Ordered an item. Received the wrong product. Filed a dispute, received badly written verdict of no refund. My reason for the complaint is not listed under protection, but it is extremely common to be sent the wrong size or colour, or one that doesn't match the listing in quality, sometimes also in design. The dispute process is not fair, and does not protect customers against bad practices. Buyers beware.

I have order this product in AliExpress online on dated 15-11-2018, as they mention it will be deliver within 10-20 days.
after placed the order they did not respond . when afetr 3-4 days i text to your customer help, then they reply that they are going to send the product and i received a tracking number.
today 05-12-2018 and max delivery time is expired but the product still not deliver to me.
when i contact to AliExpress aagain, they telling me to search all the nearest post office to get the product.
is this system for online shopping..? its very funny, that need to search by self to get the product. its much better to go store to buy direct than the shop online froAliexpress. this is very worst service.

I never got my item
Hi, I ordered a wine chilling stick in January ago and never received it. They said it was mailed and I checked and never got it. They kept telling me it was coming. I sent the supplier many messages and was ignored. The supplier did not resolve my issue and closed the account. I believe the supplier blocked me as well. This company is not taking care of customers and issuing either a replacement or refund. I feel they have stolen my money. I hope this company is looked into with this scam. a product I never received
I ordered 2 sofa covers and waited along time to get them. Finally I saw on the Israeli post office that they had arrived to Beit shemesh post office not specifying which one. I mentioned this to them and they kept on asking me to go to the post office. However due to many Jewish holidays I was unable to locate my parcel as no one knew exactly which post office it was. I kept requesting information but was just being told Beit shemesh. Finally I saw on website that my parcel arrived to my local branch on nachal dolev. but I didn't receive any information in the post from them and when I tried going there they we're shut due to Jewish holidays. Then the Israeli post office website said due to the package size it was sent to the Beit shemesh post office. Again where is that as there are many branches in Beit shemesh there is no clear information. Now the Israel post website is saying package is being returned since I didn't pick it up. However I have no idea where this post office is there is no address.

I placed this order on 10/10/2018 on one of the store on AliExpress which I never received and when I contacted the seller he just asked me to have paid. after my repeated messages he just shipped one product out of two and no information about the other product even after almost two months. it shows part order shipped on the system but doesn't have information about when the seller is going to ship the other item. I want to cancel the order as this seller has many negative comments about non delivery and I want refund and when I am trying to open dispute I cannot see any option for opening a dispute which is very shocking does it mean that if seller don't ship the product I cannot apply for refund. I recently bought an 1 year's iptv subscription from this seller, and in the first two weeks it went OK, but than later (after the dispute deadline) it went worse.
The internet connection is become very bad, and I've complained by the seller, but he is not reacting at all to help me.
It has become so worse, that I have to end this subscription after 3 weeks instead of one year!

poor judgment from aliexpress
I bought a toy that came with various problems. Order n: [protected].
Here are the charges (approximately):
- Toy: 12$
- Shipping: 1, 4$
- Country's tax: 4$
Total: 17, 4$
Since the toy wasn't perfect, I opened a dispute asking for 2$ discount.
What did Aliexpress do? Closed my dispute demanding me to return the toy. So I could get my 12$ back. 12$!
That's got to be a joke, right? I asked for 2$ back and Aliexpress wanted me to spend 5, 4$ and be left with nothing.
I've tried contacting SAC many times. There's nothing they can do.

Highly disappointing judgement and poor decision.
You can decide and do whatever you want because I have paid 100% as per required by seller and customs.
In end I have to pay much higher rates as compare to any other local or online foreign option. Poor customer services and exploitation of buyers through AE.
Buyer makes decision based on given/mentioned quality and rate (inclusive tax, customs, shipping etc.) With clear understanding that mentioned rates are total cost.
If a seller can't foresee and calculate total cost to supply any purchase and offered a wrong rate then it's not buyers fault or fraud. Based on mentioned total cost, buyer made purchase decision and pay 100% in advance. But later buyer been asked by seller to go and get his/her purchases released. This was not part of purchase neither the total cost. This is wrong.
Means due to inefficient and incapable seller, buyers will be purchasing less and paying more. Not professional.
I can translate this deal and transaction as my poorest experience.
Felt being cheated and exploited in the hands of inefficient and incapable seller. Trap customer by lower rates and in end let buyer to pay more and left alone.
I demanded refund not for cash only but also for considering I am dealing with a professional seller through a professional medium (AE).
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
Now I can not and will not do anything else, but I can only share my poorest experience with my community, family, friends and colleagues as it will be my moral duty to try to protect and warn others as much as possible.
I can only protect my self in future purchasing through other professional and safe options. Good day.

cancelled order and still yet to receive my refund
I was debited when I first made the payment and mistakenly cancelled it but tried buying it again and got a debit alert after some hours with details- Stan id- [protected]- [protected], amount debited- 6686.80, my card details- [protected], Date-11-11-2018.
i wrote to my bank and was asked to contact the merchant to resolve dispute as transactions were settled and funds taken from Uba plc position.

I wanted to buy a 3 way speaker crossover network board from aliexpress and found one sold by seller H-Duby Team. I send a message asking him whether he has stock of the item for which he replied immediately that he has enough stock and he will ship within 48 hrs. So Placed order with him on 22:10 Nov. 26 2018. But till 11:30 Dec 1, even after 5 full days he has not shipped the item. Status is order in processing. I contacted the seller 3 times and he told me he has so many orders, he process one by one, so be patient. He promised 48 hrs, but even after 120 hrs the order was not processed. So I contacted aliexpress customer care and explained the situation. They offer two options either cancel the order or wait till he process. I decided to cancel and canceled on 11:30 1 Dec. But aliexpress team was saying the seller has to approve my cancellation request for the actual cancellation. It is unethical business practice. When the seller is unable to keep his promise to ship within 48 hrs, he failed on his words and it is his duty to accept the cancellation request. But till 13:15 2 Dec, he is not approving the request. I asked aliexpress team to cancel the order for which they are saying the seller has to approve and they cannot cancel the order. What type of business model is this? I request aliexpress team to intervene and cancel the order straightaway and process refund.
Aliexpress is cheating customers. Thy don't have any business ethics. In that aspect we can trust Banggood, it is number one. I placed one order with a seller, only after placing the order I come to know he will ship only after 10 days since he didn't have stock. So I contacted Banggood customer care and told all that happened. The rep checked the details and asked me whether I want to cancel the order. I said yes. The CC rep himself canceled the order and initiated refund process. He told refund may take 10 to 15 days. But in 3 days I got refund in my account. Aliexpress try to improve by seeing banggood.
Even though the scenario is almost same in both cases, Banggood acted with fair business practice code. Aliexpress don't know what is business ethics. They do only cheating and supporting fraudulant sellers, leaving buyers in trouble.
My advise is please don't buy from chinese sites. If at all you need to buy then buy from banggood or dhgate. Never ever buy from aliexpress, if you do, you are buying trouble.

I messaged the seller again multiple times after months had gone by and no response. So I enquired with Australia Post and they confirm that the package number has never entered Australia. I bought an item from huapu store (contact person alen fang), a month of 2 ago. I accidentally wrote a different adress, after my order I directly contacted him, he said that "aliexpress was handling the order" so he can't change the adress. However 3 days later the order was sent on purpose to a different adress. I never managed to take my order. He said that I should've contacted "local post office" but how can I know which post office it is? Please. Later. The item was returned back to seller, he said that he can send another one by buying one, so he would give a discount code that will be make the product for free, however it's not sold anymore! I contacted aliexpress contact center 7 times!. They always said that they will take care of that, but nothing happened. Liars. It's been 2 months, I lost $65.88. I will never buy anything from this website, even if I get my money back.

Other customers also complaining about this seller. I contacted customer service but they said they could not help. Isn't that what customer service is for? I' ve received the CNC machine and it isn't functioning properly.
I've contacted the seller and sent proof that it isn't working. The seller sent a controller card on October 15 and told me it would take 15-25 days. It has been more than 40 days and I haven't received anything from the seller. When I confronted the seller, he told me Canada Post had issues with their delivery service. Then, I sent 7 messages to the seller, where I asked for the status of the delivery and a partial refund( in order to buy the controller card somewhere else), and he isn't responding. I still receive mail and parcels regularly delivered by Canada Post.

August 26, I bought 3 setop boxes from your merchant BoxTrip Electroniyx Store. I was asked to pay to merchant He Hui Min bank account directly the amount of RMB2118 bypassing Ali Express hence I do not have the order number. One of the sets was not working and was returned to the merchant twice. When the box was sent back to me, I can only use it for 2 days. The required passcode supposedly for one year expired.
I contacted the merchant many times via Ali Express Message Center and WhatsApp but she did not reply.
Please look at this case. I am now very scared to buy from Ali Express please assure me Ali Express is safe for online shopping.
I want a full refund or a passcode to have the setop box working for a year. The passcode is for Starcup setop box.

It's almost four months (since 6th of August, 2018) that I ordered for these items with order ID: [protected] and up till today, I haven't receive my order.
I av complained severally and up till now, nothing to show for it. When I complained last month, I was told my package has arrived my country customs since 3rd of October, 2018 (after two months of ordering) which I haven't receive up till date.

I asked for a refund and my request for unapproved, and I got told to ship it back to repairing.
