We bought three advertised genuine makita batteries from a seller who was a "global seller “ this meant the order took months to arrive, but also we were given no chance to review the product. When all three batteries failed after only two charges we realised they were not genuine. The seller wanted us to buy their charger claiming it was needed to charge their batteries, we refused as our charger was new and it was a genuine makita battery. They then offered to send replacement batteries which we didn’t want. After three months of frustrating emails they finally said we could get a refund. This never arrived … after a month waiting we contacted ali express and they said the seller would contact us within 24 hrs … this also never happened. After another month of frustrating emails we were told"since your evidence is invalid, please understand only with your response we can help you further on this order.

We had not given them any evidence only to the seller and they would not tell us what response they wanted for us?! Every email we sent asking what they needed to know … we got the same stupid email reply!
If you try to escalate the issue on the aliexpress help page … you just get told to contact the seller!
There is no customer support from aliexpress use temu instead.
