

It is a huge problem! i have not done anything wrong!

The second part is that i am not sure if i have to pay two times? when i ordered i paid for severel different orders. The money has already left my bank account. But Aliexpress still says that i have "unpaid items" which I don't understand!?

Please help me out.

Desired outcome: Would like this to work. Message center should work fine and not be this difficult. i would like to know why the order page says that i have not paid for my orders yet, when i clearly have.

AliExpress Fraudulent charges

This is now the 3rd time my bank has flagged for fraudulent charges on my account from this company in the last year. Today 5 charges hit again. Each time I have card shut down and reissued. I am lucky my bank reverses the charges eventually but while I wait I am out the money and have to scramble to cover other financial obligations. I don't understand how only this company keeps having this issue. Not sure why this site doesn't have better security on transactions as I have NEVER shopped them online nor have an account with them.

AliExpress Shipping Costs to South Africa

Good Afternoon

It is appalling that Sellers rig Shipping Costs to South Africa Sellers make use of DHL in most Cases where an Item hardly weighs 200 Grams, and you have to pay overR1100.00 what do the Seller actually pay for such shipment via DHL They definitely put money in their pocket in terms of shipping to SA This should be investigated it is a serious issue! I make use of Ebay in USA and Europe and Items cost less for shipping to South Africa which weighs more than some AliExpress Items!

Something is really wrong and should be Investigated by your Fraud Team or by the Exco of Alibaba and AliExpress!

AliExpress Defective broken phones and how they make it impossible to get your money back

On the 27 of july 2022 i placed 2 ordrs :Order ID: [protected] and Order ID: [protected].

I made photos videos and more tha 3 weeks daily contact with the seller and aliexpress

Time is running out for returning the package before 5 september as stated in the aliexpress judgement.

The protection of the buyer from aliexpress is becoming an impossible task.

AliExpress Not getting the shipping fees from Aliexpress for returning the defective item back to seller as promised.

I have to return a defective wireless microphone back to the seller and the seller tried to returned the shipping fee via PayPal which I don't use and don't have an account. I reported to it Aliexpress and the customer service agents said that they will re-imburse me the shipping fee to me directly. So I waited and inquired numerous times and every time when I called Aliexpress's customer service line, the agents alway said that I am entitled to the refund and they will do their best to get me the refund.

Until recently, I got an e-mail from Aliexpress asking for proof of the shipping fee (Tracking number and the bill) which I attached within an hour receiving the e-mail. Then within the hour, I got another e-mail from Aliexpress stating that the proof that I attached was not effective enough to prove my claim and the request has exceed the Aliexpress protection period. They suggested me contacting the seller for the refund.

I found Aliexpress is very irresponsible as I have contacted the customer service line numerous times and everytime when I asked will Aliexpress reimburse me for the shipping fee directly and the answer was YES. Also I was told that I DO NOT need to negotiate with the seller and Aliexpress will refund me the shipping fee. The following Case ID will support my info:

AliExpress Overcharged

I never shop with AliExpress before so I tried an item with a small amount and see. Somehow it's just so disappointed!

As you can see the clear photos showing that the amount is 1.66 but somehow there's 2 transaction with 2 different amount but none of them matching up with the order details..

I contacted AliExpress and showed the screenshot to get the full refund but they ask more details of the transaction and say I can also cancel it through the system which is they showed only going to refund me $1.66..

I talked to my bank and they said they see the exactly same transaction details from my end or the other.

Does that means they just want to scam my money?! Very disappointed!

AliExpress 2 pairs of shoes

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes about a month ago and they put the wrong address on the package so it was delivered at the wrong address and I contacted customer service and they opened a dispute which is like a criminal trial for the customer. The sellers were rude and blamed me for the mistake, should not even matter, and they denied my orders being resent and a refund. I appealed the decision and they denied that saying I didn't provide proof. Ok well I let the post office know and they said technically they did their job because they delivered to the address on the package even though my name was on it. AliExpress want me to get some kind of certificate from the post office saying that delivery was a failure. They don't do that! I sent a picture of my driver's license which clearly says my name and address. I don't know what to do!

AliExpress Dispute prosess

So I buy a display for my bike it gets here quickly, no problem there but when I get it I get no instructions and the seller tells me the wrong way to hook it up as a result it blows up, breaks it any good no more. I open a dispute, send the screenshots of the conversation where the seller told me the incorrect way to hook up the display and guess what AliExpress sides with the seller for no apparent reason I appeal they want to video I sent him a video then they say they want a more detailed video and as I try to send that they informed me the dispute is closed. While the video proves nothing because I could’ve broke the display or whatever, I send them actual proof the screenshots telling me to hook it up wrong resulting in a failure and them emitting they made a mistake, they still side with the seller. I was on the chat almost every night for hours. Each day they promise me that this was going to work and what not, just to get me off the chat and every morning I receive an email saying I was denied no matter how much proof I gave them or how many hoops I jumped through . The people making the decisions Hargis mentally challenged as all get out. That’s all I can say

AliExpress I ordered an item off aliexpress. Payment went off my account but I never received an order conformation.

I Placed an order on the 27th of July and paid with my credit card. The Payment of $39,40 went off of my account but I didnt receive an order confirmation and cannot see the order on my account. Ordered a Gabby Dollhouse Birthday photo backdrop.

Please let me know as soon as possible what the status of my order is.

What more information do you want from me? I ordered an item off Aliexpress, even if i look for the item, there are so many suppliers of the same products so I wont know whom i ordered it from. I never received a conformation and I cannot find the order in my account.

Desired outcome: I would like confirmation of my order and receive the product I ordered it asap. If this is not possible, then a refund please
