I opened the dispute that buyer protection time is running out and the product I didn't received still and even still by today I haven't receive my parcel it is very unfair that you charged me but I didn't get my order as supplier mentioned that may be it is stuck in customs department even than how can I make inquiry with them that where is my parcel that was aliexpress and supplier's responsibility to make sure that buyer get their product.in very simple words you (aliexpress) took my money but I didn't get the order and I continuously try to communicate with you ans still after this without giving me any final notification you closed the dispute in seller side which is totally unfair so please refund my dues that your charged.

I am a regular customer of Aliexpress. Your recent change in login is frustrating. The 'slide to verify' does not work and I had to resort Google to login. But the problem is that once I am logged in, my orders cannot be found and that means I cannot track my orders. Please do away with ' slide to verify' for login. It sucks!.

As the marketplace facilitator, Aliexpress is now collecting sales tax in my state (NJ) which is good. But issue I have is why are they collecting taxes on every item including those that are exempt from sales tax in NJ like clothing? I hope you will understand my situation and we will be able to resolve my issue the best way.
On 18-07-2019 i received the toy from "Okus Baby Oline Store".
I have ordered this toy in advance as a present for my son.
However, i opened the received box only before few weeks (in September).
When I opened the box i was in shock. The toy was broken, deformed (i can provide all pictures as i provide to the seller). I believe it happened in transit because the toy was not rolled in any protection material (except on carton box that was in the packet). The carton box has hard damaged the toy.
I have explained this issue to the seller and he agreed to refund my money.
Due to it happened long after buyer protected time i can't open dispute. The seller promised me that he will turn to alliexpress support and will refund my money (i have evidence of his promise).

At night on September 18, 2019 I placed an order of a few chandeliers #[protected] but shortly we changed our mind to order so many chandeliers and we cancelled the order. IAN LI from OKUDO received my request to cancel the order and even send me message at night asking why I want to cancel the order and trying to convince me to accept it. I replied to cancel order but IAN LI ignored my request and sent me a message that they sent the chandeliers to the postal office. I ordered, and received a product that is totally incapable of doing what was advertised. I contacted the supplier who requested proof and I provided evidence that confirms this.
I expect that the conversation that ensued between myself and this company was purposely dragged out so the order would close.

No professional company responds to its customers the way this company has and I am actually amazed that AliExpress deals with them.

I ordered two products one of which I canceled and the seller still sent so I returned it. The other product I never received. The issue is the card I ordered from has been closed. The account is closed so I can not get my refund. I spoke to many many Ali representatives and they all gave me different options, to which were all lies. I also spoke to the bank and no they can not transfer the funds to my new bank because the money was automatically rejected and returned to Ali express. Now Ali says no they will not give me credit or merchandise in exchange. One said too bad it my problem with the bank. Another offered a coupon. Another to request merchandise in exchange for the money. All lies became 2 months and I'm still with no money and no merchandise. You all need to change the refund options if you keep the money at least give us something in return. It's ridiculous how you all take the money and say figure out how to get it back. I spoke to a girl today from Ali named Clarise super rude. Told me to wake up. I wasn't going to get anywhere even if I complained. Well I'll be sure to never order again and blast Ali on every social media to lose business if thats what you all need to wake up!
