AliExpress Ali Express/Jien Inflatables

I ordered an inflatable Pub from AliExpress/Jien Inflatables and NEVER received the product and they will not refund me! I spent $1,616 US DOLLARS and have NOTHING to show for it. Can't reach a human being. Their only Customer Service is a computer giving automated responses. Never use AliExpress or Jien Inflatables! They are scammers and will screw you over!

AliExpress Refusal to refund an order which was not received

Order id:[protected] I ordered this on 20th August 20202 from Miss Beauty Store and received an email from aliexpress on 5th November 2022 asking if I had received it. As I had not, and in fact as of writing this still have not, received it I initiated a dispute. The result, as I understand it, is because I could not prove I had not received this order no refund will be issued. I am not sure whether this is a new policy by aliexpress or the seller just being "difficult" but for the first time ever apparently I am expected to check with the post office for delivery (details are not kept by the post office of every letter or parcel received and delivered and without a tracking number courier companies cannot help) and ask my neighbours and family whether they received it on my behalf (this would be done anyway before confirming it had not been received) then obtain "shipping company's missing parcel documents", which I have never heard of, and supply them to you. When I asked for proof of delivery none was supplied, This is the first time I have ever had such an issue and if indeed this is the new attitude towards customers I doubt I will make any more orders through aliexpress

AliExpress Returned faulty watch

I paid for an expense watch $400 approx from Hongyun Watch Store. It was faulty and didn't work the way it should (auto movement). Hongyun Watch Store told me to send it back which I did at a cost of $70. They have now had my watch for a least a month or more and seem to be refusing to send me a new watch or repair the old one. The watch came with a 24 month warranty from Cronos (the maker of the watch). I'm sure Hongyun Watch would have claimed for a new watch and are simply refusing to send me the new watch back.

Messaging has been going back and forth now for months.

Aliexpress, please read this and try to help fix this issue.

I don't have a lot of money and saved to buy this watch for my sons birthday now I've no watch nor any money to show for it thanks to dishonest traders on your website in this case HONGYUN WATCH STORE.

Please help me.

AliExpress Grasp dream

I purcased a suitcase from Grasp Dream. On my first travel with the suitcase, the lock got stuck. It was not possible to open the suitcase without using a tool.

I contacted the Grasp Dream, but it does not seem to be possible to get a meaningful communication with them. You will find the facts and the argumentation in the dialog that I paste here below.

The lock got stuck in my suitcase and it is useless without the lock.

I tried to open the suitcase using the code, but it was stuck. It worked this morning before I started to travel from Oslo to Tromsø. I arraved after a 2 hour flight, and when I tried to open the suitcase the lock was stuck. I recorded a video of how I had to open the suitcase.

It worked in the morning of 23rd of October as I left my otel room in Oslo. On arrival in Tromsø a coupple of hours later as I grabbed it at the airport, the lock was stuck. When I came home I had to use a tool to get it open. I have videotaped that operation. I tried to reset the lock, but it remained stuck.

I changed the code according to the instructions. It worked with the new code for a while. The latest moment it worked with the new code that I had put was Sunday 23rd of October at 0840 in Oslo. When I arrived to Tromsø, at 1050 it was stuck, and I was not able to open it even if I tried multiple times. When I arrived home, there was no other option that to use a tool in order to open it. I still have the suitcase. I can send it to you so you can examine it if you may.

If you change the new password, you should use the new password to open it, and the initial password will become invalid. Please try to use the password that is close to the new password. You may accidentally change the password during use

Thank you for your kind rsponse. I dont think it is possible to have such an accidental change of password, and if it is so, then it is not safe to use that suitcase when travelling. You then never will know when you accidently change the password, and it would be very inconvient if you need to open your suitcase.

For my own part, I can carry on my life. To throw 1200 usd out of the window by purchasing a suitcase from you is not the end of the world for me. AliExpress INVT inverter

INVT inverter not working. Despite over 50 emails sent by myself and my engineer to Abbie at INVT there is no response. My order I.D. [protected]. The inverter does not function despite carrying out software checks [authorized on line by INVT's engineer] I have requested a replacement machine.

All products sold in France are protected by a garantie legale de conformitée. A 2 year garantie on all new product.

AliExpress Humain hair wig

I have bought a wig with aliexpress on the 24th Oct 2022 and my order was closed without been informed and i was charge three time for 1 purchase (like 110pound *3= 330 in total) ,the seller pretend that he never received the money,dispute as been raised they promised to refund within 20 days.

seeing the numbers of complain i think that aliexpress its not anymore reliable for any purchase.

AliExpress Aliexpress would not help me after I'd been duped by their seller

In relation to order no. [protected]

I ordered a 12 inch tablet. The seller sent the wrong item or never intended to send the correct item. I argued this point on receiving the item. They refused to refund me my money for a product I did not ask for nor can I use it for the purpose I require. I negotiated a refund for a return. The seller agreed and the reneged on the negotiation. This was facilitated by AliExpress. I have contacted them numerous times without any acknowledgement that I was sent the wrong product and I'm out of pocket to the value to AUSD $231.80! without the product I require and without acknowledging that I negotiated a refund for a return NOT a return for a refund. I do not trust a seller who lied about the product despite photographic evidence which I sent them and then reneged on the ngotiated terms of the return.

AliExpress I was defrauded by Coisini Outdoor Store on Ali Express

I ordered 2 riding cycling sunglasses by paying US $ 5.74 from Coisini Outdoor Store via Ali Express, on 21 Jun 2022. The order wasn't delivered withtin the agreed time. I had to regularly follow-up to check the status. After 120 days, still the product wasn't delivered. When I raised a dispute, Ali Express asked evidence from me to provide evidence of non-delivery :) which was hillarious. Thereafter they determined that no refund can be made as they are not satisfied of my claim. I was fortunate that the value was not high. There is no way to complain externally to get my money back. Both the Alil Express and the seller aren't responsive now. I will never transact via Ali Express again and only choose local e-commerce companies against whom I can complain to authorities locally in the case of a dispute.

Please be aware! Ali Express buyer protection is a myth.

AliExpress Seller refuse to refund after buyer protection date

Hi,

I ordered 2 items from a seller and during last winter and couldnt use/verify them until spring since they were water valves for irrigation.

When i finally could start using them they leaked and i had to send a video of the problem to the seller and i was going to be refunded but apparently they couldnt refund me if i didnt use Paypal, which i dont. So i then asked them to send a completely different item which they said they would.

Over almost 5 month i have been waiting for them to send me this new item but they never do and since i cant open a dispute they dont really care about my messages.

I simply cannot let this go. I ordered 500$ bag from Aliexpress. The bag that came was disaster. I really didn’t took a photo of if because didn’t know I will have to send pictures of it and so on. I sent it back immediately. Obviously it is WAS traveling a lot because of covid. Here is the tracking:

And You can see it came to China. I cannot accept I have payed 500$ for bag, sent it back, and refund is 0$! I sent enough evidence, this is crazy. What I had to send to get the money back? AliExpress Seller failing to read and reply to messages

I bought an item…no. [protected]

When first bought I requested delivery from Germany. Via UPS. Tracking stated delivery by 17th October.

UPS has no record of this transaction.

Tracking now states that estimated delivery is 15th November to 6th December.

That is too late for my needs.

I have tried many messages to the seller. They are not reading the messages so are not replying.

I wish to cancel this order and I request a refund.

AliExpress Double Charge on One transaction on 17-Oct-2022

My purchase was a total of USD 44.20 but I received 2 text notifications of my bank (Commercial Bank of Qatar) telling me that I was charged for 44.20 USD twice. And logged in to my bank app to clarify my doubt and to my disappointment, it is true that aliexpress charged me 88.40 USD, instead of 44.20USD. This is the first time i feel like i am scammed. my brothers stopped purchasing in your app because of this problem, he experienced this with you before and when it was for the second time, he deleted your app and chose SHEIN and Alibaba instead. But for me, i give you benefit of doubt. But sadly it is now my time. Please stop doing this to your loyal customers.

AliExpress Out of date / old stock - that does not connect to current app.

I purchase the Hohem iStady Mobile Plus Gimbal - after exhaustive research into the (a) the Brand; and (b) the product.

With the New upgraded software (May 2022), and positive reviews by "YouTube Reviewers" about the "Hohem Joy" App) I felt comfortable about purchasing the gimbal.

Having found the Gimbal on the Chenyi Gimbal Store site(https://www.aliexpress.com/store/313020?spm=a2g0o.order_detail.0.0.6ff7f19cF5fxKD) - I purchased it.

Chenyi Gimbal Store - sent me an outdated product that does not sync to the Current App (HOHEM Joy App)

NOTE#1: In May 2022, Hohem released the updated "Hohem iSteady Mobile Plus" with new software features, including a New App (Hohem Joy) to support these features.

NOTE#2: The Suppler, Chenyi Gimbal Store supplied me with outdated stock... and now refuse to replace.

NOTE#3: Due to China National Holidays (1st October - 7th October) my Claim exceeded the "REFUND: 15 Day time-line". However, there is correspondence from myself to Chenyi Gimbal Store - covering my concerns - "Cannot Connect to Hohem Joy App" - that fall within the RETURN time-line.

NOTE#4: I have all the documentation to support my REFUND Claim.

PLEASE SUPPORT ME IN MY CLAIM FOR A FULL REFUND.

AliExpress Returned Item

Hello,

I purchased a very expensive watch from Hongyun Watch Store back in June.

Shortly after receiving my new watch I discovered it was faulty and not working as it should.

I tried opening a dispute but as the watch took so long to arrive in New Zealand the dispute button did not work.

I then contacted the seller who asked that I take the watch to a watch repairer which I did and was told that it was going to cost $300 to repair.

The seller (Hongyun watch Store) said this was too much and to send it back to them in China. It cost me another $70 to send it back to them.

They (Hongyun Watch Store) are ignoring my messages and havent sent me a replacement watch yet.

So far this watch purchase owes me $470NZD.

Can someone at Aliexpress try and help me out with this please?>

I purchased a grey suit from Men's Business Cloth Store (#[protected]) and a mens's blue plead suit. After providing my measurmenants, Men's Business Cloth Store, send me a brown [censored] with lines & puls size plead suit. Now they want me to pay for their mistake. As first time client this is absolutely a horrible experience the way AliExpress allows it's vendor's represent your company's name. I am very unhappy the way Men's Business Cloth Store is practicing shady business, and the way they're treating AliExpress customer's. I need them to provided me return labels for their mistake and some make for the culster they've created please.

AliExpress firestick not sent

The seller advertises on ali express firesticks but send fauly useless remotes. Why is Ali Express allowing ths? I filed a complaint with Ali express and they stated I will get full refund and sellar has to pay for postage. I told sellar to collect the useless plastic remote controls what he made no arrangment. I told me it will cost me £20 to ship his fauly useless plastic to chine and will he £20 he said no. So why did Aliexpress closed the dispute and released money to seller. Luckily I paid why Paypal who is trustworthy honest logical company and they refunded my money,
