AliExpress customer services

If you ever have to dispute a transaction then brace yourself for a VERY LONG delay & to be honest it's like trying to pull teeth from a very angry ferocious lion! It seems to me that the retailers themselves dictate the rules; how long it takes, whether they refund you & if they do, then u may only get partial refund on a single item rather than the entire order. Customer Svs are about as useful as a chocolate teapot letting the retailers rule the roost! KEEP AWAY UNTIL PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED 😤🤬!

AliExpress seller bad attitude, unethical behaviour

(Jess He) supplier name is given. After the supplier agreed to refund the US$56 out of US$100 they had charged. They terminated the TV box connection service thus I am buying a TV box which cannot be used for US$44?To make the matter worst they threaten and using vulgar language on me and called me as a dog.
Is this kind of AliExpress service to treat a buyer like me without any protection from this kind of unethical supplier?

AliExpress r300 dash cam

Podofo Franchise Store sold me a R300 dashcam it worked initially now it doesn't.
Through message centre I contacted them, either for a replacement or refund. They have been continually trying to avoid satisfying my request. I would appreciate someone from Aliexpress contacting them to finalize the impasse. Companies like this give Aliexpress a bad name and make you very cautious of dealing with businesses associated with Aliexpress in the future.

AliExpress fraud by aliexpress

I have bought a dress from aliexpress. the dress was not as described. Aliexpress suggested me a solution for dispute. I spoke with their customer services and they told me if i am not satisfied with the dispute suggestion i have to wait until the deadline is finished and appeal again. I did as the customer service told me to do. the amount was 152.97 dollars. As the dispute finished i appealed about 6 times asking them for the refund. they told me send the seller the dress and we also pay for the cost of the shipping as you pay. After sending the package, again I appealed and ask them to check the postoffice cause the package was received by china post office. Instead they told me no we dont pay cause the dispute was finished! They customer service misled me for saying that the dispute has to finish first and I have to appeal after that. Also deceived me by saying we pay you the mount for the shipping and refused again. I tried to file a complaint about the agent who misled me they did not do anything about that either. please help me to get my refund.

AliExpress seller on aliexpress and their customer support

I am complaining about a seller on Aliexpress Seller platform and about their Customer Support!

After ordering the E scooters from Aliexpress (Order number [protected]) I got only 3 scooters instead of 5. I contacted Aliexpress and DPD (shipping company). Then I got a confirmation from DPD shipping company that the two parcels got lost and they will refund that (Screenshot 1). They said, I just need to contact the seller from Aliexpress and ask them to open a claim and then they will refund the money.

So I tried to contact the seller on Aliexpress - but no success. Either the seller did not want or just didn't answer for weeks (Screenshot 2+3)!

Then I started to contact the Customer Support for help, which I was doing also for the last couple of weeks, but many of them just wanted to get rid of my or were not able to help. One time I was given false information (Screenshot 4), one time an agent confirmed me that some of his colleges lie (Screenshot 5), one time I asked an agent if he actually cares about my problem and I got a "no" (Screenshot 6)...

Finally I started to ask for case IDs because I was always promised so much, but no one did anything or they did something I did not ask for.

This is what I got :

Even after explaining the Agents in the chat support, they did not want to help me and always told me they are going to contact the seller, even though I told them that this is not going to help anything because this was done lots of times. But they would not hear.

This is the whole story put into short words. More Information is available on request and will gladly provided.

Please get back to me asap, as this is going on for months already, thanks

Hello,
I bought this product and it does not work.
I have contacted the seller, he told me he will refund my pay pal account.
Now he disappeared and won't answer my messages.
I want me 10$ refund TODAY or I will go to higher means.
It is unreasonable that I pay 10$ for a product that I ended up thrown in the trash!
It is unacceptable that you have a seller that promises one thing and the next day ignores the customer's messages.
Please resolve this by the end of today.

i ordered a "YI Mirror Dash Cam Dual Dashboard Camera" on September 11 2018, i waited for months till it was confirmed that my order is lost by the shipping company, then they went for a refund wich i've been claiming for month and i always get the same anwser " check with the bank.. i tried to text them multiple times but alway the same exact answer

The product ordered as shown in the advertizement, is not the one the seller delivered to me. (see pictures of delivered lcd screen, compaired to the advertized lcd screen. Focus on the elektronics.!).
The sent item is a fake manufactured lcd screen, not working on my Galaxy S5 G900F.
When connected, the phone goes to a bootloop / keeps restarting. My old lcd screen works fine on the phone (It has a crack in the screen, thats why I need to replace it), so nothing wrong with the phone itself.!

AliExpress faulty item - order id: [protected]

This is my first order with AliExpress and likely it will be the last!
I purchased a replacement display for a phone, sold as original. It arrived quickly. However, the hole for the speaker grid is LARGER than the original one and the screen has a WHITE SPOT on the bottom left hand side.

It has been taking 10 days already and this dispute is still pending. There's a lot of confusion when chatting with your customer service.

I offered either (1) get £7 refund - where full price was about £12 or (2) return.

You offered (1) £ 5.8 or (2) return, asking *ME* to pay return postage to China. This is *illegal* here in the UK. Consumer Rights Act 2015 expects sellers to pay return postage for faulty items. Check with https://www.tradingstandards.uk/consumers/support-advice

Also, 3 days ago I sent 2 messages to the Twittter account @AliExpress_EN but got no reply. I sent other tweets but no reply. People should know to AVOID BUYING ON ALIEXPRESS as it's a big mess and they won't be protected as you claim!

AliExpress iphone 7 plus motherboard fraud conducted

As i ordered mother board of iphone 7 plus of usd 220 with trust of aliexpress that product will be ok and will work. but when it got deliver and install it was not working i contacted aliexpress seller accepted my return i return product with bearing shipment cost with all safety measure but when product reaches them they mention me product is damaged and cannot return it i send them my packing video which is completely saying that product send is in ok condtion but buyer send blured and manupulated video which is completely saying that product has been retaped and seller has conducted fraud . but aliexpress has resolved the case in favour seller which is completely wrong and is against consumer i have sent all counter evidence to aliexpress which was completely saying that seller has conducted fraud . please resolve all tell me something how can i recover as its not some amount its huge amount of money please go through it.

AliExpress products purchased not received account blocked

I ordered more than 50 items out of which only 3 have been received rest of the item was not received when I tried to raise dispute they blocked account stating buyer abused seller my money was retained wrongfully. The Ali express abused me by protecting its seller.
Now I need to file a consumer complaint or have to restrain from filing case owing to heavy legal costs for filing a cheating case against Ali express.
Better that we do not buy anything from their Ali express website as their is no customer support to resolve issue.
The Ali express cheats its buyers in professional manner. They abuse their purchasers by blocking account and make policies which help for themselves.
Save your hard earned money by purchasing at trusted Amazon website.

AliExpress bought 3 dresses from shop4992287 store

II am a new customer on Ali Express. Alot of my friends use Ali Expess andhappy about it. I ordered on 20nd May 2019. But never got my order yet. Sometimes the seller said it has already delivered go to your post office you will get from there. I went almost 10 times but all in vain. Now the buyer proctection time is over & the option to open diapute is not working
Please help me to get my money refund.

I have ordered 3 dresses (26 May 2019) from ali express from this shop till today i have not received the order. I cannot make contact with the seller they do not respond to my messages. when I try to track the parcel it tells me parcel is delivered to its destination county and the destination county is France.. I dont stay in France but i stay in South Africa ...Im starting to feel i was scammed.

AliExpress serrapeptase, enteric coated, from mbhave, order id : [protected], ordered on may 20 2019: can $ 204.47

Dear Madam/Sir, I bought from you above specified Serrapeptase. On bottle it is prominently described as => "enteric-coated" - which was the reason i did order it in the first place. This fact is crucial, for it is in its enteric coating that rests its health value. Without it, the product is useless.
However the main issue now is that MBHAVE clearly claims it to be enteric-coated when in fact it is NOT :The tablets disintegrate even while still in the bottle. Hence MBHave's claim is FALSE, if not FRAUDULENT.
I consequently ask Aliexpress to inquire thoroughly and reemburse me.

AliExpress I never received my order

I order at this store with order ID [protected] but i never received this order since february 2019. I already contact the store, they say to wait since may 2019. Im several ask to them. I'm tracking my order its not yet arrived to my address. But now When i ask to them, they say refund that order. But its already to closed order. So i can not do the refund. Please help me..

SAN lan company is a jewelry company that has overcharged me $CDN $211.36.the order number is 10403750266781.I cancelled the order in 24hours and they are doing all kinds of tricks trying to get me to stop asking for my money-I buy many jewelry items from AliExpress and have never been cheated like this. If I cancel the order that means my money comes back to me. The company tried showing me a page that said the item was Us $25 for one brooch which is not true because I took a screenshot from the company website that shows each brooch is $2- This is criminal-I guess they were thinking that they could keep the money they took from my account. Maybe their company is a scam-hard to say-
