Hello. I am writing this complaint with reference to Order IDs: [protected] and [protected]. The order date for both is 1st April 2019. The expected delivery date was 14th May 2019. However both the orders didn't arrive and they were confirmed automatically. I opened the dispute after talking to the sellers who said that it would be delivered soon.
The dispute of first Order id is finished. I wanted to confirm about that.
About the second order, the seller said that the parcel has reached the country and asked me to check the post office and close the dispute. I have closed the dispute but this is not the buyer's responsibility to go to the post office. The seller is responsible for delivering the goods at my doorstep. Kindly deliver the order at my address or refund the money.

The seller (OUKITEL Online Store - Store No.2034078) sold me a faulty phone on Order time: 06:37 Jul. 24 2018 with Order ID: 93454074506344. When i received the phone in Nigeria and noticed it is bad phone, I complained to them. They asked me to return the phone for repair or to send another phone or to give me a refund and i did that since 13/08/2018.
Since they received the phone from me, they refused to send back the repaired phone or refund me back my money plus courier cost. They kept on giving fake promises and lies till date, see chats/mail exchanged attached in the link.
Please Kindly track the seller to refund all my money since they are unable to deliver on giving me the phone. This seller is fake and fraudulent.

It bugs me by asking me to sign in - it arrogantly blocks anything before I signed in {I want the Chinese government to have an purging policy and clean it up - executions! Executions Executions - more more more!}. The site then has the check to say after I fill out banking details and order - "your not signed in." The site is to intrusive / invasive - and this should be purged as there are obviously too many people! I want to look up an item - and proceed to check out, if there is a link or if you signed in it needs to work.
If these hackers are on the Hong Kong side - they know the deal with Chinas execution policy and have no business hiding behind the people of hong Kong - they need to be draged over the border and shot in the head or better - ran over with a steam-roller. i am a Prophet whom God said he will directly back my words - and those are my words!

In the month of May some amounts of money were charged from my credit card from aliexpress, however, I didn't make those several purchases.
I've been using aliexpress for many years, but now I'm very upset with this situation, because money has been stolen from my account. I sent two emails to security@aliexpress.com but got no response. It has been a week.

The seller ended buyer protection before the order was finished. I did not receive the product, I've contacted the seller and she wants me to buy new products so she can ship the order that is already paid again. AliExpress does not offer any kind of support because the buyer protection is expired.

I bought and paid for the phone. When it arrived here it was in perfect condition but didn't work properly. It turns itself off and on by itself and freezes from time to time. I contacted them the same day for a replacement. Since then I have supplied them with photos and tried to send a video but that wouldn't go through. After weeks of complaining and approaching Visa Card for action they agreed to take it back if I paid the return freight. I did send it back at a cost of 25% of the purchase price ! Now they show me a picture of a phone with damage to the back cover, which mine wasn't damaged, and say they cannot help because of damage. I have photos of the phone here which is undamaged but they are not interested. Also they do not respond to how the small mark on the back case could be responsible for it not working. I have previously bought 2 phones through AliExpress with no problem but this is a nightmare. How can they not replace an obviously faulty new phone.?

Cards where received but after installation about 60% of the Cards are not working.
After investigation it seems that this seller sells QA rejected wifi adapters.

Bought a mobile and I received it so late with damage package and when I charged it Or I used it has over heating quickly, also the alarm sounds turned to the silent suddenly and from time to time I doesn't work to get a normal sounds. When I contact the seller as soon as I received the purchase, who asked me to send a photo I did it, after that he requested a video, when I tried to send a video I failed due no activate the link, I contacted the customer service many times attached many videos and photos but unfortunately they ignored all, but I still keep a screenshot of the customer service team members praised my attachment and promised me to give me a refund.
Unfortunately they mistreated me many times and they asked me to send a video and photos over the open dispute and I did for a several times but they disactived the bar of the submit button in(add evidence) that I still have a screenshot of that.even when they gave an opportunity to appeal, they are again disactived the bar of submit the evidence, they are really SCAM
Now I have a full right to get a refund for the the damaged package and for the fault of purchase function.
I would like to escalate my complain against them for legal action please
