The service I have been provided for an ongoing dispute is absolutely worthless. The dispute has been extended 3 times, each agent gives different information and just tells me to wait for another week, and at one point they even made fun of me. My money has been taken and nobody is dealing with this accordingly.
They also advise you they dont have managers and supervisors...

AliExpress item was not delivered..

I orderd the item. But I did not receive the item.. Then I opended the dispute n mu dispute was removed by them from the screen.. Then I had had text them they said me to wait n did so.. N finally it has been too long they are not ready to return my money nor they want to send me the item.. This is the first store I have ever visted n found the service mean n 3rd class.

AliExpress clothing

I'm a dropship. I made 8 orders from this store.
Until now 5 of orders was sent a fake tracking number.
Items have never been received. No products were shipped.
I'm sure that the other of my orders were in the same situation as a fake tracking number.
It was a big mistake ordering from this store. Totally ruin my business.
The store is not honest.
Ali should consider this shop behavior. Ali will be discredited in the long-term.
It is a danger to the seller society. Their inappropriate behavior should be stopped immediately.

It does not appear in my account, some of the items have arrived, was many items, so I have no way of checking what was ordered .

I have spent 20 hours trying to contact your customer support,

My account was deactivated by Ali wrong. I can not log into my account to view any order to log a dispute for it. I'm always telling everyone about AliExpress and help them to register and order. Now all of the sudden my account was deactivated and I did nothing wrong.

I ordered products from china from both AliExpress and Amazon. The Chinese products from Amazon where in my mail box 2 weeks later (free delivery) AliExpress 3 months and still not 1 single product from AliExpress yet! and I had to pay for delivery!

I was charged two and I really don't understand how? This is ridiculous! Can I have my refund back because this is not on you guys are scamming m/cheating people and it's unacceptable and it's hard to reach you especially for someone who is in South Africa wow I'm disappointed. Please get back to me with my money! You charged for the product I had purchased I understand that. But the second billing what was it for?

This seller didn't send me the items that I paid for! First he asked for an extra payment, he told me that the shipping company raised the transportation cost ( photo atached with 0.22 USD extra fee). I agree to pay. I ordered 4 items from this store, as you can see in the picture atached, but he send me only one, the cheapest one. I agreed with package arrived at the destination for the reason that one product arrived at me. Then I wrote to the seller that I got only one product out of four, and he told me to agree with expand delivery time, because it can take a little bit longer for some products to arrive. When the "open dispute" period was finished, the products didn't arrived, so I contacted the seller, and I got NO ANSWER. (I put the photo atached with the chat ). Now, more than 6 months, the products didn't arrived and I want my money back for the products that I didn't received (10.33 USD), or the products to be sent again from this seller. Please help me to solve this problem.

AliExpress blender motor 9535

I orderd a bleder motor 9525 that was delivered but found that it is to weak to do the work. I asked if they have a bigger one and they said yes model 9535 idid order 2 of these and tey are on there way. Then I found out that there is a still stronger motor model 9540, I ask them if they have this mtor and they anwered back yes they do. Then I ask them to put this on there store list because I want to order another 2 off these motors. They said they will do. They never did this and now they dont respond to my messenges at all they ignore me they read the message but dont answer. The order no [protected]

AliExpress infrared mirror heater

Dear sir/mrs.,

I ordered a 600x700 mm infrared mirror heater but recieved a bigger one that does not fit in my bathroom (1000x600 mm) and has the wrong plug too (UK model). Communication about this matter was very complicated so far. I want to return the item and have it replaced by the one I ordered in the first place. But the seller wants me to send it to China, while it was sent to me from the UK. The cost of shipping alone is far higher for me than the value of the heater. So now I am stuck with a useless appliance. Please help to find a feasible solution!

Honma golf driver cracked. Seller only made partial refund. Still owe $44. Contacted AliExpress via chat and they promised to pursue matter with seller. More than a month have passed and still no sign of refund or any contact by seller or AliExpress. Tried to contact AliExpress chat again but kept looping me for an order number which it won't accept as it's more than 6months old. Terrible customer service! Terrible chat which is really a robot. Just cannot get to a real person. Not a responsible company! No follow up to what was promised!

AliExpress luck love baby toy store

Even though 82 days passed after purchase, Aliexpress extended buyer protection time 25 days without my permission. (reasoning customs regulations change).

but according to tracking information, item has arrived in my country on 2019-08-28 (82 days passed after purchase) and passed through customs in 1 day.

Since it took too long time to arrive, I have bought this item locally and do not it it anymore.

Aliexpress refuses to give my money back.

AliExpress product didn't received and seller not responding.

I ordered watch from them (Order ID-[protected]) about two moths ago (08:55 May. 31 2019). I didn't received the item. So I complained it to the seller. He said product arrived to Sri Lanka. Then I called Sri Lanka Postal Department and also asked from the postmen. Both parties said they didn't received my order so please tell the seller to check post office in their county; which is China.But until now I got no reply from the seller. I love AliExpress a lot. So please don't make me disappointed. Cause I don't have much money to make another order. Please check this asap.

AliExpress 2 my package never arrive in my place from aliexpress

I have 2 package that I was bought from aliexpress. From the system the package arrive in place but they never arrived. Other packages was send as a second time... But I dont know where they drop my package. Was it drop on pasific ocean? I can't open dispute because the seller didn't responsibility. They even not read my complaint messages. And the other one I should pay if I want the same product. I already 2 months and they never arrive in my place.in future I have to be aware with yanwen or aliexpress. I can't complain directly by chat to aliexpress. Only machine... Gosh. What the hell service.

AliExpress Diaper bag from fairy mall

Good day, I will like to make a complain about a seller Fairy Mall from whom I bought a diaper bag made payment of 15.98 via aliexpress pay and the seller later sent a message to me to make additional payment of 1 dollar which I declined, the seller however said I should cancel my order by clicking on others, but I insisted I will cancel the order stating my reasons for the cancelation, the seller however refused to agree to the cancelation after I have canceled the order the seller the later shipped the order and sent a wrong tracking number to me and I complained to the seller, I was told to open a dispute that the tracking number I was given was incorrect. Knowing fully well that I can open a dispute until after 10 days of shipping. I see this as wickedness and injustice. This happened on the 26th of August 2019 the order ID is [protected] tracking number RU 292405353NL. Aliexpress is getting worse by the day, this is my second encounter this month but this one I won't let it go. Thanks

AliExpress warranty & customer service

Shipped wrong item and complained to seller, who claimed they didn't know about return, even though there was a guarantee on page. Ended up chatting with aliexpress' customer service 6x, each time getting the runaround until agent finally understood problem. Did it get solved? No luck. Aliexpress closed my dispute, leaving me without a way to return item I didn't order

AliExpress This store sold me an invalid product

I ordered from the store in the subject a LCD screen (the Product) for my phone, Order Number [protected].
As the product arrived, I assembled it to my phone, as I did many times before while I was working in a cell-phones laboratory (I have an experience with different kinds of cell phones). As I finished doing so, I turned on my phone and discovered that the brightness fiture is flawed. The phone was dark, no matter if the brightness was to the highest point possible! I could barely see anything because of it, therefore I cannot use the phone. I turned to the owner, and he told me he needed a proof that the product was his, so I sent him an e-mail including a video in which I show the procces of assembling (I deattached and connected the LCD again for the video).
I haven't heard from the owner since I sent this e-mail. Also from his comments before that, I got the feeling that he is trying to shake- off from my complaint and NOT take the appropriate responsibility as seller that supllied an invalid product. I think that this behavior is not respectful and even offensive that I didn't get an exchange to the paiment iv'e done and I get to be trited that way.

I could not receive it here in Qatar I asked fro dispute it was rejected from Ali express, then I sent to supplier LEORY telling them the item was returned back to China, they said send us the document from Qatari Post we will refund you the money I got it and sent it to them they refused to refund, said Ali express closed the dispute so no refund, attached is the document from Qatari Post.

AliExpress 3 parcel returned to origin

Hi,

I just want to ask for my 3 parcels that returned to origin. I checked from the registered Dubai Post office but they said already sent it back to china which is the origin.

I have paid for a product but it is showing awaiting for payment what should I do now?The payment rejected by bank and when I retried still failed but I got the message from bank that money deducted. Kindly resolve my issue either process the order or refund the money . Seller also cannot see any payment done and in my account also it is showing that I have unpaid but money is deducted . How will I get the money back ?
