I ordered a wedding dress from a seller and before it was made I asked that if I wasn't satisfied could I return the dress for a refund. The seller did not advise that I couldn't and I thought they were very helpful and understanding. The dress arrived a couple of weeks later and after putting it on I was not satisfied with the quality. It did not fit properly, being too long and tight on the waist. I also seemed to have experienced a rash due the material. I contacted the seller so I could return the dress for them to replying telling me they don't accept returns. At no point was I advised I couldn't return. I'm the description when purchasing the dress it clearly states that it can be returned within 15 days of delivery and just to contact the seller. I am outraged to say the least and will be advising everyone to stay away from this website. No help from anyone and I think that's is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

My Dashcam worked for a few months then broke down, Contacting Podofo for a replacement or money back was a complete waste of time. My advice to anyone considering buying from Aliexpress is don't. Local merchandise may be a little more expensive but the fact you can take it back for a replacement or money back is worth the extra dollars. Think twice before trying to save a few dollars shopping Aliexpress. It could cost you twice as much in the long term.I have learned my lesson and will not be buying anything else from Aliexpress.
