To: whom it may concern.
I have been a customer for many, many years.
I was happy with the company store. I make a lot of purchases
Online. I have had the same login info forever. For an unknown reason
I was locked out about a week ago. I know it's [protected]@aol.com
And the password is connell. I can't believe I logged in wrong 3 times!
Now I am locked out! Unfortunately my email and phone on this is account are ancient and not in service at this time. I have had no reason to try and change them until now! And I have made 8 phone calls trying to resolve this issue. I have spoken to at least this many agents and one manager named anne today at 10am.
She called me a liar 3 times. She claims your internet co. Has no technical
Support, which I don't believe. She claims the systems are working fine.
She has implied that I don't know my login. Now
On 2 occasions I was able to answer all of your security
Questions and then 2 agents tried to reset my account and failed!
That's not on me.
Unfortunately the email and phone on this account are ancient and not in service at this time. Again I tried to get this resolved.
I couldn't remember the name of a charity I looked at weeks ago and
Only once? So I didn't qualify for them allow the agent to try to reset my acct!
I was told I could start over with a new account. This is not acceptable!
I need all my business history for tax expenses, etc.
Then I asked for a manger. I spoke to anne. Her responses were all scripted.
She has implied its all my fault?
1. I don't know my login that's why I was locked out.
2. I never answered all the questions this wk! Not once.
3. She said, if had of answered them correctly the problem

4. There is no tech dept! Right.
5. No other managers above her to help! Maybe?

Package placement
Instead of walking the 10 extra steps, the delivery person decided to leave it by the garage door instead of the front door!
I came to the door because the camera was busy. The truck was backing down the driveway and when I looked right and left not seeing any delivery, I then looked at the driver who began pointing towards the house but more towards the garage. Sure enough!
We have a front porch and a front door where most deliveries make it!
Please stop the laziness.
It could've sat there for days.
When I back out of the garage, i'm not usually looking for a small flat package!
Desired outcome: Deliver all packages to the front door. Only exceptions, something to large to do so. Then please leave it on the sidewalk in front of the porch

Ordered on 5/19. I am an Amazon Prime member. At ordering was told the book would be here in 2 days. Now I see that it has not even been shipped yet and won't arrive until 5/28 - June 2. Why pay prime costs and get nothing for the extra money? Throwing packages to customer's door
This is the third time I am complaining about this driver.
He is too lazy to go to the customer's door and place the parcel on the ground. He throws it from the kerb.
I spoke to him once before and he had a nonsensical answer.
My first complaint was about two months ago and he is still working with the same level of incompetence.
He delivered to 6029 Leek Court, Fort Mill at 1.30pm Sunday 5/23/2021.
Prime 2 day service and delivery
Too many times to count - I have been a Prime customer for at least 3 years and order from them fairly often. At first I got my items within the 2 days. In the last 2 years or so it is rarely 2 days, more like 4-5 days. I'm paying for the 2 day service and rarely getting it.
This one makes me even more angry than the no 2 day service delivery. I live in an elderly building. I have given explicit directions on delivery in my account and NONE of them bother to read the directions. I've called several times and asked them NOT to leave pkgs in the open foyer. (Even old people, to my surprise, steal). They always say they will straighten it out. To this day it has not been straightened out. I've given them my code to get in, I've asked that they bring it to the door of my apartment or at the very least leave it on the table provided near the elevator. Why is Amazon hiring such lazy, STUPID, people? I'm paying for a service.

Two day delivery
Not getting two day delivery despite paying for it as prime membership.
Every order is 5/7 days while friends family 2 days, 1 days or 1 hour.
Why am I not getting this as part of service?
Called today promised it would be changed, ordered today same 5-7 days.
Promised prime membership guarantees 2 days but o have received it. Why am I not getting what I have paid for each month.

I would like to inform a lot of folks that Amazon is complicit in an over-charging scheme with multiple retailers on this particular item, although, there are probably many other examples on the Amazon site.
This particular item was at the time I discovered it, priced at $380 (lowest price from multiple sellers) although the suggested manufacturer's retail price is $299. This item can be purchased at a multitude of online and big box stores/sellers for the MSRP of $299. In fact, I was not able to find this item priced above the MSRP of $299 anywhere but on Amazon!
Since Amazon generates income by charging sellers per item from 6-20%, the higher the price, the more Amazon makes. Subsequently, Amazon is tacitly and/or directly participating in this price-gouging scheme.
Desired outcome: Amazon should implement a policy of limiting sellers to a maximum pricing of MSRP to protect their brand image and customers from abuse.
Truck Driver
I was driving back to South Carolina with my wife and 3 year old grandson. I was in the passing lane ready to pass a line of trucks when one of your drivers whipped out in front of us. We were going up an incline and the truck slowed to 50 mph. The trucks he attempted to pass now passed him in the outside lane. Not sure if he kicked up a stone or he threw something out the window but it broke my windshield. It was completely unnecessary but he obviously did not care about who he slowed in front of. This was a box truck . NC plate # JZ 9655 It happened on I-77s near Elkin NC on 5/7 around 2:00 pm. I don't really appreciate that type of driving especially with my grandson in the car.

For 2 days my packages have been out for delivery out of the OKC amazon facility. The driver on amazon map will show the driver 1 stop away then he turns around and goes back to the facility and doesn't deliver my packages. I've been a prime member for years and this is unacceptable for prime drivers to treat customers like this. N yet here I am still waiting on prime delivery guy to his job

I have reported to the BBB and now the Consumer Financial Protection Board and have told them in their support line that my next line of attack is the SCAM complaint with a copy of the complaint that goes to the Attorney General of NC and is assigned a person to investigate. After that it goes to the federal SCAM regulators that have the power to remove the website twitch.tv from the Internet. As they are listed as a subsidiary of Amazon, I thought you should become aware of the situation. Looking at other complaints their rating is F.

Wrong item sent to me causing problems
I'm a customer of Amazon, I am formally complaining about the situation of not receiving my package at all and on time but rather receiving someone else's package which was clearly marked with a different person's name and address in the same apt complex but having nothing to do with mine.
I am paying for Prime service, I ordered 2 moisturizers which I needed because I ran out of it and instead I got someone else's package and they probably got mine.
If Amazon can't hire qualified drivers to deliver packages to the right people on time then they shouldn't be in business. I don't know who this person was that delivered the wrong package and then took a picture of it saying it was delivered but I'm furious with the misinformation and hassle of a situation that clearly shouldn't of happened.
As I called Amazon customer service tonight and was told that I had either the option of taking the piece of mail that wasn't mine back to the post office which is inconvenient and out of my way and then I would get it resent to me and have to again wait for it to arrive or I could get a refund which would take 10 days and still not have what I ordered and have needed. I'd like to know who Amazon hired because this person is obviously incompetent and should be fired. The name is completely different than mine and so is the apt letter and number. I'd like Amazon customer service to investigate this and compensate me because customers shouldn't have to experience such bad service and then wait on their orders and have to go through the hassle of reordering it and getting their money back it's unacceptable. I should get compensated immediately and get a gift card.

My order was a gift to a suite. You left the package outside of the main building and did not even take it into the main desk.
Who will even look at that package? No one knows it is even there.

Unknown charges to bank account

Please note we are being charged a monthly subscription fee for your subscription but there is several issues with this:
- we don't have a subscription with you
- we live in Australia so wouldn't use the US Amazon anyway
- we never signed up for these charges.
I have contacted Amazon Prime US on two painful occassions via the electronic chat method and have got no where as they can't identify where these charges are coming from. I was advised to contact my bank to have them file something from their end, but find it very frustrating as no one has been able to identify why we are being charged even though I supply the bank details, REF #, and dates of charges and it has been very difficult getting in touch with anyone.
I have asked both times for an email contact but not been given this.
I would greatly appreciate a response to this email and some assistance.

27.2 mm Suntour NCX sp12 bicycle suspension seat post
I incorrectly measured for the wrong seat post. I ordered a 27.2 mm Suntour suspension seat post from seller RXLQUANJIA. When I received it, I realized I ordered the wrong size. My bike requires a 30.09 mm seat post. The new post is way too small and won't properly tighten to the post mount.
I applied through Amazon.ca for a return with the intent of ordering the correct size but Amazon replied that it was up to the seller to agree to a return or not.
Of course, when I applied for a refund from the seller, He/she said no but they would somehow expand the post (which is not even physically possible).
Desired outcome: want to exchange the 27.2 mm post for a 30.09 mm post.
Amazon prime video
After responding to a advert in December 2020for a free month of prime video membership i decided i would take up the membership and joined, then i realised i had been joined on the USA site and your rep on this site said they would cancel my application and redirected me to your UK site and i paid £79 for a year and have continued to enjoy the service. I don't check my statements as often as i should and was horrified to realise that the USA prime site had continued to take a monthly payment from my a/c. Amazon is the worst or the worst. I sell on Amazon and sales are way down. I found that Amazon does NOT work properly with Microsoft Edge. I talked to customer service 6 times about the issue and they Do NOT comprehend that their site would not work properly using Microsoft edge. They tell me they can't trying going to the site with MS Edge. They tell me everything is there but nothing is there.
These folks are so dumb they don't even understand that they don't understand.

The Non-American site development team is really poor and as arrogant as their boss. They constantly are making the site worse and harder to use. They have made it so MS Edge does not display their site properly. They also refuse, in their arrogance to even accept that there is a problem. WTF?
