AliExpress wushao grey universal windscreen for round light motorcycle

I orderered and paid for above mentioned product with my Visa card on 2019/08/03.
I paid ZAR 303 and my bank confirmed that the payment went through.
I never received any order number and the transaction doesnt show on my AliExpress account.
The payment was made to AliExpress London on 2019/08/03 at 20:54.

AliExpress return address to china instead of france

Hello,

I received my order [protected]. On the summary of my order, it is written "sent from France". In fact, he was sent from Germany via deutschepost.de
Unfortunately, the product I received is not the one I ordered. After a dispute, it was decided to refund the money I paid and I must return the product to the seller.

But the seller is giving me an address in the People's Republic of China instead of an address in France or Germany. This is totally abnormal because the product was not sent from China.
The price of sending the product to China is higher than the product itself.

Please help me solve this problem in order to get a return address in France or Germany.

Re order ID96742814017303 order date 2018-11-28.
I purchased 3 black 48 LED outdoor wall garden lights without poles. Two of them has stopped working, they no longer charges. I have sent three email requests the last being 2019-07-27 to the company to replace the faulty product under their 3 year warranty. The company has not responded to my emails. The site says Jack Ron is hear to help, but I have been waiting over a month for him to contact me. Very poor customer service. It is time that AliExpress took responsibility for companies that use their site to sell their products and make sure they honour their warranty

AliExpress my products which is ordered haven’t delivered yet. i’ve been waiting very long time. actually 5 months

When I contact the sellers, they told me products are in turkey but I haven't them. Please help me :) sellers are good people they try to help me but I think they can't solve the problem like me. My aim is not the complain the seller. I want to my product if i not get the products, I think they can pay the money back. I wish you'll contact with me as much as possible.

AliExpress alan rc hobby store cheats

Alan rc hobby store lying about free shipping.
Before ordering, I have messaged him and checked about shipping and he confirmed that it's free shipping.
Today ordered freeing mig 21 with Ali express direct shipping, later Alan rc hobby store messaged me and said that he can't send as free shipping, I need to pay 400 dhs for ems shipping.
Please check attached screenshot of Alan messages.
Please take strick action against the Alan rc hobby store so in future he shouldn't do again.

AliExpress online purchase of caseme retro case for samsung galaxy a20 black qty 2

on the 5th Aug I ordered 2 of the CaseMe Retro Case For Samsung Galaxy A20 black mobile phone cases
My credit card was debited but I never received a confirmation of the order
now it is 6 days gone and still no sign of the order
how can I find this when I do not have an Order No.

AliExpress delivery failed

I ordered goods from AliExpress in July which were due to arrive in August and I checked the status of the items regularly.

Upon checking the status of one of the packages on 8/8/19 (due to arrive 10/8/19 onwards), I saw that it was updated to ‘Delivery Failed'. There were limited options of how to respond to this so I opened a dispute to explain that NO ATTEMPT WAS EVER MADE TO DELIVER THIS PACKAGE and that I was never contacted. The dispute was immediately declined as irrelevant.

According to the tracking details the package was lost somewhere after reaching the destination country and cannot be located. Given the lack of control I have over this, I would like to be refunded. URGENT attention would be appreciated.

AliExpress never received order [protected] girl dresses)

First of all after that my credit card was approved this seller was the only one who send me a message to add $1 more for the shipping if I click his link. I did not reply I do not give my credit card to this seller only trough Aliexpress.

Now with the tracking number RV9211463944CN I saw that the parcel arrived on June 1st in Vancouver Airport, Canada. That parcel is lost or stolen. I wrote to the seller twice from the Message Centre, still written UNREAD. This seller never read my messages.

On July 30, I open a dispute. The seller first answered me to be patient and to wait 4 days in case the parcel will arrive. If he had read my messages it is 2 months that parcel never reach me. He did not want to refund me and told me that he is sending back those 2 dresses. If it is true that he ship those 2 dresses, he did not gave me a new tracking number. I am really clueless what is going on with this order.

In that order I received all the parcels from the other 8 stores.

I even had 2 stores that I order an item that was sold out and right away they wrote me to choose and other item . And I did I received my second choice.

I really don't like that store. Will never buy again trough that store.

All I want to know did the store ship again those 2 dresses and I need the tracking number or am I getting a refund

On Jun. 18 this message was received :
"This product has been sold out, but you had ordered it successfully because of system's bug, sorry for the inconvenience.
Now there are 2 solutions for you:
(1) replace it with another product in similar price, please offer new product's link
(2) cancel the order to get full refund, please choose convenient reasons as following:
#1. Other reason
#2. You do not want to buy it
You will get full refund faster under these two reasons, we are not able to agree with ""goods is out of stock"" or seller's problems, really hope you will understand kindly~
Wating for your decision~"

After my refuse to cancel the order as "Other reason" and using "goods is out of stock", the item was registered as "shipped".
It didn't arrived because the the seller used wrong shipping address "to send" the item (deliberate deception).

I am not interesting in money refund - it is 1.8$ only
It is about cheating in the site

its not look so good and we have alot of young people in the world, can take this cool thing record women hidden sex video...

Shipping Cost US $ 27.83
Total Amount US $ 85.31

The shipment is now overdue by long (ore than 4 months)

I have asked the shipper to ship a unit to an address in ShenZhen and am waiting for a reply.

3 days ago I bought a video camera for the car, after I paid three days in which I contacted the seller to tell me why not send the video camera and today I opened the dispute, and I bought another video camera from someone else, and after 5 hours after I opened the dispute I get the message that sent the camera, but I no longer need it and I want my money back, 3 days I wondered why not send and did not reply.
It is not normal that one who is not able to send a product, can force me to buy it

I ordered vaccum xiaomi deerma but the seller doesn't want to send the item. First he refer that the item is broken which is not true because he is still selling now he insists that there is no shipment company which want to send to Maldives even though he's offer is still available and shipment to Maldives as well. please help me to resolve.

AliExpress titanium rings

Unfortunately I didn't keep the information about some rings I ordered quite some time ago. The titanium rings 100. I hope you can check your records to see that I purchased them. They still haven't arrived. The rings were a variety of sizes. I forget the price though I think in the neighborhood of 70 some cents. I will check when I
get done here. Hope this helps. Next time I will keep the information longer.

AliExpress keys car

I am writing this email as a last resort to close an unfinished business with the seller (اسم البائع) since the negociation directly have come to no useful end because i have not received the product i ordered over 3onths now, also to add, the deadline of the buyer protection is closing up.
There is also the problem of the refund procedure since i can access it from the application due to website being under construction

but this was never delivered though the seller promoced to do so
please request a refund from the seller, the seller promiced to refund 02.08.2019 but did not do this

AliExpress dashcam

I purchased a R300 Dashcam from Podofo Franchise Store. It worked fine for a few months then totally broke down and blew fuses in my car. Podofo have refused to accept any responsibility and will not even reply to emails. This is disgraceful behaviour and gives AliExpress a bad name for having such a company on the books. Any such item purchased has a twelve month warranty Podofo refuse to honor this basic right. Podofo and AliExpress have lost my trust and will pay the consequences.

AliExpress unethical behaviour

Date of the order 16:17 Feb. 04 2019

I tried to buy a US Plug power strip but what came was another plug with an adapter which is not what I wanted ( I especifically bought US plug to avoid using adapters)
So i opened a dispute and the solution was to return it with the seller paying for the shipping fee.
I contacted the customer service before to check and they told me that i need to return the goods and pay for the shipping fee first and then they would refund the goods fee and the shipping fee. So thats what i did, and I received the refund of the goods but never received the shipping fee.
So i asked the customer service about it, they told me that I was right and the would give me a coupon with the shipping fee amount as the refund after some procedures that would take around one month. i waited for more than two months and never received the coupon.
So I tried to contact the customer service again to ask about what happened and they told me that the request for the refund was never filled and that they would fill one and i would be able to receive the coupon in two weeks.
I waited for one month but i still haven´t seen the coupon on my account.
I feel like anything i do means nothing to them and I just cannot keep contacting the customer service just so that they tell me to wait and do nothing.

AliExpress wipalo and aliexpress customer service

I made a large order from Wipalo. The ordering process was fine, however I've had so many problem down the road.

Firstly there were items sent in the wrong size. I contacted them to return the items, however I have received no way to do so.

Secondly there are two items still missing from the order. I contacted them again, still with no luck so I opened a dispute. From this, the seller messaged me asking me to close the dispute in order to get a refund. I haven't had a refund.

Thirdly, I received an email today saying that, even though all items were marked as delivered, it was my fault that the items that were missing haven't arrived because I didn't collect them from the post office on time, which would have been impossible considering that I have had no note from the post office to say they have tried to deliver and it is ready for collection, nor have I had any other way to collect this mysterious package. Because of this I am now missing the items I wanted and I dont have my money back.

Absolutely shocked and appalled by this service.

AliExpress paid extra for faster delivery = throwing away your money

On July 12 I ordered 4 items from 4 different stores. For 3 items I payed extra money for faster delivery by July 31. 2 items arrived within time, I item still is on the way. I bought 4 pieces, total amount is 4, 07€; I payed 2, 50€ extra for faster delivery. Since 3 days I'm chatting with the customer service to ask a refund, but they all tell different things:
- I need to wait till August 1 and then I can open a dispute
- I need to wait till August 2 and then I can open a dispute
- I need to wait till September 10 and then I can open a dispute
The seller says I should contact the postal office, but I did not pay extra for faster delivery to the postal office!
Then they say July 31 is just an estimate.
So, paying extra for faster delivery is just a scam! Nobody takes responsibility! It's everybody's fault but theirs! Service? Zero! Customer service? Also zero!
