I ordered the US keyboard but didn't recieve the US one. Please send the US keyboard.
I wrote to the shop on June 18th explaining this to them and since then they have refused to send me the correct item as they don't want me to leave negative feedback. He actually blackmailed me by saying, "Leave good feedback and then I will send you the item' . I refused.
I was also instructed to just use the one that was sent even though it isn't the one I ordered or the one that fits.
I demand a refund immediately and they refused.

I received a lamp that is not charging. I informed the store immediately.
After that Demi Li kept me sending questions and asked me for photo's and video's. But he never offered a solution. He kept me on a leash until my dispute time was over.
I have send him many, many messages and he keeps on answer them with standard responses such as "send me a photo", "He will send it to his specialist", etc.
He won't do anything and he hopes I will quit. This is a really very bad seller and a disgrace for Ali Express.
If Ali Express looks at the message box, then they can see the idiotic responses of the seller.

When I opened packet I think it was five weeks ago almost the earphones were not as described. The cabling was certainly not anti tanging and really thin compared to the picture. The cover for the bit in the middle where the mic is had come off so you can see the wires and the earphones are not noise cancelling. I opened a dispute the same day not knowing the complaint process and I sent photos. There was no communication from the seller and still isn't. I received email asking for tracking number and funds had been released. I realised at this point that I had to return item but that was going to cost more than I had paid for them originally so I contacted seller. I have had two online conversations with ali people who just say they will email seller-waste of time because he takes no notice. Obviously the dispute has ended now and I am still trying to get refund. Messaged ali on facebook the other day and the person I messaged just said I had to return item and they basically called me a liar and I even sent links of the description to them

I bought 4 znter rechargeable batteries about 2and half months ago. I waited all this time because it takes a long time to receive the item, when batteries are purchased. But when I visited the order page today, only feedback option was there. As if AliExpress has assumed that I have received my order. But I never received it. Our postal service is so good I've never lost anything so far. I left a poor feedback stating that I've never received the item. Once it was done, my order just disappeared from the list. Now I cannot know the order number even. If it was a Paypal transaction I would have had some hope. I am really disappointed. I am a platinum member. I will not buy anything from this store again.

After waiting a week for shiiping details I chased and found they didn't have in stock, so tried to offer another item which I refused and cancelled order (credit supplied). Found second advertisement for same product with guaranteee to ship within 1 week. Placed order & again no shipping details after a week. Contacted and again told that they did not have stock and wanted to offer another product. I advised that I wanted the one ordered which they said they could obtain. Asked timing for correct product and told 2 weeks to get into stock. This violates seller responsibilities in my opinion for offering goods which they cannot guarantee their delivery promise.
Contacted customer service and was told they would email supplier and copy me (same day). After 2 days no email from customer service. Seems customer service is just "lip service" as no action is ever taken - SO BE AWARE THAT ALL ALIEXPRESS CAN OFFER IS REFUND. THEY DO NOT RESOLVE ISSUE!

Hi I would like to make a complaint. I have requested a refund from the seller and they have not issued one. I followed the process by opening a dispute, however the issue has not been resolved. I purchased Bluedio Wireless Headphone from AliExpress on July 18th, 2018. The order number is [protected]. I received this order on August 1st and the headphone not working so I opened the dispute on AliExpress website and waited to August 8 with multiple attempts to resolve this issue with AliExpress and Seller. It doesn't go anywhere with the dispute. I paid for $19.60 which is not a lot of money but I learn a great lesson. Don't deal with seller in China or Chinese companies in general. There is no consumer protection laws in China so anyone that get a hold of your money good luck on getting it back.

I bought Xiaomi Huami Amazfit 2 Amazfit Stratos Pace 2, I got the watch, when i tried to charge the watch by power or by USB the watch not charged.
I connect the seller and asked for help, i check with different dock the watch not charged, i upload video and sent it to the seller and asked to send the watch back and got full refund, but didn't got any solution.

Regarding to the dispute on the order No. order id: [protected], I declare that the parcel came to me and was received, but the quality of the goods does not meet the characteristics stated by the seller, namely:
The actual battery capacity is 5.95 Ah instead of the claimed 10 Ah.
I performed a test charge of the batteries using a computerized
charger, designed specifically for Li-ion batteries.
Then a control discharge was made with a 10 W incandescent lamp (discharge current= 0.85 A).
Expected discharge time = 11 hours (vendor claimed capacity = 10 Ah / discharge current = 0.85 A),
however, the batteries were discharged only 7 hours, after which the discharge was automatically turned off by the
control device inside the battery. The actual capacity of the battery is = 7h * 0.85a
= 5.95 Ah, which is much less than the capacity declared by the seller = 10 Ah.
In view of the discrepancy between the good's characteristics declared by the seller, I require a full refund of the paid
money of the amount of 3477.78 rubles.
I contacted customer service chat several times since 25.07.2018. All they promised me to resolve my issue the next day,
but actually they do nothing!.Today is 07.08.2018 and I did not received a word regarding my complaint from the arbitration team so far. It is a total disgrace from such a great company as AliExpress. I require the AliExpress to resolve my issue ASAP and return all my money back to me asap! Else I shall send many articles to many customer's forums all over the World, describing that AliExpress is fraud!

1 - the seller charged me dhl shipping and say he will send ups
2 - the seller sent me an email saying he sent the product and at the same time sent me a message saying he did not send the product.
3 - I wanted to cancel my purchase because he lied to me and I can't do it because it says the he sent it.
4 - I can't track anything
5 - I do not want the shipping with ups. That's why I was charged dhl. Ups is a problem in argentina.
This seller charge expensive shipping, then he does not ship and later on he ships a cheeper currier.
I want my money back and I want other buyers to know about these practices.

Crimping Plier received doesn't comply to the one purchased and AliExpress Judgement are forcing me to return the product on my own charges in order to receive the refund taking into consideration that the returns fees are higher than the product price by itself.
