Additionally, could you please provide me with the carrier company's name and tracking number associated with the supposedly delivered items? I have not received the package and find it perplexing that the status was updated to "delivered" despite this.

1-Reevaluation of my refund request.
2-Provision of accurate shipping company details and tracking numbers for the items.
3-Prove that you delivered the items.
