I have purchased few items yesterday but the orders got closed due to security verification problem. I tried again two times but it got closed again. When I checked my credit card it was charged with the amount of items on three consecutive times. I demand a refund if the orders or closed then why AliExpress is debiting my credit card. never received my order
Aliexpress is not safe at all. I bought from a seller and when I received the items it was not as discribed, I lodged a dispute and the seller communicated with me and promissed me a free gift with my next order. I then placed another order that was never delivered, I should have received it over a month ago. I lodged a second dispute and to my suprise aliexpress then blocked my account and paid the seller. They say it happens automatically with a second dispute. I have appealed over and over again as I cannot sort out the order when the account is blocked. I tried live chat for weeks now and the gets the same answer each time, appeal and wait. After the appeal time is over I contact again just to get the same standard messages appeal reffused due to more than one dispute. They dont care for the fact that I never received my order and that the seller is ignoring my messages. Today I have spoken to a manager at aliexpress and she informed me I will never be able to get a refund as they blocked my account and will not reinstate it and therefore will not handle any disputes from me. So basically aliexpress makes the protection promise but with the second problem you have they permanantly get rid of you. They dont like customers complaining no matter if it is legit or not. So I paid my hard earned money over to some company in china and NEVER received my order. And in Hong Kong the transport company have no records of ever receiving the order.

Your web site is the absolute worst I have every seen. And I have seem a very large number. The fact that you have a character limit on this post clearly indicates you do not actually give a Damn about your customers and problems you make for them. At least this this screen tells you when your totally insufficient comment will run out of letters.
I don't know if 350 characters are the the minimum number of characters as shown at the bottom of this post, or yet another lack of understanding English.
Attention - Aliexpress: You are going to need a native US translator. The site is incoherent. Especially for English speakers (possibly excluding some special few cases of people for whom incoherence is normal). The language in option lists is generally crazy. Very poor English - useless, incomprehensible options. Sometimes incredibly wrong, but needed for the next step. There is a little saying (not involving Confucius, but I suspect he had his own version): "Have you stopped beating your wife?". Circular processes. There is often no understandable path. Disputes are a criminal pot of festering waste.
Web pages force going around in incomprehensible loops. And doing incomprehensible and quite useless loops. The system hangs on a regular basis. Things just stop; usually throwing away everything you have done. Short answer: the web site sucks :ss.
If you manage to get issues into dispute, it pretty much just disappears into incoherent gibberish where a new rule invalidates everything you have done so far. The vendor is innocent (shipping problems), and it is not their fault and they are innocent bystanders that deserve the money from the rich Americans. Then you determine that the double secret rules prevail and mark the dispute as finished. My observation "give the Chinese guy the money; screw the overseas buyer".
Your vendors are stealing and you will not control it. Rather you help.
This appears, from the sideline, as a series of thefts. I suggest that you not aggravate the US government more than you have to. It really is unlikely to help.

It's been 40 days after I received this product and the "white elephant" is still lying in my house.

When I turn it to the middle (Close position), water doesn't leak.
When I turn it to Nozzle Cleaning, it's also ok, no leaking.
When I turn it to Spray, it leaks.
I'm sure it's not the switch problem. It doesn't cause any water leaking.
The culprit is the Spray Head. Picture attached.
Only when I switch to spray, water leak from the gap shown by Red Line of new picture I attached.

After a while on the same day I got a message from the seller I should cancel the order because the don't have the white one. The order was sent in three separate shipments with a week gap between all of them.
The first two arrived and the third was stuck in Spanish customs and we could not release it.
We never received the third fan and never received a refund.
The first two fans which we received we tried to install and they were both broken.
They came with the wrong instruction manuals and were missing / or had broken parts.
I have messaged the vendor countless times and he ignores me.
Due to delays with the house renovation they are for, we only tried to install them outside the protection period and so the vendor feels no responsibility.

I was led to beleive that it was and then fooled into doing business with a store that I would not usually do. this transaction has cause me a tremendous headache and hurt my business's reputation. Why are these stores allowed to make such claims if they are not true? I only purchase from stores on your site that ship from within the united States. And the stores I have done business with that do can provide fast shipping.
