I would like to know what kind of a company cannot stand by their promise of a refund if the customer is not satisfied with a product? Order # [protected]. This is the order I made on June 25, 2024. It was a gift for my husband and he does not like it. S pertaining to your company's policy, I could return and refund if not satisfied. I have tried many ways to resolve this issue to no avail. I received product on June 30. I earnestly paid for it depending on warranty. I am NOT HAPPY with the outcome of you saying this has been settled! It has not. I wish to return and refund this item. I did receive this. It has not been opened and never used. Please abide by your company's policy. If I do not get satisfaction on this matter, I will be forced to never order from AliExpress again. A person or company is only as good as their word and at this point, your company is not customer friendly! My email is: [protected]@aol.com Please make this right so I can continue to be a customer. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! Paid in full thru PayPal.
Desired outcome: Please refund

Dealing with AliExpress refunds seems more complicated than it should be! Who knew getting a refund could feel like navigating a maze with no exit?
Hopefully, they find their customer service compass soon and make things right, so you don’t have to become a one-person boycott. It's only fair they stick to their word and keep you as a happy customer.
Here's hoping your refund arrives faster than you can say "I’ll never order again!"
