AliExpress refund

I order some dresses on Aliexpress this was my first order I still have not received the order the first the merchant name is Fernando Tsin [protected]. This is my order number every time I ask for a refund he refuses the refund. I order Place two order with this merchant and have received neither one. When I escalate the despite I am told he wil send my order by July 9.2014 who has that type of time I am a new business owner this make me not want to ever trust them again. I will probably never do business with this site again because when I joined the site it states that if for any reason you are unhappy you may keep the merchandise and the money but when I placed the order I notice that it said the order would not be mailed out for 50 to 60 days so I said immediately to cancel the order and refund the money because the order was suppose to be delivered with in 5 to 15 days now it is going on 4 weeks and he his not even sent it yet.. I don't even know if he has mailed the other one I want my money back. Can you please Help me

Mobile phone - cost us$ 160 - quantity: 2 - total: us$ 320
Comments at order time: hello, please make sure that both phones will work on at&t (Usa) networks wcdma/hspa 850/1900mhz.

Benk chen shipped two phones with frequencies of 900/1800mhz (Europe, asia) that could not work on the at&t (Usa) networks (850/1900mhz). The phones were received on dec. 13 2013 and returned on dec 17 2013 within the 7-day return
Policy from benk chen website (See return policy jpg). Benk chen under the name of nick chen, played delaying tactics (2014 chinese new year and 2014 chinese lantern festival) saying that it could take up to three months to receive these two phones. I accepted to wait until march 18 2014. When I contacted, on march 20 and 22 2014, benk chen on both aliexpress
Message center and his store pocket-handkerchief direct store no.137086, benk chen never replied to my messages. This is merchandise fraud and the return policy is also a fraud because benk chen will not refund or exchange these two phones.

I am reporting benk chen and his company to us customs as his china customs declaration stated: description: metal alloy cell phone for ringing, and value us$: 50. The correct value was us$320. Also, I am reporting him to the usps for not declaring that the package contained lithium polymer batteries in violation of us regulations. Finally, I am reporting him to the ftc for mail fraud.

I hope that these actions will prevent other potential customers of losing money with fraudulent merchandise.In my case I lost us$320 with benk chen and his aliexpress pocket-handkerchief direct store no.137086.

CONFIRMATION OF MERCHANDISE FRAUD, WARRANTY FRAUD, AND DELAYING TACTICS

After posting this complaint, the vendor, Benk Chen/Stone Chen/Nick Chen, contacted me on the aliexpress Message Board, on March 27, 2014 for submitting a fair proposition to resolve my purchase. On March 28, 2014, I offered him to replace these two smartphones (US$320) by two other smartphones of a lesser value (US$160) with the correct frequencies for the AT&T (USA)
networks. No replies.

On March 31, 2014 I asked him for the last time to reply to my proposition within 24 hours. No replies.

This confirmed that Benk Chen/Stone Chen/Nick Chen and his company are fraudulent entities shipping merchandise that does not work on AT&T, does not comply with US Customs declaration regarding its true value, and USPS regulations regarding lithium batteries. Their warranty and refund policy listed on their website is also a fraud since the vendor will not honor them.

Avoid doing business with Benk Chen/Stone Chen/Nick Chen and his “Pocket-handkerchief direct” aliexpress store

AliExpress aliexpress cancelled orders and requests private identifying materials and never reinstates ordering function

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing because I am having an issue that needs urgent attention. I am a customer of Aliexpress.com and have made many purchases with no issues up until 12/31/2013 where my orders were cancelled and I was requested to provide reason of a chargeback for order ending in 9945 for in which I did as well as provide a copy of my drivers license id, credit card used to place my new order and proof of cancellation of chargeback cancellation from fraud reason(bank error) to "item not as described/broken/damaged"

I have been patiently waiting, I have never had any issues with any sellers other than the ones I have disputed via aliexpress and have always provided valid documentation and/or proof for the reason of the dispute/chargeback.

It is imperative for this issue to be resolved so that I can place orders for my business that is growing, which now have been stalled and this is causing a financial catastrophe for me as I have to refund people.

I need action taken to this matter as I was asked to provide sensitive proof of identification yet my account is given no time frame for when it will be verified which is unprofessional. I am in limbo here and need my purchasing via credit card back, it will truly defy the purpose of using aliexpress if I have to pay using another method which takes longer to process payment and the charge for making the payment which sometimes exceeds the cost of the order itself.

There should be no reason why there is a ban for me to use my credit card and why is should take longer than 3 business days to verify the documents you requested. My card issuer told me that as per the request from the email I received from aliexpress for cancellation of chargeback as fraud to not as described was given to them and is easily accessible through the merchant account/payment system.

This matter needs to be escalated to someone who can assist me in a timely manner and efficiently approve and re-instate full function to my account. If Aliexpress can not do their part and verify the documentation to reinstate the credit card order payment function then they should not be requesting it and just cancel your account. Also, since Aliexpress is a worldwide business platform it should adhere to the same policies that sites catering to the USA market have to abide by. It is unheard of for business to be conducted in this manner. I have been going through hell for the last 2 weeks with generic and repetitive customer service chat remarks.

Aliexpress confirmed my order as accepted when it was in dispute as it was not delivered they paid the supplier with my money instead of escrow as advertised, I was ripped off by aliexpress

AliExpress wrong distribution of paid money

Hello, I made an order yesterday and when I checked my aliexpress account the money was wrongly distributed and now the suppliers cannot send the products as one product received more money than its initial price and the remaining products have been allocated less money. see attachment for the 4of the6 products I ordered. And to make matters worse the product that was allocated more money, the supply said the money was less and they are not communicating now. Thanks

AliExpress scam

Aliexpress is scamm! They may claim to protect you but this is not true! They have a zero buyer protection! Be warned! I ordered from carlos chan from shenzhen myton trading co,. Ltd (http://www.aliexpress.com/store/507800) he is a fraud!
Apparently carlos chang had gotten the wrong idea of what today is called 'good customer service' but this may be bearable if he hasn't been a big lair too.

I ordered products for $200. The tracking number carlos chan has given me, was invalid. It had been 20 days after my order, and the only way to make him reply is to open dispute. Then he said that he will resend the goods with hk post. He failed to provide proof of shipping. I agreed with his proposal but he never sent the products and took my money. I hope carlos chan to choke with this $200!

If you value your time and money do not waste them on products from shenzhen myton trading co,. Ltd. Do not order!

I purchase some LED light bulbs during the Nov 11, 2017 sales on Aliexpress. After 2-3 weeks I received the products and started using 1 of the 4 pcs led bulps i purchased. After I tested ok, i clicked goods received the assume the bulps are good. Then few days later the led bulp exploded with loud noise and smoke came out from the bulp. I took out the bulp and no longer using it. Then I contacted the seller thru Aliexpress messaging but without reply. Then I lodged complain to Aliexpress customer service and they promised to look into my case. Now already 1 week passed and still no news from them.

Be aware that you are buying on your own risk. There is Absolutely no purchase protection.
Should thing go wrong, and they very often do go wrong, you will never get your money back.
For example, I've got jacket made of cheap rayon that was advertised as 100% cotton. Filed dispute, demanding 100% refund upon returning the item back on my own expenses. AliExpress dispute resolution team quickly sided with the seller. Aliexpress makes money from sellers commissions. No wonder that they are bais and always protect their breadwinners.
All 4 "genuine leather shoes were in fact faux leather.
All 3 "100% cotton" closings ( a shirt, a jacket and a sport blazer ) were made of rayon and polyester. Of cause there was no fiber content information on any label.
Design was good, so all items looked very appealing on pictures, but all of them were made from cheap cheap cheap low quality material.

Do not buy anything on aliexpress. I have been a customer for a long time. The the quality of the products is not worth the money you pay.
Many companies steal your money and never send the product. See the attached snapshot of my complaint.
Also, you cannot return the products you buy, because it would cost too much and not be worth. They bet on this and make bad quality products look good in the picture.
The sizes are off - and there are big differences to the measurements available online

AliExpress womens vintage lace tights

I will never buy from this website/seller again! I ordered some vintage women tights and paid $30.99. When I tracked the order it said it was returned due to undeliverable address. When I went to the post office they said they package had been sent back to the seller. I contact the seller for a refund because I did not have time for them to resend it back to me. They are refusing to give me a refund in the full amount saying that it is my fault that the address was incorrect! I advised them I have never had a problem with any package ever getting to me and when they told me what the address had to have I sent them a screen shot of my order, which had all the information they requested. I will never buy from this website/seller again.

I never got my order: they build hi fi website but they don’t know how to track where is the money gone, very strange & funny! Don’t buy anything from www.Aliexpress.com

The payment for order [protected] for this item wwe john cena salute the cenation superfan t-shirt package;new cena green t-shirt+baseball cap+sweatbands set.

I am visited to my bank (Canara bank, jayanagar shopping complex branch, bangalore & ndash; 560011. India) and they given me a copy of bank statement print out.

The money us$23.49 is transferred on 15th oct 12 and otr number is 0599otr432412.

Aliexpress just whack my money without any appreciation.

I have purchsed some product from Ali express and made my payment. after making payment one of the trader refused to send my product and
ask for payment from western union and didn't deliver my product.

I log a complaint with aliExpress and received communication saying we have block this trader for 7 working days but i can see him still online and he replied to me today.

It looks like it is a nexus of chinese companies and Alibaba.com

Aliexpress is there head.

I am really disappointed and unsatisfied with the action taken by alibaba.

AliExpress defective merchandise

Do not buy from any supplier from aliexpress! I bought six mobile phones from six different suppliers. Two phones were dead on arrival. Two worked for less than two months, then stopped working. I tried to return one for repair. No communications whatsoever from seller. Lost price of goods plus return shipping cost. I tried to send another one for repair. They made fabulous accusation that I soaked the mobile phone in water! Aliexpress is recycling outlet for chinese sellers, for customer returns of non-working products. Once you pay to aliexpress, you can kiss your money good buy! Alibaba, the legendary thief of china!

AliExpress fraud and indifference

AliExpress is the Chinese equivalent of ebay but has only "BuyNow".
You pay with CreditCard when you order and AliExpress will release money when you confirm delivery... that is how it suppose to work.
To be sure, I made 20 different purchases lately and they all were to my satisfaction.
But one seller never shipped the items but claimed he did. I caught him lying because the China Post shipping number he stated did not exist. Then He claimed the parcel was returned, because I did not sign... and so on.
Here is the trick he is using:
The items were ridiculously cheap, but the shipping cost substantial. Together it was still a good deal.
Ali's Dispute resolution center told me, that I have to pay the shipping cost, which is ~$200 for a total cost of $292. The package is just the size of an envelope.
Advice: Only purchase something from AliExpress when the shipping is listed as Free.
Now He claimed that he shipped it again (3rd time) with Fedex, but does not provide a shipping number.
In the mean time the Dispute resolution center of AliExpress "does not give a flying monkey"

After 10 weeks, I finally got the package.
The seller claimed the package was returned to him for unknown reasons.
After 8 weeks he sent it again with FEDEX and it arrived today. I got my stuff, the seller got his money (he just had to pay shipping twice... sorry not my fault).
I do not know what happened, but the Dispute Resolution of AliExpress does not work.
The rule is: "The seller must ship within 7 days of order and the order must arrive within 30 days at my destination". It is not clearly spelled out, what happened next. The way I interpret the small-print (and I am not a lawyer)... If the package does not arrive within a reasonable time (4 weeks) the purchase is void and the buyer gets his money back.
I do understand the complexity of the issue: "What if the package does arrive after 5 weeks and the buyer gets his money back after 4 weeks". The seller would lose his goods unless he is dealing with an honorable person like me who would pay ONE WAY OR ANOTHER (I send him a money-order if necessary).
But I dare anybody to screw me around

My point is: The Dispute resolution procedure of AliExpress needs a lot of work.
I all fairness, you will get some pretty good deals at AliExpress and the seller in question may have done nothing but an honest shipping mistake.
I apologize to all people involved for my anger. It might be, that my hypothesis in my first post about the high shipping cost is NOT correct.
Again I got my order and paid the seller as agreed.

I order from Aliexpress a RC plane. After a lot of lies, they give a fake tracking number. The true is that they never ship my order. After a multiples disputes and claims they refund me less than a half of the money I paid for nothing. The real name of Aliexpres is" Ali and the forty thiefs" Never buy anything from Aliexpress, the chances to be cheated is more than you could think. Somebody have to do something to close this criminals and robbers.

Aliexpress never hear the buyer, they don't have help center but only robot! So you never get help when you have trouble with this chinese seller! Never have deal with Aliexpress!

AliExpress identity thieft

I have made approximately six successful orders using the same credit card though AliExpress. Then after a following order I received an order cancellation notice from AliExpress, stating cancelled for security reasons but not stating the actual reason. AliExpress asked me to correct this problem by sending them by computer a copy of my credit card statement, my I.D. card, my credit card and my passport. I did foolishly send them a copy of my credit card statement. Their replied that was insufficient information and they wanted all the documents they had requested. I then came to my senses and refused. With that much personal they or an AliExpress employee could easily steal my identity.

AliExpress fake seller

In november 2012 I have bought a list of products from aliexpress seller — - her name is jiaai li
Her email is [protected]@qq.com
Her paypal is [protected]@qq.com

She has already closed the shop after she ribbed me
The seller ignores completly my emails
The seller asked me to pay directly in her paypal account - and that is exactly what I have done
I am very dissapointed with this transaction
After I have payed her the money she has sent only a small package with 4 locks (worth 1.20$ - I received it at the end of december 2012) from the whole list of products - worth 29$
I can provide you with all the emails between us
Please help me to receive my money back

AliExpress the seller never responded after the fake hats came in

I am writing to caution potential buyers from both aliexpress and seller Ke Ke's store. I asked like 20 questions before ordering the seller was very responsive up untill i recieved the order (hats) they where counterfeit all hats wrong in size they didnt measure even hats with the same size are not the same. They quality is like a child did it. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
It's been 2 months and i still have not recieved a refund it states dispute in progress. But come on i provided emails pictures even a video and still they need time with all the evidence on the table? This website is a complete mess and a scam 100% Use caution. I have lost 100 dollars i am trying to go thru VISA however i have been out 100 bucks for 2 months and have nothing to show for it.
They have no customer support, they have an automated agent that is useless. the seller never responded after the fake hats came in.

- Sent me a product without an address. Turned at customs - Product returned to China. Demanded the return of money or goods - it was 70 days, and the dispute is not resolved.

Supplier was - a thief, do not have with him, and Aliexpress involved.

AliExpress stay far away from this company

Ordered a gown that was supposed to have long sleeves to cover a burnt arm. They were to make it according to the picture that had long sleeves but when it arrived the sleeves were up to my elbows. They kept me in a chat for about an hour and gave me every excuse in the book for not refunding my order. I coped all of the conversations I had with them. I was asked if a tailor here could fix it, told they had to pay for the material and would not be able to pay their workers and even that maybe my arm was too fat? I am a beanpole! Then I kept getting sad faces, crying faces and so on. How did they get a gold medallion rating? I finally told them I would single handedly try to ruin there company, so this will be posted everywhere for a very long time!

AliExpress the product arrived late and broke for the first time in us

I bought a meat grinder from "The wind crafts Co" in China. I knew the rating for this site is pretty low so I just tried petty cash product costing $10.00 to test the water.

As I expected, the product arrived late and broke for the first time in use. The plastic parts were made out of cheap material and brittle. The first time when I turned the handle, it broke the hole that the handle goes in. IT IS WASTE OF MONEY and TIME.

They did not care about the feedback because they renew the product posting and old feedback is no longer posted for new potential buyers.

AliExpress no refund for counterfeit items

Seller sold me counterfeit items and I returned the items back to the seller. Aliexpress.com released the funds to the seller even though I opened a dispute. The website has no record of my dispute and the seller refuses to provide refund even though I followed all the steps for refund provided on the seller's page. Aliexpress.com does not have a record for my despute and they already released the funds to the seller and are no longer able to help me. I am out $695.00. I advise people to avoid Aliexpress.com altogether but especially avoid store number 502283 Mr. Factory Sales- Accessories Manufacturer [protected]@gmail.com as that seller is a fraud.

Never ever buy something from Aliexpress. I ordered three months ago a couple of led panels. Still waiting for them. I was never allowed to open a dispute. I was given wrong tracking number where it says the package is delivered. Well I learned my lesson the hard way. I will hardly get my money back.

AliExpress items not received

i did not received goods and Aliexpress confirmed delivered without my approval. I did not state that i had received the goods and also the tracking shows that the goods did not leave China. Aliexpress has ruled in favour of the seller as usual.
there is no proof that i have received this item. The tracking is incomplete.

AliExpress I sent 4 emails and it has been weeks now with no response to any of my inquires

Terrible...to say the least. I actually found a really good supplier who delivered the goods in a very timely manner and I had great correspondance back and forth with him. The problem? It was impossible to pay for things on aliexpress. I tried paying with a VISA and it kept telling me my VISA 3D verification was not authorized. I called VISA and my bank MANY times and they assured me my card was in perfect working order. I was even on the phone with my bank while putting an order in and the bank assistant on the phone told me the transaction wasn't even showing up on his screen. It was a problem with their website. So I did what everyone else would do...I contacted customer service. Well little did I know that it is non-existent. I sent 4 emails and it has been weeks now with no response to any of my inquires.

Apparently aliexpress is linked with alibaba which is supposed to be a credible company. Not the case, I contacted alibaba several times with no response.

Stay as far away as you possibly can.
