After responding to a advert in December 2020for a free month of prime video membership i decided i would take up the membership and joined, then i realised i had been joined on the USA site and your rep on this site said they would cancel my application and redirected me to your UK site and i paid £79 for a year and have continued to enjoy the service. I don't check my statements as often as i should and was horrified to realise that the USA prime site had continued to take a monthly payment from my a/c. Refuse to restore my account after a breach on my account
I have been in contact with Amazon for the last 3 days. They refuse to restore my account after a breach. I live in NC and I received a text 3 days ago from Amazon that someone from CA was trying to sign in and change the password. I responded to the text that it wasn't me. At 2:00 the same day, I received another text that someone from FL was trying to sign in and change my password. I again responded that it wasn't me. Then I tried to get a One Time Passcode to recover my account and apparently, someone did hack in and change the email associated with my account. They keep sending emails to the wrong address apparently for recovery because I never receive them. I have talked with 3 different representatives who tell me that nothing will be done except through email which is obviously going to the wrong email. They refuse to use text or call which is the 2nd way I had set up for account recovery. I have called the credit card companies to have new cards issued that were associated with Amazon because they refuse to do anything to secure the account. I also have Amazon blocked from all purchases as well. This is ridiculous that I can recover and secure all other accounts but not Amazon. I can't even close the account. So I am concerned about identify theft because of this hacked account. I am done with Amazon.

Order Never Received
On May 8, 2021 I had placed an order for Kimera Koffee Original Blend - Organic Ground Coffee Infused with Essential Brain Vitamins (12oz), Rich, Organic Coffee Beans with Cognitive Enhancers to Boost Energy Levels, Brain Function, Memory, Focus, and Athletic Performance on amazon.com which costed total $21.95. The ORDER # [protected] and Tracking ID: TBA055404891404
On May 10 the order was confirmed to have been delivered by amazon. However upon inspection of my packages I noticed that my order had never arrived.
Around that time I immediately contacted amazon on regards to this issue further inform them that my order never arrived. Amazon stated me wait 48 hours until Tuesday May 11 2021 see whether the item had arrived or not.
On Tuesday May 10 I again contacted amazon inform them that my item never arrived and that I am would like request a refund. Amazon denied my request and stated for me wait again another 48 hours until my package arrives.
The package was reported missing and or not delivered. Since then amazon never conducted investigation on regards to this issue and stated that they are not held liable for missing and or non-delivered orders.
If I don't receive compensation for this loss I will further escalate this issue within arbitration court for breach of contract.

A large reputable publishing company has denied allowing the book written by Rep. Hawley as he defended the insurrection and defying democracy at our White House and a total disgrace as an American. Amazon, after Hawley found another disreputable company to publish his 200 page book of lies, is attempting to make a profit off the decay of democracy in America by allowing it to be purchased on its website. He has been censored for a real purpose, not fake news, and you will have more than 72 million people look at Amazon as taking a political stance plus many of the other party's members as seen at the last GOP meeting where the house speaker of their own party was booed. This is a chance for Amazon to take a stance to be an American Company that stands for values and not just for profit. Drivers
At 7:35am this morning Monday 4/10/2021, on the southbound seafood oyster bay expressway (135S) in New York (between the old country road and Hempstead turnpike exits), three prime Amazon vans entered the expressway in front of me and moved over covering all three lanes. They proceeded to slow up keeping morning rush hour traffic including me behind them. I don't know what game they were playing but it is very unprofessional and a dangerous maneuver. I was not able to get the driver/truck IDs as I was driving.
This should be investigated.
Desired outcome: The drivers need to be investigated and warned or put on notice about such behavior and lack of professionalism.
Delivery Services
I do not understand why these delivery personnel can not follow delivery instructions by the customers. The packages that I received yesterday and today were left outside on the steps when my guidance is to open the outer front door and put the packages on the inner front porch! I have called and spoken to logistics supervisors without any resolution. I have filled complaints with the Better Business Bureau without any resolution. Ad a COL in the United States Army my next course of action will be to file a complaint with the Federal Attorney General as well as the State of New Jersey Attorney General's Office as well as the media.
These delivery personnel need to understand the dynamics of Economics 101, which is supply/demand; if the demand (customers) stop ordering from the company, the supply (delivery drivers/positions) will not be needed!

I have Amazon prime video and in my page there is a recommendation to keep watching the movie "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow". I didn't like the movie and that was the reason I stopped watching it. My page in Amazon Prime continues popping out "keep watching Sky Captain..." over and over again. I chatted with customer service three times and they didn't remove the "keep watching Sky Captain"
My impression is that they are doing that on purpose and that is evil and idiot. I will not watch Amazon Prime as long as the "keep watching Sky C" is on. I will not renew my subscription on November 5th. You can keep the Expanse. I do not care anymore about any series or movies.

I thought I had cancelled my prime account last Jan I was looking at my CC statement & noticed I was still being billed 12.99 a month I have not been receiving free freight on any orders so after 30 min of searching I actually got in texting contact with an agent She said I was being billed for a "different"

So as I see thousands of people like myself are being scammed by small dollar amounts (some higher than others) by Amazon or Amzn.com which in any case is getting the info from an Amazon site. So that means this highly used website doesn't protect or even care about consumers because they haven't stopped this and there are the same kind of complaints dating back to 2006?!?! That's ridiculously offensive and absurd! I have cancelled both accounts long ago and still get charged to any card they can and it has messed up orders for kids birthdays because transactions were declined due to unauthorized charges I can't tell you how many declined purchase fees I've been charged due to all this mess and I want ALL my money back for the last few years! I called them and they had no record of service on that date or for that amount. Also, I have never owned a Jeep. I live in Columbia MD.

The delivery driver delivered a package today and ran over a 5 week old goat in my driveway today., According to the tracking he left my property 12 min. before I returned. There was no phone call to me to let me know what happened just a dead goat . Maybe I could have gotten there quicker and rushed him to the vet but anyway don't know if I could face the driver again so won't be ordering anything from you for awhile.

There are about two months I am trying to log into my account on Amazon. I Don't know that my password didn't log and actually it happened many times.
I ever got change the password but it happens that there is a mobile number not used by me for 10 years unless.
When I asked them to upload my documents ID proof in order to make sure it were really me they simply don't do it what I guess to much more easy and fast. They spky returned replies to me repeating the same information act as a robot. Someone called me over here in Brazil asked me informations that are stored in a Hard driver that I have to recover.
There are dozen or more emails with the same informations and now they answered that I have not an account associated with such email address. That an absurd what they doing. It were only a matter of upload my ID proof and their tech support remove and delete this mobile number that I am asked to receive an SMS message with the security code. I will have to sue Amazon because I have files into my account related to my books and customers waiting for my action.
I have all the emails messages keep within my email message box.
I filled the complain locally in a customer website but they didn't return any solution. I am suffering loss and damages financially talking due book that I have customers interest on it.

I have been watching the Amazon original "Invincible". In season one episode six there is a scene at the end when William is pleading with a Robot man/ Cyborg who was previously his boyfriend/ love interest named Matt to stop attacking and to help. William pleads with the Robot and says something to the effect "Mattt it's William, we had sex at the lake last summer and it was the best night of my life". This line admits to and endorses statutory rape. The character matt bought beer in a previous scene which means he is at least 21. William is still a senior in high school and we can assume from that he is either 17 or 18. William refers to the event (of statutory rape) occurring the summer before therefore he would have been 16 or 17 and Matt would have been at least 20.

Amazon driver is lazy. Instead of delivering to numbered apts. driver from Amazon Prime throws packages at mailboxes by entrance door. We have thieves in apts. and from outside. People are not getting their packages because of this. I saw stealing happen one time. Why does Amazon make it hard to get serious complaints through? Search order
Up until less than 4 weeks ago, I have been able to check search results to low-high and it stays that way every time I search for items. I have never had to choose a search item every time I search for an item. Instead; Amazon does'nt give a permanent choice. Every item searched for now comes up with listing order of "featured" where the results are sponsor monetary results...I don't care for being manipulated in how I want my results listed. It is forcing higher prices, favored ads and forcing me to see "Amazon's feature" as only immediate choice my results. Having severe arthritic hand pain; causes more pain having to scroll down the listing order EVERY TIME FOR EVERY ITEM.
Desired outcome: Once item search result is low-high; it should stay the same and not have to be entered for every search.

3 25 21 I purchased two tins of Honest Amish Beard Balm. I received an e-mail from Paradise Discounts claiming my order was lost. Mark Zefaris said my $14.86 would be refunded, which never happened. I've contacted Paradise Discount twice trying in vain to resolve said dispute to no avail. I was told by Mr Zefaris twice I would be refunded the $14.86. He stated the second time if not refunded within 3 to 7 days to contact my bank. PLEASE HELP?!
