This issue has been going on since mid September, what I have experienced with a seller and Aliexpress customer ser, is so
UNBELIEVABLE. I wish I had screen shot a lot of the verbal abuse from the seller and AliExpress Customer Ser. Who told me they were taking over this case.I ordered 2 Track suits, both of the sets, the pants were too short for my son, he is 5'11 in height, One set did not come with the hoodie that was a part of the tracksuit, it was missing.
I went through hell with that one also, I have no reason to lie, that seller kept trying to tell me I only ordered pants, and kept denying the refund, I kept being denied the appeal over and over, before I suppose they finally saw they were wrong about the track suit set and finally refunded the money just last week. Yes I took it upon myself to return both tracksuits due to my son, who could not wear either. {WOW} the merchandise speaks for itself, the photos, information and sku numbers for whatever a person is ordering all info is there for the reason anyone wants to place an order. Mr. Zhang, you have no Idea what I have experienced with all these people, I had to keep sending pictures of both orders, the order # anything that was needed over and over, I sent it, BESIDES being asked to measure the pants from the seller and AliExpress Customer Service. I have tried and tried so many times to communicate with the seller after being denied and rejected a refund and appeals, saying not not enough proof, even sending the tracksuits back. BOTH the sellers and AliExpress Customer Service, ask me where and who gave me the address to send the returns. Everyone of the sellers along with AliExpress tried to make it seem like I was lying. {OMG} What I have experienced with these sellers and AliExpress is so {UNBELIEVABLE} Well I am going to send you the info of the return address, along with a few statements from these people, even a kind person, but she was overruled. The seller of this issue just stopped communicating, I even said I was willing to just exchange for something else if it is that deep to keep the money that is less than $20.00. This is where I got the return address from the package that was sent with just the pants & missing the hoodie. This is the other tracksuit from the seller denying me and rejecting me A REFUND, even though the merchandise has been returned. THIS CAME FROM A REP NAME {GEM} I WAS JUST COMMUNICATING with oct. 13 SHE SAID TO ME Thank you for the screenshot.- THE ONLY PERSON WHO WAS SO KIND TO ME

Desired outcome: A refund, I have returned merchandise a while ago, It is under $20
