I had problem with this seller"healthy massage drop shipping store" from the beginning as he/she refuses to ship my item. The seller has extremly low 74.1% positive feedback. This should be alarming! Many buyers like me are having problems with this seller

I have placed an order which when arrived was not correct. I contacted the supplier and was reassured that the mistake would be rectified. In order to avoid unnecessary postage costs I was prepared to place another order for more items. However the seller was very reluctant to give me the information I wanted regarding the product and I could not buy the product without having the information and each time I sent an email (13 at least) I did not get a satisfactory response. I want to do business with this seller and the seller seems not in the least bit interested.. I have terminated my correspondence with this seller.. They have very very poor consideration for the true buyer. I will not buy again unless the seller is more considerate and listens to the customer.

On november 11, 2020, I bought and paid (order id: 3007158532967372) for the welding machine hitbox mig200 with free shipping from spain to lithuania in the aliexpress store hitbox official store (please look at picture hitbox order 1, 2, 3). A few days later they asked me to pay an extra 100 usd for delivery, but I told that parcel shipping to lithuania was free and if it so expensive to you, I can found logistic company in lithuania, who would take this product from spain and bring it to lithuania for 40-50 eur and you just need to pay for that. In a word, the hitbox official store employee is doing everything, that I can not give this item, but the same store (order id: 3007146101397372) send me a set of nozzles for this welding machine at once. What can I do with this spare parts for this welding machine, if they are not sending this mig200 to me? This is a wrong behaviour. In this way, they undermine the prestige not only of themselves but also of all aliexpress. When I paid for this order, parcel shipping to lithuania was free. I purchased a product on aliexpress for the value of £72 on october 15th. Upon receiving the item around 23rd, I opened a dispute because it did not match the description and was then told by aliexpress to return the order to:uk-rtn-ae, aliexpress return service, suite 3, 8 millenium dr, e14 3gh, uk. Order was sent back first class signed on the 26th. I kept receipts and even took pictures of the item from the post officer hands from behind their counter just to add further proof that it was truly sent. Aliexpress did not allow me to add pictures of the return or add any information at all of tracking number, once they close the dispute with the request that I returned the product.
I have been contacting aliexpress every day since october 26th without success. I only have access to their robot "eva" which keeps on reminding me that I have already told them about my issue and that someone will contact me... They never do!
I have stayed awake till late at nights in hope to speak to a human being about this issue but to no avail. I have asked several times to be provided with a customer service email to send proofs of delivery and yet again I am just ignored.
Appaling company and customer services behaviour. I wish I could sue them for this not lawful.

So why it shows available on the app Ali Express, if it's not longer available? I want a refund without having to wait another week because Ali Express service doesn't work properly and should prevent these situations.

I made the order number "8017802977192770" at 13:39 Aug.04 2020.
It took time but I figured out that it was in in Portugal but the address was not correct, so they could not deliver.
I tried to contact the local logistics without success.
Then I opened a dispute saying the product was going to be returned because of bad address, and I wanted the product to be re-sent to me with correct address, not refund. I sent evidence.
This was 2nd September.
The dispute was closed saying the product was delivered, that is false.
Now the product was returned and I have no product and no refund.
I, again, contacted the seller showing evidence about the return, they just answered with a print screen of the order being finished.

Last 9 October, my package (order #8118489522316346) was returned to sender by Canada post because of an incomplete address. The tracking number is: 4006318647024153. have talked to over 7 agents at Ali express. They told me a needed a special case to open a dispute. Here are the chat id number and id case I have.
9 of October: Talked to a agent no case number, pushed to higher team.
14 of October: issue number 205200832865, pushed to higher team.

18 of octobre: chat number 1142008337923229, pushed to an higher team, the dispute is still not open.
Finally, they open only 4 products of of 9 for dispute. I put evidence from post canada, my courier that is was returned to sender, they blame me for not picking it up. Which clearly is impossible, since I live in a 200 apartments building and we have po box with keys for our mail. It returns to the post office only when it is an incomplete address or a wrong address, Which was the case, I have a reference number from Canada Post, I talked to an agent: # 137888468.
It has been a month now since my package was returned to sender and they won't give me my refund for the 4 products on a dispute and they won't open the last 5 products for dispute. This is getting ridiculous, it is the second package that it returned to sender, from the same seller. They refunded me for the first one, I an not to blame for a incomplete address.

Contact your Bank A.S.A.P as you only have around 90 days to lodge a dispute. Tell them you have evidence to prove items were returned to sender. If it was shipped by AliExpress the Seller even if she wants to refund you it will AliExpress who makes the final decision. If they refuse to refund you don't waste any more time. Your Bank will refund You. 😊
Contact your Bank for a chargeback. I think you have 90days to lodge a dispute depending which Bank you are with. Tell them you have proof of evidence. Most of the time if the Seller has used AliExpress shipping AliExpress will handle the dispute not the Seller. If the Seller used a different shipping company you might get a refund Good Luck

Thanks for the suggestion. But Aliexpress refuses to read the evidence I showed them, they refuse to go see on Canada post, only using their tracking system, saying it is still in transit.
