I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent order (Order Number: [protected] that I placed on your platform. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am seeking your assistance to resolve this matter promptly.
On 29th August 2023, I ordered a Taber Abrasion Resistance Tester and not a piece of cloth, with high expectations based on the product description and images provided on your website. Regrettably, when the package arrived. I discovered that I had received an entirely different item, which was not only different in appearance but also in functionality. The item I received does not match the product I ordered and is essentially unusable for my intended purpose.
I immediately initiated a return request through your platform, but to my dismay, my request was denied. This is despite the fact that the error was entirely on the part of the seller or fulfillment center, and I should not be held responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect item.
I would like to request the following actions to resolve this matter:
Provide a Return Label: I kindly request that AliExpress issue a prepaid return label at your earliest convenience so that I can return the incorrect item without incurring any additional expenses.
Expedite the Correct Item Shipment: I kindly request that AliExpress expedite the shipment of the correct item Taber Abrasion Resistance Tester to my address at no additional cost. I have attached a copy of my original order for your reference.
Investigate the Seller: Please investigate the seller responsible for shipping the incorrect item to me to prevent this issue from recurring in the future.
I believe that resolving this issue promptly and fairly is crucial for maintaining trust and confidence in AliExpress as a reputable e-commerce platform. I trust that you will treat my complaint with the urgency and attention it deserves and take the necessary steps to rectify this situation.
