Received on 14/08/23 had issue as there were no instructions. Asked where function was for backlight listed in ad. Hospitalized on 15/08/23. Got unusual responses from seller on 30/08/23.Seller admitted function was not on the watch. Raised concern 31/08/23 with online chat was told would get response. didnt receive anything so went back on chat. 3/09/23. Received response 04/09/23 that as i was communicating with seller i should continue. 08/09/23 seller offers refund upon return of watch. I ask who will pay for postage. seller says he will but i am readmitted to hospital and dont see his reply till 20/09/23. i ask seller how this is arranged. no response. send 2 more messages no response. send email reply to the customer service email no response. contact customer service online chat. get email asking for video evidence. explain already supplied. Reply says case closed not enough evidence. Contact customer service online and despite 2 more escalations last response 26/09/23 Aliexpress still reject even though i point out that Seller admits product not as advertised Seller agrees to refund and to pay postage Seller hasnt responded in 6 days and first raised issue 31/08/23 inside 15 business days so is covered by buyers protect. going round in circles getting nowhere. seller has now pulled ad from Aliexpress
