Amazon damaged product

Dear sir:
I am filing an complaint to round3. located at 4175 royal dr. nw ste 300 kennesaw, ga [protected]. I live at 1710 seward avenue, bronx, nyc, [protected]. apart#5-g. I order an item from amazon.com. the item is hotel transylvania, for $4.95. the customer services, daniele, from round3. I want to know that is address is have different name is idi gazeley. I received the item that is scratches. when I put on. my dvd player worked very great.

Amazon return policy not stated on website

I ordered a part on DEC 21st from this seller on Amazon marketplace. Unfortunately, we didn't need this part in particular after a diagnostic on the car was done. In addition, the part we ordered would not have fit the car anyway even though we had researched the model number. I explained at great length and the seller approved a refund. However, they fail to mention the exact restocking fee or percentage when processing a refund. I bought a part for $49.80 and they are charging me a $24.95 in restocking and shipping: that's more than 50% of the purchase price! Additionally, the seller's refund policy is not listed under Refund Policy on the Amazon site as Amazon claims. Instead, their refund policy is under the HELP section on their site. Why would anyone click HELP for a refund policy when clearly it should be under REFUND? Not only that, they took down my feedback on the Amazon site somehow. I noticed another buyer had the same problem within the past 30 days.

Amazon unauthorized credit charges!!!

I never use this amazon chase visa, anymore.
I did know there was a balance on it awhile ago due to medical charges.
My error was to be ill for the last months and not reading online visa carefully while continuing to make minimum payments on what I believed to be an old liability...
Today I started checking recent charges / balances in order to budget 2017... Then, I discovered these charges! No wonder my balance isn't shrinking!
I have no documents.. Except the chase statement.. This is a totally unauthorized use of this amazon-associated visa; I am totally disappointed in amazon... This credit card is cancelled as of today!
No more book purchases from amazon, either.
I am 82 years old; my husband is nearly 88, we can barely pay for our medications!

Amazon amazon video on demand

I had 6 charges for Amazon on Demand Movies come out of my debit card on 1/4/17 that were purchased through Amazon.com. They were for $2.15, $3.24, $2.15, $2.15, $3.24, & $4.32. I went to my Amazon.com account history, and there are not any videos in my purchase history. Both my husband and I don't use Amazon for media purchases, we use iTunes & Netflix. I couldn't find a phone number to get ahold of Amazon, and had to cancel my credit card and get a new number. :( My bank suggested I go to this website.

Amazon amazon prime video

As a member of Amazon Prime I got a coupon to watch this movie for 99 cents instead of four dollars. I typed in the said code of "MOVIE99" and the movie started playing so I was lead to believe I paid 99 cents for the movie. Then after I watched it I see that I was charged four dollars. It makes me wonder what else Amazon is lying about. Very disappointed.

Alert and warning: amazon will not refund fraud... Even to longtime customers

I'll keep this short.

This is a warning to my family, friends, colleagues and others who are planning on shopping amazon in the future. I've not had a good recent experience with them... Borderline terribel in fact...

Over the past 3 years, i've bought 177 items between amazon.com and amazon. Ca where i've also been a "prime" member in which I pay $99 usd to amazon.com and $99 cad to amazon. Ca. I probably make 80% of my purchases through those sites, so I feel that i'm a pretty good customer.

Recently, I went to purchase a nexus 6p phone that was being sold for a decent price of $390 usd through a 3rd party seller on their site. It turned out to be a scam and fraud. The seller had actually sent me emails that were branded identically to what amazon emails look like including the date of when it is arriving, however, when you look really carefully at the email domains names, rather than it being '@gift. Cards. Amazon.com' it was '@gift-cards-amazon.com'... Very subtle and not something i'm only the lookout for, especially given my relationship with the site (177 purchases over the past 3 years). The email walked me through doing a $390 payment through the amazon gift card site - meaning my money went through amazon.com - the site and company had accepted my money, and my bank account shows that my money went to amazon.com.

When I didn't recieve my phone, I called in to find out what was going on. After 30 days of dealing with them to sort out this issue here is the summary:
- amazon does not verify who their 3rd party sellers are. Any joe-blow can start their store claiming to sell stuff.
- amazon cannot track their giftcards! Apparently, you can use a gift card to purchase another gift card, and then another and then another. Amazon cannot track this.

So my money has been lost and redeemed through this ridiculous program and eco-system that they have set up, and they had said that they cannot refund me! Now, i'm down $390 usd for the christmas purchase system, and this multi-billion company won't protect me or refund me. Online purchases are still not safe, even with the biggest guys.

It seems so funny because it feels like they do more checks on the customer than the seller... So much for the "a-z" guarantee that they said they have to "protect" the customer.

I feel betrayed.

I've given them my business and my money for a long time. As a result, i've successfully cancelled my prime membership on both amazon.com and amazon. Ca, i'm going to stop any amazon kindle purchases and move over to "kobo" e-readers and then i'm also going to recommend all my tech peers: don't use amazon cloud, use microsoft azure or google compute, or some other cloud company.

Amazon espresso machine order canceled after promise of delivery, "it will be shipped"

I placed order for espresso machine which as accepted. I was told the
seller had been consulted and had promised delivery and that the item
was being shipped. I then got a note from the company. "your order
will be shipped and should arrive from seven to 10 days. Here is
the order number, tracking number, if you need advice etc. and
would you like to buy another one. The item was selling at a remarkably
cheap price. This was my first purchase with the company and I
expected when I placed the order to hear that they were out of stock,
but I didn't. They handled the paid for transaction, promised
delivery and then a couple of days later canceled claiming the
seller was out of stock since the seller seems to sell tee shirts that a
hobo would enjoy wearing, I cannot imagine why he would wish to
sell coffee makers that are being sold for over a thousand dollars for
dollars each and claim to be intent on delivery. I am furious beyond
belief and firmly believe the company to be an atrocity on wheels .
I paid for the purchase with a debit card even though my financial
picture is immaculate. They did not hesitate to imply that my order
was pending that my bank had placed a hold on payment etc. none
of which was true. The company is taking over and corrupting
our culture, and our understanding of right and wrong and what
it all means.

Update: I filed a complaint against the company with New Jersey Consumer Affairs which was forwarded to an office in Washington. The
Amazon Company responded with the usual all a misunderstanding, I probably thought this, the bank was probably culpable of something.
All our third party people while not our direct responsibility mean well, and it is not their fault if they run out of $1, 200.00 machines that
they are selling for approx $35.00 each, without offering a bit of proof that any machines at all were ever sold at that price.
For starters it is blatant discrimination that a big shot honcho from Amazon should be allowed to presume what I thought, might have
done etc. None of which was true. I absolutely received messages saying that my machine was on it's way and the bigger question
is why is a just starting up third party seller able to sell a $1, 200.00 machine at a price point of $35.00 and why would it accept thousands
of orders under the supposition that they were still in stock. Surely, they must have a vague awareness of how many they had to sell,
and the biggest question? Did they ever sell any at all. According to the Amazon Company none of this need be of any concern
to us twiddley bugs out there, and how we feel, or are inconvenience, damaged or hurt, is like the question do plants feel pain.

Amazon unlike Ebay blatently makes promises they do not intend to honor, They are a bait and switch organization. They're profit
line is dismal. They bamboozal the public with the goodlife optional service where they are secretly overcharging etc.
They offered the same product at the same price one more time, I placed an order that i was promised would go through because
stock was there to fill it etc. Same story. I was told by customer service that the company had accepted a hundred thousand of
these orders for this newly launched tee shirt company to fullfill, and that is why he knew the merchandise would be
shipped. I believe Amazon is another Enron. I believe Ebay and Craigslist act with good intentions and wish justice to prevail for
all concerned, and do not just throw it arround like an aimless hocky puck Amazon now has imposed on my computer the order
that I am obligated to "report" It is next to the list of prices. This only shows up on my computer.

Did you purchase from a third party seller? Was it fulfilled by Amazon? If not, it can be similar to purchasing on eBay or even Craigslist.

Amazon got neither product nor refund

Petco sent me a total of one 15# bag (arrival date 11/22/16). A couple of time-consuming calls to Petco.com customer service (sic) yielded no refund; instead it was suggested that I take my complaint to Amazon, since it was Amazon I gave the money to. An EXCEEDINGLY time-consuming call to Amazon customer service did not produce a refund either, but rather the repetition & repetition & repetition &c that their procedure was that I had to contact Petco. This was hands-down my least satisfying contact with Amazon in ten years. Meanwhile the dishonest offer is still on Amazon. There are numerous other online sites trying to compete with Amazon; if one of them can beat the Big Guy on costumer service it might be worth trying ...

Petco sent me a total of one 15# bag. A couple of calls to Petco.com customer service (sic) produced three sequential explanations -
1) they could find no record of any order at all,
2)they found the order and agreed that'd I ordered three and got just one but had to take my complaint to Amazon, since it was Amazon I gave the money to, and
3) they found the order it was for a single bag, so it was no wonder that I received just one
Obviously these three explanations are self-contradictory, but they agreed in their conclusion that Petco sure wasn't going to give me any refund.

Word to the wise: I've been buying dog supplies from Foster & Smith for nearly two decades. They are now a branch of Petco.com. I personally would no longer trust them. Chewy.com appears to be an excellent site for dog-related products. And the actual Petco stores seem to be honest, if not cheap. My experience is that they are consumer-friendly in the case of problems.

Amazon prime 2 day delivery

My very first order and its late whypay for prime I'm very disappointed whole reason getting prime was for 2 day service just hope nor going to happen every time I don't like trying new things because of this so I hope you do better next time its only a SD card but I really wanted it for this weekend so if you could do better next time be great please contactme

Amazon express shipping

I'm very disappointed with Amazon! I purchased something from their website and paid extra money to get a two day shipping. Even thought I paid for express shipping it took them two weeks to deliver.
Customer service was beyond ridiculous. They said they know I was supposed to get my order within two days but due to some issued they were unable to deliver so soon. They did not refund the money I paid for shipping.

Amazon amazon not refunding my money, delivered parcel to wrong person

Order [protected] email id - [protected]@gmail.com on 4th november i received an email from amazon that my address is not deliverable and amazon asked me to contact them so that they can update my address and they can deliver my parcel but i never contacted amazon then how can they deliver the package! - ( if i had contacted amazon then amazon must be having proof of the same be it email, call, phone etc ) on 5th november at 11:56 am the tracking showing out for delivery and on 5th november at 12:03 pm its showing delivered to neha and i don't know any neha in my whole family and whole area so how can you give my parcel to anyone without contacting me its more like dhl or amazon did it willingly! how can you deliver the parcel in 7 minutes? ( not even a single delivery agency can deliver the parcel in 7 minutes - the awb no. is [protected] you can see it by yourself on dhl tracking. i have been writing emails, calling amazon, calling dhl but no one is helping me and the worst part is that the moment i complaint about the issue amazon disabled my account so that i cannot even raise complaint and everytime i contact them they say "you package delivered to you in a good condition and we cannot provide any insight on this" they are clearly lying and even i wrote email to jeff bezos and i received an email from his behalf that "we will not help you in this matter"! this upsets me amazon is such a big company and they are treating the customer like this day before yesterday, i had a chat with csr name "patrick" he told me that he had processed my refund and i would be getting my refund in 24 hours but that too didn't happen because the higher authority must have stopped him, but he understood my issue that i did not get the parcel and its either amazon or dhl fault! all amazon people are being adamant now they are least bothered about my issues! and they making me fool, i'm getting tortured from all this. please help me! please give me my money

I want either my money back or my package back. please try to understand this: i have got the money from my parent and they are asking me again and again why your phone hasn't arrived yet! i know 771 dollars means nothing to you but for me it means a lot, i have all the photos and screenshots where even a person with one eye can tell that its amazon or dhl fault! will provide if need be

Amazon amazon customer failure policies - delete change now

It is impossible to contact Amazon. I simply want to delete my account as they keep refering to their french .fr site. Im not french speaking. There is no delete my account action. Why make it so difficult . How many dead people on this zone. Investors nightmare to think all the subscribers are there by freewill. It simply needs to change. People need to be able to delete their account without all these obstacles. You cant even send them a email. No stop action change.

Relying on your 100% vendor protection program; I have received and sent orders, I have proven you with audience information; I lost time typing an answer to the messages that came to me: but without any explanation you stole $ 1600. You have not written any serious messages to me even though you have all my information, you have always communicated the same sentences without reading the messages I have written, you have not even mentioned the name of the respondent. : I mean, you have a crookedness in your organization. You do not know that your employees rob you. I just and I just want my money. I want my money for my hand. I gave you 250 advocates; He did not accept the case because he could not deal with this company. I mean, you're a corporation, you son of a b####.

Amazon lifecore assault bike

Extremely frustrated with Amazon. We bought this bike on 10/29 for $999 on Amazon. During the process of shipping the bike dropped in price to $799. We have had multiple emails and phone calls only to hear that they don't price match. Well this is just basic business practice if the price drops in your own store you refund the difference. No no no not Amazon. They want us to buy a new one and return the old one but of course I have to pay $50 in return shipping. So frustrating!

Amazon amazon's fake dealer companies

There 's now a standard foul practice through Amazon's third party dealers. I have experienced it several times...

They don't actually have the physical product.
1) They get your order.
2) They get a shipping number from USPS but never send the product.
3) Once they get the number, your payment is transferred to their account.
4) When Amazon's last estimate date passes, you get the right to claim your money back. Your money is just used by them for a few weeks.
5) When you leave a negative message, it is immediately drowned by the firm's own positive commentators. So their 90% success rate is kept up.

AMAZON HAS DONE NOTHING ABOUT THIS SYSTEM FOR YEARS...

Do you not know how to read or do you just not pay attention? When you purchase from a third party vendor, it tells you flat out you are not purchasing from amazon. Most 3rd party vendors are drop shippers, and it also tells you the estimated shipping/delivery time.

Amazon amazon's overall how to get there money strategies

I am an amazon Prime Customer or at least I thought I was until that fearful year is up and it is time to cough up that 99 bucks to ole amazon. well Amazon hit my bank account once and it was NSF so they hit it again and again and again and again 8 times and for every time they did it my bank hit me with a $40.00 overdraft fee, thus i placed Amazon in the Fraud Status Department, they dont like that one bit. they locked my account canceled any orders I had in play and had to refund those shipped or not, I did not request that I just requested they not bang on my bank time and time again and generate NSF fees to me. Well they locked my account and wont unlock it. this time they got screwed because the 3 orders they refunded the bank back were shipped and in my hands. so sad too bad amazon again I did not demand request or want any charge backs except for the 99 buck prime membership. i can even show you my bank journal to prove my point.

Amazon your selling privileges have been removed

Our account has been suspended on five marketplaces (uk, de, es, fr, it) because of someone has rang amazon and had doubts about genuineness of one of our devices.

The whole case is a nonsense and a slander. we proved that device is a genuine item also delivered by official well known distributor.

Unfortunately, since 6 weeks we keep receiving the same email all over again generated by a server not by human.

1. a description of the problem that caused the discomfort.
2. steps you have taken to resolve the issue and ensure that complaints of this kind no longer occur in the future.
3. additional information that you want to send us.

We sent 17 letters answering the questions but still the same answers.

Is there any legal help to deal with such cases? we lost about £30 000 so far and there is no one who would even look at it.

Amazon Very bad after selling services and escalation department..

I am a regular customer on Amazon.in. It has good variety of products and nice user interface experience as well. But recently realized that how worse the after selling services it has and there is no proper escalation matrix or department who actually listens to your grievances.

This is regarding my recent transaction and interaction with Amazon. Here is how it happened:

30-Jul-16
I placed the order of'HTC Desire 620G' mobile on Amazon(Order# [protected]). Amazon promised to deliver it by 6-Aug-2016.

6-Aug-16
Product not delivered by the last date.

7-Aug-16
I tracked the status on the website, it says'Product is on the way'. I decided to wait for another few days.

11-Aug-16
After getting no update from Amazon and no change in the tracking status, I decided to contact the customer support. I used the live chat option and talked to a CS agent(Mirza Abdul) who assured me to wait for another 2 days and it will get delivered.

13-Aug-16
Product still not delivered and I got no update from Amazon. So I wrote to the customer support and ask to deliver it on URGENT BASIS.

13-Aug-16
Amazon agent(Sapna R) being very quick in responding, assured me to wait for another 2 days and the product will be delivered by 14-Aug-2016.

Being frustrated so much by the infinite wait and fake condolence, I wrote another text to Amazon. I told them the urgency and importance of this order. Since it will be a gift for my sister on Rakshabandhan, which is on 18-Aug-16.

Amazon agent(Abdul M.) being very nice, called me for apologies and resolution. He told me that there are only 2 solutions to this situation now:

1) He can cancel the order and I will get full amount refunded. Then I can go and purchase the phone offline in order to get it before 18th Aug, so that I can gift to my sister on Rakshabandhan. I denied since the phone is not a latest release and hence, it is unavailable in the market.

2) He can cancel the order and I can place a new order which will also take 2-4 working days to reach me.

I begged this guy that I need this before Rakshabandhan and this could be the only solution to my problem. He said that he has tried his best and there is no way I can get this product before 18th Aug.

I closed my eyes for a moment, cried inside and decided to go the way situation is. And I finally told him that I will place a new order.

After placing the new order(thanks to Amazon for adjusting the difference in amount), I noticed very soon that the product is available with options of faster delivery. I could get it delivered by 17th Aug 8PM, if I pay some extra amount or even free with Amazon Prime scheme(screenshot attached).

I was literally shocked and could not believe my eyes for a moment. And soon I realized that it was not just my bad luck, but Amazon's wicked intentions which the agents applied just for company's benefit. They clearly ignored my feelings and didn't even try to understand what my situation was. I still could not believe that Amazon could do something like this, Sorry to say!

As a loss of festive feeling as well, since I could not gift anything to my sister on Rakshabandhan, I felt like the poorest guy in this world. Though I was being very pro-active ordered the phone on 30-Jul-16 which even could not get delivered by 18-Aug because of the carelessness of few agents, especially Adbul M. He got the last chance to rectify everything but he cheated me by his sweet false statements.

As a result, I loose trust in Amazon and it's so called customer centric services.

What I lost may never be recovered but to compensate a part of it, I demanded necessary actions against the concerned agents and full refund of my phone's amount, since it gave me no value and happiness when it finally reached me.

Amazon tried to being customer centric here, added Rs 250 to my gift card balance. But this is no compensation to my loss:(

Amazon fluke multimeter 101

I bought a fluke 101 multimeter from amazon.
It's probes were lose.
Then it's battery terminals broke when inserting battery.

On enquiry they don't replace battery terminals, but they can sell you another one! who would want to buy another fluke i wonder.

Then after about a couple of months it gives wrong readings.

I hope fluke can do something about this.
