AliExpress phones

I bougth 20 mobile phones from this provider (Posted in aliexpress) and I sent the money through western union. I never received the products or replies any messages. They are cheaters - scam alert - dont buy from this crooks. !
They are both a real scammers and thefts.

AliExpress aliexpress is the same as alibaba

Aliexpress is the same as alibaba. they are the same scam artists. you pay for escrow service it makes no difference or you are offered free aliexpress buyers guarntee. its a lie. you have to dig through their customer service site to find non existent replies or one replydays late. finally i found a phone number for their california office. wendy was very condescending. i should read the email first to question or dispute the items defective within 5 days. i replied that i received the order it looked fine when i washed it within 30 days as required by california law where they are based i found it was cheap hair from grace yao qingdao grace hair product co ltd . to no avail. you try to dispute the order the button online will not show up they refuse to cancel orders and you find they are synthethic wigs from qingdao long and xin and qingdao au shine co ltd. i am going to fight these people tooth and nail. they have unfettered access to our markets we have very limited access to theirs. i am going to fight them to the very end. i returned all hair items to china refused shipment for the last one. that has not been entered as returned order on their site in my order history i will hope mastercard sees this is a pattern. i thought john ma and yahoo china were honest. i was wrong.

AliExpress save yourself headaches dealing with china and their poor customer service

Their escrow sucks! I ordered a goku cosplay (Jackson xie's store calls it boy mascot). They sent me a goku head as in their picture, but I received a naruto top. Emails went back and forth but jackson xie's store never corrected the problem and stated that "maybe different countries have different look." I stand firm. They did not send me what was in the picture from their website. Save yourself headaches dealing with china and their poor customer service. No wonder paypal pulled out from alibaba.com

AliExpress their practices are not completely honest

I should have checked this site before placing my first (and last) order through AliExpress.com

Ordered an extended battery for my Android. The battery came after about 2 weeks and worked perfectly... for 2 days. Unfortunately I was misled by the website and clicked on "Confirm Delivery" thinking this is just to confirm delivery. There was no indication or warning that this is actually final acceptance of the order.

I contacted AliExress immediately, requesting help with either refund or replacement battery since I am getting no replies from the seller. The reply I got was a canned answer referring me to the "Open Dispute" button which was disappeared once I clicked on "Confirm Delivery".

In my opinion this company acts as a store front to many crooks and its practices are not completely honest. This company is based in China or Hong Kong and yet is managing to deceive many innocent US customers by promising them purchase protection and then disengage from responsibility when an issue arise.

I wish there was a way to file a complaint with the FBI or other authorities and have them investigate the numerous complaints about this company.

AliExpress defective products on aliexpress

I bought 2 x 400w wind turbines on aliexpress. The supplier (ten high) sent me the goods. I confirmed the goods received and the money was released. Now, I checked the goods in the box and there didn`t appear to be any damage besides some oil covering the plastic.In order to fully check a wind turbine it must be installed, i. E mounted on a tower and connected through a series of wiring - not something you do on the spot.
Anyway, some weeks later when the wind turbines were installed, I discovered they were defective, one doesn`t work and the other has a defect with the nucleus and only produces 5 volts under any wind conditions. I have contacted the supplier no less than 50 times over 5 months and all he does is stall, saying, ` be calm, wait patiently, try doing tis try doing that, try disassembling this - a nightmare! Now he doesn`t respond any of my emails. So, I contacted aliexpress to help, afterall I chose this supplier through their service and they are responsible for their suppliers. But aliexpress seems to be a scammer as well as they take sides with the seller saying, you confirmed delivery. My response, ok yes I did confirm the goods were received but this is a warranty matter now, the seller promises to refund, replace or fix the goods for a 1 year warranty - something that isn`t happening. So, aliexpress does nothing if their suppliers don`t comply with their gauranties - what a scam! I was a platinum user at aliexpress now I won`t use thier services anymore - too many scammers involved for my liking.

I ordered a ski helmet in mid November 2018 and I received it after 2 months in mid January 2019. When I opened the parcel I show that helmet was damaged and I sent my first message to supplier MERBAO No 5 Store. They ignored me completely. I send 3 other messages and tried to open dispute but there was no reaction! This is the worst customer service I ever experienced ! Aliexpress should do something in these cases when suppliers behave this way because who will trust Aliexpress ? I am afraid to place an order by Aliexpress again. I want my money back !The order no was [protected], the tracking number LX924598194CN and I paid USD 35, 90.

i was a victim too of the same issue. the seller sent me non standard compliant product. and i have become a scape goat.

i asked aliexpress for warranty. but it seems that aliexpress is keen with the seller.

Everyone has to understand Aliexpress sellers work in large teams for the Chinese factories who are trying to find a market for their defective products which have been rejected by the original company who commissioned the products .So all products sold on Aliexpress are defective in some way.Some more so some less so.But all are defective and are factory rejects. In the US we call them "seconds".That's why they are so cheap.

I ordered a mobile phone before xmas and it came with only part of the item in the box it was the main body that was missing i have now been trying to get some action out of the supplier but i dont seem to be getting anywhere now i am just being ignored i took photos of the box and its contents i found a link on sight asking me to show invoice etc but only paper work that came with the order is taped to the box i am now feeling i have been scammed so i am trying to see if you can help me some how thank you i will copy some photos etc and attach them if it lets me

AliExpress cheating

Hi all of you!
I find none like big cheaters like ali express joining hand with suppliers. My case history is this.
My order no: [protected]
Placed on 9th january 2012
Product : wifi booster 2w
Supplier : 1buycart co., ltd (No.504670 store).
Contact name : tu aiming / lu lu

1. After placing the order by making full payment, the supplier did not bother to respond me for a week time.
2. I suspected the fidelity of the supplier and demanded for fully repayment from ali express on 16th of january 2012
3. Finally she gave me a tracking no. [protected].
4. Even after 6 days the tracking no. Was not traceable.
5. Finally on 19th of january (10 days later) the consignment was picked and sent.
6. The consignment arrived on 20th january 2012 at bangalore / india
7. The consignment could not cleared from the customs for following reasons.
A. The items description mentioned as "controller" instead of "wifi booster"
B. The quantity of the items mentioned was "one" instead of "four"
8. The custom department charged usd 132 / - for declaring wrong description and wrong quantity.
9. Finally the consignment reached on 28th january 2012 at coimbatore / india dhl office.
10. To my surprise, when I opened the consignment at dhl office, the items were not the one we ordered. Instead of 2w, the
Supplier supplied 1w - 3 nos and 2w-1no.
11. I refused to take delivery of the product because of wrong supply.
12. I complained to ali express.
13. To my surprise, ali express, demands me to clear the consignment by paying the duty and pay another usd 132 / - to the
Supplier to proceed with the case.
14. How stupid is this. For a wrong supply I have to pay the duty and then pay another usd 132 / - to supplier again to proceed
Further.
15. No action has been taken by ali express for late supply, wrong supply and false invoice.
How cheating is this. I am already on the job of publishing this in international journals and media.
I request all the readers to be very alert before proceeding with alibaba. They are cheats. So far I have lost usd 344.80. I have not got the refund yet. They are playing fishy.

Pay always with a credit card and if fraud occurs Block the transaction. In most of the cases within 6 months is possible. But the best is : DO NOT ENGAGE WITH ALIEXPRESS IN ANY TRANSACTION.

After 3 weeks of negotiations with seller in Shop [protected] Store/Order ID: [protected] and 3 long chats with your agents i accepted finally the proposal from this seller to send a new phone.

I trusted this seller and now that the dispute is closed the seller is not sending the new phone as agreed in our last conversation.

I am sending you 4 screenshots of the last conversation in which we agreed that he sends a new phone without me returning the defect phone

What you say is nothing out of ordinary and anyone guided by common sense will act this way. Fact is that AE is covering numerous fraudulent sellers and as far as I am concerned I openened 15 disputes in 1 year most of which were decided 100% on my favour and received money back . Some of AE are great sellers with great product though some are simply Chinese thieves sending you on purpose fraud merchandise . My recommandations : 1. GO ON CHAT FOR EVERY ISSUE WITH AE, DONT GIVE UP 2. TAKE SCREEN SHOT OF EVERY POSTAL TRACKING 3. TAKE SCREEN SHOTS OF EVERY PROBLEM YOU ENCOUNTERED 4. Aliexpress sellers are almost fraudsters. The pity is aliexpress customer care rep was telling aliexpress has a strong policy to punish mis-behaving sellers. But they work hand in glove and indirectly support the sellers and bullying the buyers.

Yes this China shopping website AliExpress is unbelievably unethical and there is nothing the website does to guarantee customer satisfaction so the sellers get away with all the cheating. You never get your money refunded because the Protection and Complaints is a scam set up to make it impossible for you to claim your money back. The photos for clothes and the actual product are immensely different in quality but worst still the material used to make the clothes are terribly Cheap and plastic - yet they charge ridiculous prices. See below the dress that costs US80 but feels and looks like plastic so much so when you hold it up it does not even fold down like normal material!

They are not interested in a genuine business relationship like Amazon or Bay and are out to make a fast buck. Worse they try to sweet tongue throughout trying to persuade you to get exchanges or coupons instead of returning money.

They are cheaters but don't care because no one holds them responsible. I twice when on to the live chat and complained and explained the circumstance with all the details, twice was promised that they understand and will resolve, months later still no response. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. also i delete their rubbish emails but it keeps on coming, choosing unsubscribe does nothing. their like a plague.

I agree, The shipping can cost more than the ite, . pics are clear that it's the sellers fault and yet AliBlindExpress can't see that and ask you to return item at your own cost. No wonder these thieves are getting away with it. They send you crap and no that Alibaba is there to protect it's 40 thieves

I entirely agreed with all the complaints that have being made. AliExpress is in hand with the sellers & it should be called a "Seller protection program" not "Buyer protect program". I ordered a miniature car model for my kid & the seller sent it o a wrong address instead of the correct one. I doubt maybe they did really send the toy or an empty package by post. Bunch of thieves. When I opened a dispute order, they ruled in the favor of the seller saying that it has being delivered. Not mentioning whether it was to the correct address or not.
& the infamous customer service sweet talks you saying that they will resolve the issue still to date. Amusing, isn't it? I hope Jack Ma is listening as this is entirely a business of thievery.
I have never had such a miserable shopping experience. Never going to deal with Ali Express again.

AliExpress they waste my time at least for 15 days after order

I have bought an item, they didn't start processing for 5 days, when I was trying to cancle the shippment, it got confirmed that they can't accept the cancelation becuase they sent the item and gave me a confirmation No., but the courier could find the tracking no., and now I foun out they on vacation for Chineies new year .So they waste my time at least for 15 days after order and there is nobody in that fu*ing website to answer me untill the end of their new year.

I too had the same problem. Ali express join hands with supplier to cheat the buyers. Ali express is not consumer protective. I alert all the people to be very cautious before dealing with Ali express.

I put my order on aliexpress and make payment. Results: my order simplily was frozen and finished. I sent msg and msg to seller no reply. I try to make refund of my order no results. Conclusion: I close my account. This is a bed site to shopping. Never buy in Alibaba or Aliexpress. Don't put your money in risk. Tks.

AliExpress unfair business, do not return money

AliExpress is what supposed to be a Chinese analog of eBay - well, it's just another scam that is trying to look legit.
Seller sent me a wrong item and refused to replace or refund. After I opened a complaint with Aliexpress, they simply sent me a message saying they don't have sufficient evidences (even though I even had to send them photos of what I ordered and the wrong item that was received) and released money to seller.
Also, the system is extremely clunky, you can't see all of your feedbacks, and they give you very little time to respond to them if you open a claim - I was given literally LESS THAN ONE DAY.
BAD BUSINESS, AVOID AT ALL COST!
If similar situation happens on eBay - eBay will return you your money and then deal with an unfair seller. AliExpress won't do neither first nor second.

when ever i buy any clothing from ali express they show good stuff and send cheap knock offs..with different material which is easily torn.. and when asked fr refund dey say that thiers nt much evidence so we r not eligible fr a refund...thats fraud and it didnt happen with me for 1 tym nt several tyms...bloody ripp offs!

This is true. I paid $90 but received a fake cheap DVR without required features and with a counterfeit SanDisk TF card (real size 8Gb although marked as 32Gb), Opened a dispute but the seller still continues to sell this fake product. Customers are not protected from swindlers. Do not buy there.

Aliexpress takes no responsibility of its vendors. They are free to do what they want to the unsuspecting public. Customer service is useless. The vendors hardly can communicate in English. And when they do, they will use the entire Britannica of the curse words in their reviews and comments. This is a legitimate website with illegitimate products promoted in it. Federal Trade Commission should be all over this website.

AliExpress stay away from this biggest thief

I returned an unsatisfied product and was guaranteed the refund by aliexpress. I'm still waiting for it after three months. Everytime they said it's process, should get it by the 10 dec, still no refund. Stay away from this biggest thief. I wrote to them telling them i'm going to tell the worldwide web, that did not make any different.

AliExpress the customer service really doesn't exist

I found 2 great sellers there out of 12 orders I placed. It took two months to get my money back. Stay far away. If you do, always use Paypal, no matter what they seller says. Paypal will always refund you of the seller is fake or gives you the run around. I lost alot of customers because of the site. They act like they ship when they don't and by the time you look around, the sellers have closed their stores. The customer service really doesn't exist. They email you but really doesn't help solve anything. The refund process takes about 30-60 days unless you use Paypal. Stick with Paypal payments only.

AliExpress Beware , you will be out of pocket

I suffered a loss of a total of $103.20 after dealing with Shenzhen Lihaicheng Technology Co, Ltd.

I have received a motherboard that was totally different than the one I ordered and different than the photo on their website. After sending them photos of the difference and many debates, finally they admitted their fault and instructed me to send it back with their choice of shipment. The following are sections of some of their e-mails:

"Really sorry for the motherboard problem. pls send the motherboard back for me .Make sure it's good condition and delivery it safe .After received it, I will refund the full money for you."

Also, when I asked about method of shipment:

"Really sorry for the business this time .if have more business, we will be more careful .Thanks for your understanding .I think Xpresspost International is better .I will receive it and refund you soon .pls send it by Xpresspost International .Thank you very much ."

Also, this e-mail by Maggie (one of the representatives of the company):

"Pls send the motherboard back with your payment for the shipping cost . Thanks for your cooperation
Have a nice day".

So, I trusted what they said and I sent it back with the receipt of the shipment cost as requested, and the receipt of the import tax that I paid when I received the wrong motherboard. But they only refunded the cost of the motherboard. When I asked them about the refund of the other costs ( Shipping cost $81.18, Import tax $22.02 ), they sent this e-mail:

"About the shipping cost and import tax. we can not stand it.
1.We have refund the motherboard cost. Why? Why I should take a such big loss on the shipp freight?
2.Maggie has said that you stand the shipping cost, not us. no matter what you say, we will never pay the shippiing cost.
3.you impot the goods, of cause you sand the import tax. Have you seen that there is someone import goods and the seller stand the cost? It is ridiculous."

I believe It is the most outrageous that, not only they hassled me by sending the wrong motherboard, but also they have dared to request an expensive way to return it back to them and then refuse to cover it. It is totally unfair that I have to absorb the cost of their mistakes. As I was searching for a place that I can apeak about what was done to me, I found another similar story with the same company and here is the link to it :

I wish I had seen your post BEFORE I purchased from them! We purchased a motherboard that would not function properly. The first 5 or so responses were telling us things to try. We are computer techs we know what to try and we had tried it all. It simply was NOT WORKING! Finally I get the RMA information and send the part. They attempt delivery FOUR times. I sent numerous emails to the person I was dealing with and finally (coincidentally on the 46th day after their 45 day return policy) they tell me she is no longer there and they will go get the package. BUT...now they will not honor a 45 day warranty because no one "picked up" the item until the 46th day! W T F?

Now they tell me that if I spend more money they'll help with repair costs? Here is her answer "so this is happened now, so i tell u, if u can buy some other things from me, then i can give u some discount to make up the charge for repair, u know i must to handle like this for this is the rule, can u see me. about to pick up the parcel u return, it is not no one to pick up, for the forwarder inform us to pick up on 3th, Aug."

The parcel was there, I had been informing someone that it was there, it was a stall tactic to avoid warranty I am certain!

SCAMMERS! Hope others will search out this company before using them!

AliExpress sometimes the cheap prices may be attractive but do not be fooled

Many scammers on this site, beware, they will pretend to send you products and when it comes to receiving a refund, they will be unresponsive and will take your money. I personally was scammed by a seller, and the costumer service... Well they were not very helpful to say the least, do not recommend, sometimes the cheap prices may be attractive but do not be fooled.

I bought 3 key reprogramming machines from a vendor on Aliexpress.com and all 3 did not work, I tried to reprogram several vehicles with no success, I contacted the seller and she just told me that I was doing something wrong and she would not take them back, this site is a scam and I would NOT recommend it at all, stay AWAY ! AliExpress they don't even have a calling system

Had purchased some accessories for xbox with a tempting price. After five days I received the track # but it was not in the system. I thought it's normal but after a week it was still like that. The track number was FAKE!

I disputed, both with their website and Paypal, but it's almost one month that my capital is locked by them. I can't even call them, very poor customer service. They don't even have a calling system! I sent several emails and messages to them about my case but all with no respond.

I just hope paypal could get my money back, but it takes a loong time! I used to deal with aliexpress and alibaba but I won't do that in future at all.

They advertise escrow buyer protection, but keep your money when you don't get your items, or when items are broken, junk, or not what you ordered. they provide no real service as far as protecting buyers interests, they keep the money anyway. Unfortunately, i bought a lot from there at christmas time, things that i thought i could not usually afford to buy for my children, some of it i didn't receive at all, and some of it, like a google android tablet that arrived with a broken screen, they will not accept back, though it has stayed with the courier, because i open everything before i sign for it. ripped off, they will not refund my money, they do not want to know. do not trust them.

I purchased bunch of items from a reseller ( Shenzhen Kaweier Technology Co., Ltd), and things have been fine till I received the order, but then it turned out to be a terrible experience. Basically, one of the items was clearly broken... I sent an email to the reseller with a picture of the broken item and was told to fix it myself and offered a $5 dolar refund (items was $40). I told them that I can't get it fixed (living in a small town), and so they asked me to send it back to China for repair and that I should pay for the shipment. And, the issues started from here on:

1. I am not a pro English speaker myself, but at least I can explain my self. The customer reps there cannot speak reasonable English. I mean, you get messages like: "Why this product is $40, also let us refund the freight, we in the mail, is free shipping to you by mail in the past. Now let us refund the freight to you again. Why is that?"

2. Aliexpress.com complaint center is terrible, just simply terrible. I opened a complaint, uploading all the pictures I have and explained the situtation, and kept receiving messages like "no evidence" provided, and some random emails like "your payment is being processed", "confirm your deliver", etc.

3. About 2-3 weeks later, I got an email from aliexpress saying that the complaint is rejected and money was transferred to the reseller due to insufficient evidence (again, I uploaded pictures / explained the thing twice on the site, it is still there)

4. There is no place to contact on aliexpress. Check their site, there are some stupid / insufficient automated systems, but nothing that you can contact an actual customer rep.

At the end, I ended up throwing $40 away.

In summary, just stay away from AliExpress. You think you can save a few dollars, but you end up wasting a lot more!

They are scam. most of the products in their webpage is not viewed with the actual price but lower, just to fool you to order the product an there is no way to cancel the order once you learn the real price and all the exact info. My opinion do not order anything from them, unless you want to give some donation to them poor Chinese people.

I bought the stuff from the website www.aliexpress.com/store. After I paid my bill, I received the tracking number, which turned out to be fault. I sent email through their website and asked for the correct number, but I haven’t received any response. I don’t know what measures to take now, maybe someone can advise something useful, please.

This company has some nice products, but you're taking your chances on getting the right order and trying to return it. If you don't mind loosing the money, go for it. Their phones have been disconnected and they do not have any service after the purchase. I have tried emails, their contact information and every avenue to try and return my purchase for a refund, and it is like they fell off the face of the earth. About a year ago I ordered some bathroom faucets, they were beautiful. I ordered from them again, however this time they sent the wrong item and since they are no where to be found, I now have a $200 item I can't use and will not be able to regain my loss if I tried to resell it. Too bad, they had potential.

Never order anything even if it's a few dollars less than Ebay, as they are crooks. I bought 1 android tablet on June 27 and have not received it yet and the seller does not answer my email so I bought another one on Ebay last week and it is arrived in Canada this morning. I lost 107.00$ with Aliexpress and will never buy anything again as they do not accept Paypal anymore and never credit anything and their ESCOW customer protection only protects their sellers.

Aliexpress taking parts for sellers. You can not file a claim when you discover that you have been scammed. You can only file a claim if you do not receive the item. I have been scammed by Aliexpress. I have bought many electronics and ALL of them become
broken after a few times use. My suggestion DO NOT buy electronics from Aliexpress. They look cheap but they do not work. And warranty is a joke.

Very few trustworthy suppliers on this Aliexpress!

Buyer beware! I've been defrauded by numerous gem merchants who would advertise "natural" EGL/GIA certified gemstones. They charge a pretty penny too. In order to defraud both aliexpress and the buyer, these vendors would provide a tracking number to make it appear that something was sent.

I have never received what I ordered. Instead, I would receive bits of worthless GLASS or metal. Getting a refund is a nightmare!

AliExpress avoid like the plague

I did meet aliexpress on internet maybe two years ago and was closely following its behavior for a while before making a trade with them since I have always heard about the risk of making business with China. After I see they qualify their merchants with certifications, they have a feedback content and they launched their scrow system, I thought wow! this place has became a safe and wonderful tool for retail so, I made my first order from a merchant who appeared to be a certified gold member with more than a hundred trades, 95% positive feedback, all perfect to fit my needs.

I bought a case of Kingston flash drives for retail. After I received them everything looked perfect and I tried one but not all, as I got them for retail and needed them in their original package. Since everything looked fine, I release the payment but for my surprise, after I have sold 5, I had 3 devolutions. The problem with those flash drives is that beside are defective product, they format them to make them appear as they were high capacity when the true is that just have less than 1gb so, when you intend to use all the fake capacity, the flash drive get blocked and you can not access your information once again.

At that time and following the aliexpress advice, I contacted the seller just to received an email with an apologize. Then I sent more than four emails without response so, I told them I will start a Paypal dispute. The day after, the merchant disappeared from aliexpress webpage and nobody respond for my money. Paypal said I had to complain with my credit card, my credit card made me send the merchandise back to china, gave me a temporary refund while they investigate, after 2 months the money was debited from my account again because alibaba declined to make a refund and I even lost the shipping and a fee I had to pay my credit card for a foreign transaction. jajaja! thanks God I learned a lesson and it could be expensiver.

All are advise to stop buying from AliExpress. The customer Agent really suck. They are all mindless. It obviously shop the seller not serious sending goods yet ask me to wait till 11days then only cancel. Time wasted and now wait another 10-20days for refund. The moral of the story is you will lost your currency conversion. Buy nothing..

I have dealt with AliExpress for years now, while living in SE Asia. I have found that roughly 60% of all goods are either fake, faulty, misrepresented (lied about), or don't show up. The items that do show up or work, work poorly. I do not recall a single purchase in which a single item worked 100% as expected. I have been forced to file numerous (7-9) disputes with upper management. In all cases I was eventually refunded, but in most cases it took many months to actually get the funds back into my bank. The sellers will lie and produce fake documentation, which then must be disproven and it all takes time and energy. They are hoping to frustrate you to the point of going away. I am currently fighting a case in which a case of sticker-tattoos simply never showed up. After 2.5 months, the seller refuses to refund, although tracking shows the order as lost. Aliexpress will step in shortly, though it will still take about two more months to get the refund. That's it for me. I live surrounded by Chinese here. They are the worst people on earth. They are even worse than the Russians. I will be deleting my Aliexpress account once my refund is in my account. There is something truly wrong with these people. No other people on this earth act like this. It's as if every single one of them was raised by wolves, and have never been exposed to the real, outside world. They have no idea how to conduct normal business, or how to act. STAY AWAY!

Aliexpress sucks big time. I ordred an item. Then, the seller told me "item is sold out", please cancel order with reason "other reason. When I cancelled, I selected "item out of stock". The seller refused to cancel the order. I did the same again. He refused again. I contacted Aliexpress support to draw their attention on the business practices of this seller and to ask them if they could force him to cancel with the actual reason "item out of stock". They advised me to select "other reason" just to satisfy the seller. That's ridiculous.

I bought a new pants in black color and received one in blue color instead of. As I complained to Aliexpress and opened a dispute: Buyer requested a refund, Dispute Reason:Color not as described, Proposal:, Refund Only US $ 32.96, Comments:
the item received in a wrong color. I ordered item in Black color, the item received is in blue color, furthermore it does not the same style as in sellers homepage. and sendt pictures as evidences, I received the following judgment from Aliexpress: AliExpress Processing the Proposal, Proposal:, Return goods & refund US $ 32.98. To return the item, shipment cost is 40 USD it is higher than the price of the item. Furthermore the seller has deleted the item homepage. It seems no warranty, no buyer protection. You are left under your own responsibility. The untrusted buyer go frie and the seller has no rights.

Ali Express is a con. Firstly, Ali Express hold the money in a seperate account until you have marked the item received and you are happy with the product. So even if the buyer disappears before you confirm receipt, Ali still has your money. They're nothing but a rip off. If you are happy to spin a wheel and get lucky in that you receive what you pay for and are happy with the product then go ahead. I would suggest you contact Ali-Express customer service (I use the term very loosely). When you open Eva (Customer help tab) type in "I want to speak to a human" and then follow the instructions. You will eventually get to speak to a human. Do not let them put you off by telling you they will escalate it. This means nothing. Just keep re-typing "I want my money back" I have been conned & cheated. They will eventually cut you off. Re contact and do the same again. Eventually they will give in and refund you.

Aliexpress: cheap, substandard quality, horrible costumer service - worst online retailer ever to do business with !
Once again, Aliexpress also proved to me that never to do business with Chinese retailers. While initially the price is attracting, the get what you paid for ...or not even.
I purchased recessed lights from a retailer- items arrived about 1 month after purchase -which is not only an eternal time for shopping, but also protects the seller for a negative review- as you cannot submit review after 30 days of your actual transaction. Items arrived, one of the light failed working after a week. I contacted the seller, who ended up jerking me around with back and forth emails wasting my time...instead of admitting that the item was cheaply made, substandard in quality and offer a replacement. I only spent 45$, and we are talking about a 10$ worth of replacement.
Decided to repurchase the same light from another seller... few days later i get a notification that my pucrahse was shipped. Then a month later -still waiting on the item to arrive-I get a another notification that my shipment was canceled. No explanation or refund.
Maybe this is how they do business in China, but this poor ethic wont last in the western world.
Save yourself the headache and stay away from Aliexpress.

Do not buy through aliexpress, their so called 'buyers protection' is a load of crap. they get the money and then it's your problem. even with proof of payment, orders, everything possible, following their processes, still no product and no response... because they decided the item was received, even if there is proof that it never even arrived in the country it was ordered from. unable to open dispute, but there is proof that I did communicate that item was not received. twice posted complaint on live chat, was twice promised it will be resolved, still months later no reply.
