AliExpress undelivered samsung j5 prime screen and blockage of accounts

I ordered a samsung j5 prime screen through you platform with payment order number [protected] on 16th august 2018 and shipped at 18:44 pm on same day.

The product was shipped by the seller and according to him shipment arrived on the 28th august 2018 with tracking number rb600966611sg but this could not be traced and was not delivered too.

Attempts to trace this product also further resulted in blocking of my accounts. Now I cannot access my account since it is blocked. My account name is [protected]@gmail.com.

Please kindly respond to this situation since your app and platform is considered as one of the best emarket platform globally. Also you policy says until the product is delivered and confirmed by the customer no payment is made to the seller.

I have been chasing for the product I ordered in july 2018. On 18 august, 218, you assured me that the product has been shipped out. I have been informing you since that I have not received the product while your supplier keeps insisting it has been delivered.

Now you have determined that the matter has been closed - and I still haven't received my product.

We didn't receive our order from ali express. But we fully paid our order. And then alixpress messaged this september 28, 2018 that our order has been cancelled because we didn't acomply with our payment cost 5, 380.00 pesos. But we fully paid it since september 10, 2018. And then at september 9, 2018 ali express messaged that our payment is successful paid

Is this a scam or what?!

AliExpress product not received

I bought a cellphone cover arround 2 months ago and I still didn't receive it. So I opened a dispute but it was rejected, I contacted the local distributor and told me that the product was not delivered and was shipped back to the seller!
I sent a message to the seller to tell him what happened but didn't replied back,
Seller very unprofessional!
Please I request a refund or to resend the product!

But not recieved then I told then they said we have resent you the mobile cover but not recieved. I dispute the order but they requested to cancel it. So I agree but still I have not received. It is not fair I am using this app many times I bought 20+ products buy this happened only with this product

AliExpress dispute

After showing clearly the information from the tracking number which says that the address on the package has a problem and spent only three hours on delivery has been sent back to the seller because the post office cannot figure out the address to be shipped to. Even though they have all the info clearly written on the official website for the tracking number I have being assigned the guilt of I don't know what but they said it's my fault. This is ridiculous. They don't have a phone number to complain and reason with someone

The sales person jason kept communicating on whats app and email. Then asked for payment. I told him that I will pay through alibaba but he insisted to pay him directly otherwise the price will be increased 25% because of alibaba. I tried to convince him that I will pay through alibaba but he did not agree. To ensure that shipment will be sent, he asked me to pay 50% and he will ship the chairs. Later I will have to pay the remaining 50%. I made a wire transfer of usd 2500 from my bank in america. After that he sent me pictures of chairs being loaded in containers and also sent me shipping documents. Chairs were to arrive in usa on sept 21 but I cannot track the shipment and shipping company does not know about the bl or container number. Us customs also cannot identify this shipment. It appears that all documents were fake.
I will appreciate if alibaba can help me get my money back. Also please take the necessary action against this company so that they dont cheat and rob other alibaba customers.

AliExpress I requested cancel 2 days ago, and that store still send the item to me

Hi there, I bought that product 22nd, 4 days ago, and I wait for 2 days (24th) and the seller still didn't ship my order, at that time I think this store might not working, so I requested cancel on 24th.
And on 25th, the seller suddenly contacted me, and said they sent the product out on the 25th, and I said I already requested cancel, how come you still send out the product to me
And I asked for refund, since I don't need this product anymore
And they refused

In my opinion, the request time of cancel is eight earlier than the time they send out
Which means they knew that I requested cancel, and they still send the product out
And they are forcing me to buy this product
This is making no sense

Since I have been using aliexpress for a long time, if customers requested cancel, most of the seller will not sent the product out and wouldn't charge the product's money from customers

Please help me, i'm just asking for refund only.

AliExpress onda x20 deca core

There is several problems with the item that I received from the seller.

First the item is not as it's described.in reality the tablet's resolution is 1200x800 not 2560*1600 as it should be. Also procesor is not xelio deca core, it's octa core.
Second. There is damage on the corpus on the tablet.
Third. The carger doesen't fit well with the plug and with the tablet. When the charger is pluged to the tablet it doesen't function properly!

I'm really disapointed from the seller and from the services. Next time I will think twicely before ordering something from aliexpres!

AliExpress corporate theft

There is a disgusting disease happening with internet corporations. Currently global corporations are trying in every way to take advantage of autralians. Aliexpress is certainly attempting to press the truth of australian corporate law.
Aliexpress needs to be reported.
What is aliexpress attempting. There is no gst on purchases overseas. Are you trying to scam people of 10%.
These products do not attract gst. And to think you are going to give it to australian government. Aliexpress is scamming australians.
Aliexpress needs to be reported. Corporations acting illegally. Aliexpress.com.

AliExpress led downlights

Hi There,

We have concerns in relation to the light fittings that we purchased via AliExpress on 1 August 2018, we believe based on our experience that the light fittings are not fit for purpose and we are concerned with the quality of the product. (Order Number - [protected])

We had an electrician install 3x of the lights recently (as we wanted to check the quality) and all 3 lights lost their lenses (dropped out) within 4 days (see attached photo). We believe the product is defective and do not want to have any more of the light fittings installed at our property as we have already needed to pay for the install and now need to pay again for the fittings to be removed again.

Please advise on next steps in relation to a refund,

AliExpress shoes

My order ID is : RO456234798CN. I can't track it. Seller didn't reply. Delivery information shows that the order ID display on my order is not in their carrier system. And it may be wrong. How it's possible. I am very worried. I don't want to open dispute but I need them very badly as I have to go on vacations. And I have no time to order again. I am suspicious that the seller didn't shipped it. Please help me.

AliExpress trunk spring

I have struts type trunk in my car and I have notice that this spring won't install on strut type trunks I request you please cancel my order so I can reorder that can fix properly or guide me if I can install this.
Seller is also not replying from beginning.
I have honda civic 1995. Please I request you to settle this issue so I can shop further.

AliExpress bamoer antique silver charm bracelet

I didn't receives The item that I've ordered from this seller. When I asked them regarding the update they said that they lost it during the process of the shipment and they will send it again. Now, I am waiting for more than 2 months! I am so disappointed. Ali Express do something about this. I am planning to use Ali Express but with this kind of delayed shipment I might cancelled all my orders.

AliExpress prada bag

I ordered a 1:1 Prada bag from seller Zenith lee through Aliexpress, but the bag I got is not the 1:1 quality promised in the offer. Size was different plus it was deffective. Never got a refund. The same seller sent me a lower quality LV wallet even I paid for the highest quality. He said factory messed it up. I did not get a full refund for the wallet. Absolutely bad communication - seller is not answering my messages. Please aboi this seller.

AliExpress Disney official beddings store

I ordered a blanket from this company on Aug 31 for $3.74. They contacted me a few days later saying that price was incorrect and I owed my $20 more. I told them I wouldn't be paying them anymore. I paid the list price for this item and since I wasn't the one who made the mistake I shouldn't be out anything. Costumer Service agreed with me. The next day the seller canceled my order without my knowledge or permission. My daughter is very disappointed by this. They made the mistake and need to own up to it! I want the blanket for the price that I paid. At the very least I expect a full refund and an apology. I will never be using this company again.

I was order earring on 7july 2018 and I was not received my order 2month pass but not receive my order then I was raised distpute so they guys automatically closed dispute and mention refund completed I relly want to slap them
No proper tracking
Seller is big liar
And they guys automatically upadate after 2month order placed I seriouslly abuse them I knw my order amount is not high but here not the matter of rs matter of behaviour
