I've received the LCD screen on Jul 18, 2023. The screen was defected from the beginning. Unfortunately I didn't had the time to check it on the first 15 days. When I checked it, I found that the screen was defected. On 30/7/23 I've informed the seller that the screen was defected. They asked for proof and I've send them the video from the screen behavior:

On 2/8/2023 I asked them if they can refund the amount to place a new order to have the buyer protection again. Then they proposed to Leave them 5 star review and then they will send me the new screen with the new tracking number. I've followed their suggestion and I've left the 5 star review. Then on 8/8/2023 they send me a video from a screen that is tested. Since 3/9/2023 I didn't received the new Screen and I asked seller if they can give me the shipping number. On 5/9/2023 they send me the message "Dear, I help you to consult the logistics information". After that message they never send me the shipping number and also they have blocked me in the chat. Every message that I have send since then I'm getting a system message "Sorry, they cannot receive messages from you.". I've never offend them with my messages. From a 290 total reviews they have 45 with 1 star. Many of them report the same problem I've tried to find a solution via chatbot, but always says the 15 days to dispute has passed, contact with the seller. Also on the product page there mentioned the 90 days buyer protection.
Desired outcome: 1. To be informed Aliexpress regarding this misbehaving seller 2. To be informed Aliexpress, their after sales support is unacceptable.3. Refund for the defected product
