AliExpress unethical behavior

I was notified a couple of days ago that I had won a pair of shoes through your freebies program. When I went to access the shoes, I discovered that I was going to be charged over $14.00 for then. That is not free! This happened to me previously, and I didn't pay the inflated price I was being charged for something that was supposedly free.

Furthermore, there was no place for me to say what size shoes I wanted.

I would like some explanation of how you can offer a "free" program and then charge a ridiculous amount for it!

AliExpress 450 lumens 48 led solar outdoor lights

Re order ID96742814017303 order date 2018-11-28.
I purchased 3 black 48 LED outdoor wall garden lights without poles. One of them has stopped working, it no longer charges. I have sent two email requests ( the last being 2019-07-7 to the company to replace the faulty product under their 3 year warranty. I have had no response to my emails.

AliExpress received fake istick pico and aliexpress never refunded me even after successful complaint from eleaf

Good day.

January 4, 2018 I purchased Istick Pico 75w sets here - https://www.aliexpress.com/item/A-Mini-Electronic-Cigarette-Kit-75W-Box-Mod-2ml-Atomizer-Multiple-Modes-Protection-LED-Charging-Indicator/32958317630.htm. Order number [protected].

January 26, 2018 received a fake product instead of the original, there was not even a sticker on it to check for a fake, it was just painted Imitation of a sticker! The product is also faulty since it never turned on.

January 30, 2018 I opened a dispute and provided all the necessary evidence (photos, videos, screenshots).

But my dispute was immediately closed immediately after the opening without following the Transaction Rules, chapter 10, article 53. And I received an email with a judgment from Aliexpress "Refund US $ 0.00" without giving any reason.

After that, for the past 7 months I have been trying to achieve justice. I followed all the tips and filled out all forms, provided new evidence, sent dispute appeals, wrote to the seller, sent complaints to the seller, applied for reactivation — I did everything that the support agents asked me, but to no avail. And there are simply no other ways to contact Aliexpress except via chat support.

I also repeatedly wrote to the official owner of the Eleaf brand since I received the goods, and they also confirmed that it was a fake. The product was successfully removed from Aliexpress thanks to a complaint from Eleaf (2019-04-10 complaint number [protected]), which is irrefutable proof of the validity of my dispute, since the complaint was made by the right holder on the site where I purchased the product!

It all looks like some kind of nightmare. The support agent claims that I was given the offer to "Return the goods for refund", but this is frank misinformation, since no one has ever offered me this in a dispute.

This is not what I expected when I purchased goods on the international level trading platform with the protection of the buyer and the promise of a refund. I am extremely disappointed, I was humiliated and insulted, I was left without money with a fake product and half a year spent to empty.

AliExpress denies to get the returned item to refund

Order ID:PO#[protected]

I bought a machine for DHgate company Ausdruck Store https://www.dhgate.com/store/prosalonmachine#listing_store-6 and after 2 weeks a tecnhical problem has been arrised. They immediatelly send me a new handle part which I waited for a month and it was broken. The seller agreed to send the machine back to them in order to get a refund. I paid shipping cost 90 euro and he claimes that I did something (without giving details of information) wrong and that the parcel is stuck on clearance office in Shanghai. The DHgate team informed that he probably has been requested to pay clearance fees. He has stopped the communication and not repsonding to my messages nor to DHgate team.

The problem is that DHgate spend my time telling me that they are going to help me. A lie. Up to now the parcel is stuck on clearance office of Shanghai, the seller had asked me to to write on the parcel that it costs 120 dollar, in order no to pay clearance fee. The clearance office has suspected the parcel and holds it and the officers have contacted him and he refuses to cooperate. All of his action are his fault: the machine which broker 2 weeks after buying, the broken new handle, the guidlines for shipping the parcel and the fact tha the parcel is on Shanghai airport for a month and a half.

The DHgate spends my time telling me nonsenses that I am a value customer and hey are going to help. But they have Ausdruck Store as a business partner, they have gave him stars and recommends their stuff. So they are a part of a fraud. They have told me that they have punished seller but they never send evidence. They are clearly fooling me.

This is the worst site i ever buying from really think the sellers are scammers. Should not be called AliExpress better name is Ali useless . People need to know about scammers . So be care full when buying from them as from shipping to the products is a lie, You will wait and wait and wait for your product may if you lucky you will received it, if you lucky you will received it other wise you lost your money. Service is up to [censored] no better word !

AliExpress refund of cancelled order

I placed an order for an item 3 weeks ago. Almost immediately I cancelled the order (within 5 minutes) by accident as there was two orders for the same part in my cart, one paid for and one not completed. I thought I was cancelling the un completed order. Anyway, I decided to wait for the refund before re ordering and its been 3 weeks. What is the problem.

AliExpress phone not received (empty box)

Hello, I have ordered a phone on the 13 /04/2019, I have collected the parcel in my post office and I have received the box empty without the phone inside, the post office gave me. Letter confirming that the parcel has been arrived damaged before arriving UK .I have contacted AliExpress and the buyer but they rejected my request for a refund and didn't want to refund ! I am so desperate now without phone and my money are gone !

AliExpress 10 lithium batteries did not arrive and the company did not refund

In Janyary 2019 i ordered 10 batteries from Shenzhen MIKY technology co., LTD through AliExpress. Each time they prolonged the protection time and made me sure that batteries will arrive. Since the last 6 month i cannot get batteries. That is fine. but what about the refund? They do not pay me back. Please investigate this case.
All I know that batteries stick at the transit area in Frankfurt.

There is no excuse of not paying.
I can provide order numbers and you can check them one more time.

AliExpress chandelier

I purchased a chandelier which costed 430 euro. They gave 1 year guarantee. The remote control stopped working and I wrote to the seller about it. He was ignoring me for weeks, after all I told him that I will complain on his ignorance to Aliexpress. After that he said that they will send me a new remote. I asked for tracking number, the seller said he will give me one in 5 days. Now it has been 4 months since I first messaged him and he is still putting me on "holding" and either not answering to my texts or just saying that wait until next week. Please do something about it. He keeps saying "relax, this is not the end of the world". Thats ridiculous!

AliExpress return products and claim damages

Hi there

I am an old customer who used your company Ali Express since April 2015.
There were no major inconveniences when purchasing a variety of goods, but this time it is imperative that a complaint is filed.
I bought an alcohol distiller from Dibosh in April 2019 Order Number: [protected].
But something bad and unexpected happened.
When using the distiller with my rice wine (Japanese sake), it resulted in dirty sediments and dark oil in the distilled liquor. Please see the photograph.
Of course, before using the distiller for the first time, I cleaned the container, as well as the copper pipe.
However, even after distilling all 80 liters of rice wine, valuable and long aged, these sediments continued to emerge.
We drank the sake without checking it first and this resulted in severe stomach pain and diarrhea for a couple of days. So this is a real, completely unacceptable health and safety hazard.

Impurities in the distillate were found to be wastage of worn metal powder and waste lubricating oil. Waste lubricants and metal powders must have been deposited in the copper pipe itself for a long time.
I have communicated with experts and they believe it has been dissolved in the high-temperature alcohols during distillation.
This makes me reasonably suspicious that you have intentionally used a waste copper pipe with lubricant from some machinery.
Doing such an act that facilitates consumption of poison is a serious crime in our country. If you do not take action, I will escalate things and inquire with the New Zealand embassy.

After that I complained to Dibosh. They promised to replace the distiller and compensate for the damage . However, since June 6, they have not responded to my email and have completely ignored it without taking any action. As a customer, I feel manipulated, disrespected and cheated.
So, I will communicate directly with you.

The amount of compensation for the alcohol wasted is as follows:
Material cost ... $399/ [Kome Koji] 6Kg X $ 50 = $ 300 / Rice 30Kg = $80 / sake yeast = $19
Labor cost ... $399 (1 month labor)
Distiller …. $297

Total $1, 095

Material costs such as Kome koji can be found on Amazon. The basic nature of these circumstances is that the material cost and labor cost should be the same, which is perfectly reasonable in this situation.
I refuse to exchange new distillers when I can no longer trust them so I will return the garbage distiller with their conscience.

I appreciate your efforts to solve this. I look forward to receiving a response as soon as possible.

However, I will charge you for damages about my drinking and other problems after talking to my lawyer .
And dismantling the distiller is legally required by the manufacturer. Do you agree with that?

This deceitful excuse makes me feel uncomfortable.
I also want to believe you, but the truth of this does not allow it.
Your distiller made distilled liquor mixed with rotten waste oil and metal powder residues, and my friend and I drank that liquor and stomach ache.

I promise you that we did not use any waste copper pipe on our distiller.
Our technician said that red copper have problems with rice wine.
Usually, we use the red copper distiller to do brandy(fruit wine)
And when doing rice wine, we use stianless steel distiller.
What I suggest is that we send you a stainless steel distilling tower for free for you to check.

AliExpress I didn’t receive my order

The seller closed the file but I didn't received my mobile phone yet also they didn't refund me the money, around two months I am sending messages that I didn't receive the mobile phone please follow your post to whom and which address you sent it and who signed for the receiving, but unfortunately the seller of this shop didn't take any action she waste my time. I haven't received my nail art stamping plate as I was supposed to. However, till date I haven't received my order. It's been 2.5 months. AliExpress unethical behavior and false advertisement

After receiving the product (wig) I realized it wasn't the same one that was being advertised. I then contact the riya hair seller and they express how I need to cancel my dispute because it is bad for business. I continue to express how what I received was not what is being displayed. I returned the product June 18 2019 the tracking number is LC594863108US and the tracking number they have me when sending me the wrong product was [protected]. The seller responded with offering me a bob wig and a refund of $15.00 dollars. Which I declined due to the fact the item I purchased was much more ($131.93) including what I spent to return their product at the post office ($26.50). But when I refused the seller deleted the text which indicates to me hiding the truth and falsely advertised product they stand by. I am a faithful customer of AliExpress but if Riya Hair company could get away with such fraud due to their location in China then I would no longer be a AliExpress customer. Help me Please

AliExpress customer care

Said I hadn't received an order. To which I was told that because it's free shipping it will only be delivered to local post office, I said that's wrong and all I got back was "listen, I am educated in these matters" but obviously some not as all my other orders which a lot are free have all been delivered correctly. Very rude agent, not impressed!
