I did not get the help I need to change my AliExpress Emil address all I got was told to put my card details then I checked my bank and noticed I had been changed $59 for help I did not asked. Then I keep getting in emails after Emil's from People who wanted me to read there repose. Then all i got was asked to update my payment as no one could get into my bank. It is not right to keep taking. Money out of my bank back now you don't have a right to it. Also you had no right to get into my account to take $59 out. This company is listed on www.aliexpress.com as a watch retailer. They open organise flash sales to entice customers but they purposely omit the delivery details so that the gets bounced back and the money are kept with them for a long period of time during the refund process.
This is a very elaborate scam and I want to bring this to everyone's attention. I have tried negotiating but no no avail. They simply avoid the issue. Please beware.

fraud transaction on my credit card

Yesterday (ie 27/08/2019) I made two purchase thru Ali Express app using my credit card details saved in the app. Soon after I finished my purchase I found three more unauthorised transaction from my credit card. I am sure that my credit card details was leaked from AliExpress app or someone from AliExpress is made the fraud unauthorised transaction using my credit card details. In the meanwhile, the dispute period was over and I didn't realize it since I wasn't very familiar with Aliexpress procedures.

I had ordered a king crown brooch on 14.06.2019 at aliexpress with order no. UB035654697SG it is showing delivered on 13.08.2019 however I have not received the product I have tried to contact Ali express for the issue but there is no response from their end. The seller had shipped my product(projector) but the courier service sent it back to seller as the details provided by the seller were incorrect. I have tracking information showing that seller received the package again. The seller isn't responding to my messages for weeks now. Also not processing refund. I have picture proofs for all. I used to love AliExpress (AE) BUT the standard has dropped tremendously. It has deteriorated of late: AE no longer protects buyers - unlike its 2 key competitors. Its "24/7 Sustomer Service" has not worked for days now! Just shows how much they care about their customers... In my current dispute, AE asked, received from me and accepted my (video - which took AGES to load - dodgy software!) evidence - but then came back a day later to ask for additional photos - which CANNOT show the problem (non functioning date change in a watch). All the while the unsrupulous seller (which closed his shop only to open another on AE) has not responded - and AE doesn't seem to care. AE seems so intent on protecting its (often) dishonest sellers-of-crap whilst making it very difficult for buyers to get the protection it so volubly promises! Going down the tubes - headsup Jack Ma!

I'm disgusted at how AliExpress has dealt with me during one of my purchases via there store and via the dispute proceedings.
In good will I purchased a motorcycle radiator via there online store. The original seller advertised an imacculate brand new radiator designed for my motorcycle which included all rubber mount grommets and radiator filler cap.
What I proceeded to receive after making my payment was something completely different.
The radiator I received which was meant to be brand new and black in colour, arrived but in a terrible damaged and used condition with missing parts.
The black paint on the radiator looked to be sprayed by an amateur with a spray can, it included paint runs, masking tape residue, uneven paint in areas and clearly a lack of any paint preporation prior to painting.
To add to that the filler pipe, and other connecting pipes and sections of the cooling element arrived bent and damaged to a point that you couldn't even consider installing the radiator to any motorcycle especially not a superbike.
The radiator was basically damaged beyond use and repair and also had missing rubber gromets that were advertised in the sellers original advert.
I paid £69.81 for the radiator and the day it arrived, I opened the poorly packed package which was basically a box, way larger than the radiator and with zero internal packing to protect the thin aluminium radiator from sliding about.
The seller (MotoTeam Store) made no effort whatsoever to prevent the radiator from sliding about in the box and taking damage.
The MotoTeam Store did not even bother to add any internal foam protection, no polystyrene protection or anything else to ensure my package arrived in one piece.
The seller shipped it like that knowing full well he was shipping this item thousands of miles.
After recieving it in that condition I immediately tried to contact the seller who coincidentally didn't respond.
I then contacted AliExpress customer service using the dispute option and made everyone aware of the issue I was having with the seller. I also fully provided AliExpress 4k photographic evidence of my claim.
Within a day one of AliExpress supposedly qualified dispute management representatives decided they had come to a conclusion and that was to provide me of all people X2 options.
OPTION 1 Receive a £13.96 refund and keep the damaged item. (Which is NOT USABLE) and forfit £55.85 for doing nothing more than buying a product from their store.
Or
OPTION 2 Return the item at 'MY EXPENSE' back to China and only once I do that at a financial loss from using AliExpress website will they then consider a refund.
I pushed the REJECT button to option 1 and option 2 as it didn't make sense that me the buyer who done nothing wrong should be incurring any costs.
I then proceeded to contact AliExpress on their live chat to inform them that I'm more than willing to return the item but asked if perhaps they could burden the seller with the responsibility of the return costs as clearly they were the sole reason this item was needing to be returned as clearly it wasn't as described, it had missing pin the first place.
The seller did NOT package the item properly and sent my item with missing parts and damaged.
The live chat person who's conversation I printed agreed with me and told me not to worry assuring me that my dispute would clearly be in my favour but told me to rest easy and to at the give the seller an opportunity to reply to my messages due to the time differences.
I did exactly that and at the same time told both AliExpress and the seller that I was also totally prepared to sit another month if the seller didn't want to refund me and instead wanted to resend a more suitable undamaged replacement radiator instead.
Days went by and I heard nothing until 5am this morning where the seller asked if the item was usable, which was something I had already answered in my original complaint (It's NOT usable).
Then before I could even reply to his 5am response, l which I picked up just 20minutes after I received it, AliExpress dispute management team closed the dispute and refunded me £13.96 leaving me with a broken product and £55.85 out of pocket.
I basically got ripped off and ended up paying a total of £69.81 for a piece of bent useless aluminium which is broken.
Anyone considering using AliExpress over eBay and PayPal, don't risk it, it's really not worth the risk or the loss of money.
AliExpress doesn't operate like Amazon or eBay or any of the western reputatable online stores. Their custom service is none existant by comparison to what you will get from eBay or Amazon. AliExpress dispute system diverts you everywhere but a real time live customer service representative. It's shocking!
After todays horrible treatment by both the sneaky seller and AliExpress for siding with him for no apparent reason. I e the person that caused the problem in the first place I am never using AliExpress website again.
I'd rather pay a few pound more and use eBay/PayPal as your money is safe and you will receive a full refund when things like this happen.
It blows my mind how some idiotic member of staff from AliExpress would put the burden of loss of money and return fee's on a buyer who had done absolutely nothing wrong.

- The seller sent the product which was damaged and very poor condition instead of new as advertised.
- The seller sent the item with missing parts; the radiator mount rubber grommets where missing but advertised in the sale.
AliExpress refunded just 20% of the money I spent and left me with a broken product that cannot be used.
As a result I now have to go and buy another NEW radiator but instead this time I will buy from more trust worthy UK sellers. So now I'm effectively paying twice the amount of money that I should have ever spend for one of the same product.
I cannot recommend this company anymore. Had read negative reviews online and you kind of disregard them as your items so for the most part turn up, but when you end up losing big money for something you had no input in causing only then will you regret it.
2 summer dresses for toddler girl I never received

There were 9 stores included in that order, only the parcel of Baby's World store I did not received. The parcel with the 2 dresses arrived on June 1st at Vancouver airport. That is near the Pacific ocean. Waiting for clearance. I live near Montreal, Quebec province, closer to the Atlantic ocean. On June 17 and 19, I wrote to the seller asking him if he could verify what is going on with the parcel. Has of today messages still unread. The parcel obviously has been stolen. I had to wait until July 30 to open a dispute. On august 3rd the seller finally respond, he did not want to refund me and said that he will ship right away the 2 dresses.Now I do not know if he did, I did not received a new tracking number so that I could follow this second parcel. Wednesday Aug 14, I look for the order and see that in the order status, it is written Finished. So I reopen an open dispute, the seller has not respond yet, it is already 2 days. I am clueless what is going on.
All I want to know is did the seller send back the 2 dresses, if so I want the tracking number. If he did not ship back the 2 dresses I want a refund. I am very frustrated with this seller.
