I was living in a PG in Bangalore. Which family member you are talking
about?

So your point is that you will deliver to anyone and then it you will say
that the product is delivered? I was told by amazon when I called on 5-6
DEC that the product will be sent back to seller and I will be given
refund. You mean to say amazon said that just like that with no intention
to act upon it?

Amazon horrible!

I bought two laptop computers from Amazon. One was for me and the second one was a present for my wife. Both computers were damaged, so I returned them back. Those were sold under Amazon's Brand but by third party sellers. I contacted Amazon, but they said it was not their problem. Actually I think that Amazon still is totally responsible. One laptop was not working, the second one had a broken screen. Amazon customer support rep said that I need to send laptops back and then I would get a refund. I actually did everything as they said, but still no money. After I receive my refund, I'll never use this website again. I don't know what to do and how to get my money back. I basically lost over $1000. I hope I'll get my money back, but I'm not sure about that.

Amazon I'm very upset.

I used to be a member in the past and loved Amazon very much. It was great for buying and selling thing, and I never had any problems with them. Customer support was always helpful and items were delivered in time. But over the last year, I have become very disappointed with Amazon. I was shopping for Christmas presents; I spent many hours and finally picked up few things. But it is now January and I did not receive anything yet. Last week I decided to sell some things on Amazon, but I could not log into my seller account. I contacted customer service and was told that the only solution to this is to sign up for a professional account (that is $40). Later they called me and said that I need to deactivate my account because I didn't have the correct tax or business info to have a professional account. But the funniest part was that I already paid for it and they approved it! The whole website has become so user unfriendly. I’m very disappointed and I miss the old Amazon very much. I’ll never go back, sorry Amazon. There are better and much friendly websites out there.

We ordered 2 of the same items as Christmas gifts. We received 1 correct (casa maria, mortar and pestle)(none polished). the 2nd one came as polished. That 1 was returned and reordered. We again received the wrong one (polished) We really want the correct one (not polished) and would like to talk to someone that can help correct this problem. How do I reach someone @ amazon?

Amazon company doesn't care.

I purchased some items, but all things I ordered were completely damaged. The items were not even close to what I ordered! I took pictures and sent them to Amazon customer service. They agreed that items were completely wrong and destroyed, but did nothing to help me out! And that seller is still in business! How is that even possible? When I tried to contact the seller and asked his address, he verbally abused me! I contacted Amazon again and they said “Yes, that is a problem”, and since then heard nothing from them! Completely useless and pathetic organization!

Amazon account specialist team closing accounts unethically & under false accusation

It is very disturbing to see this hooligan like behavior of Account Specialist team from Amazon who just closed down my account since i asked for refund / replacement for damages-defective-unsatisfactory items. I have gone through all the terms & conditions of the amazon prime site & could not find any clause mentioning limited percentage / number of times a prime member can return / replace items - which can be returns within a specified time & if there is any problem with the quality of that item is identified by the customer. My mistake was that after i had received a mail from Account Specialist team indicating suspicious activity I called the Amazom customer service number to understand the meaning of their email - (Also please note The Account Specialist had asked me to call on the customer service number to share feedback) I did that as well & the customer service executive also assure me not to worry as I had genuine reason to return items & they said that such random emails from account specialist was only for customer who are fraud for eg ; received an item but denied it etc. They DIDNOT mention that I cannot return / replace items. So I continued shopping with a peace of mind. Then One Fine Day the Account Specialist team closed my account - used humiliating language email - just refrained from proving any information - not reachable on call - Also under the disguise of investigation - they dominantly took this action because I was accused of misuse for returning / getting refunded for inappropriate items. I plead for your help as I am a victim of a huge communication gap - wherein I didnot know that I am misusing any policy related to refund which is nowhere invisible to me on the website while i enrolled for Prime & shopped from Amazon. MisUse Of My Card By Amazon : 1) My card was charged for an Item which I already returned & I had received Amazon Returns' confirmation of 'Item Receipt' - Amazon Account Specialist apologized & had to refund for this only after I followed up many times. 2) My Card was charged for Kindle whereas I had cancelled my subscription way back. - Amazon Account Specialist apologized & refunded with very harsh verbiage email & ordered me not to connect amazon customer service - But I had no option but to digest this humiliation because this Account Specialist guys are not reachable on any phone. 3) An Item which was miss-delivered on a wrong address led to refund in my situation but amazon blamed me for this There are many more examples where Amazon apologized for charging my card due to system errors & i have forgiven them for it. But this time I am accused for fraud when I am innocent. I am open to any investigation but I plead for justice and getting my amazon prime account re-instated

Amazon account specialist

Hi My account was closed by Amazon account specialist suddenly since I sent back & got refunds for damaged/inappropriate items. No where on the website there is a mention on the limitations on the returns. Also after I got suspicious & humiliating email from them (account specialist team) to connect the customer service team & share the feedback to avoid this trouble - I did that as well. Then again I received damaged items & before send it back I spoke to customer service associate to reassure if I can send it back as I have received the scary account clousure threat from account specialist team & they affirmed me to fearlessly get the items replaced as I have given fair reasons for returning the items. But to my shock my account was closed by account specialist team & they brutally refrained in giving me the insights of the investigation. I pleaded them to call me but they are no way contactable. Now to my horror amazone has charged my credit card for an item which I already have returned them and also received a 'return received confirmation' & none of the account specialist has responded to my mail. I feel a threat to my card details saved with them. Feeling terrible with their hooligan like behaivior. Can someone please help me

Amazon stores123 at amazon - bent and broken product (woodworking bar clamps)

My wife ordered three 72 inch long Jorgenson Bar clamps for me for Christmas, which arrived on December 24th. The clamps were sent in a cardboard box and not secured inside. The clamps should have been sent in a wooden crate and securely fastened as they are quite heavy and 3 clamps is more than you want to lift. The clamps arrived with 3 bent clamps, and one clamp had a broken part that I didn't notice until I wanted to use them for the first time. I immediately contacted them and was informed that 7 days had passed and I could not return the product and even if I could it would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. They informed me that there was nothing I could do and that they couldn't help me. They did wish me a pleasant day at the end of their email, and probably are still laughing about how they scammed another customer.

Amazon completing surveys for a discount trial product

You have no ideal of the money you have cost me for filling out a suryey for ___YOU__. You gave me a product for trial for a reasonable rate @2.99$, 4, 99$ and 9.95$ but did not tell me I would get charged the full price of the product after 14 days ( rapid eye & facial cream= 99.00$ & 132.00$)( e-cigsbrand 99.00$ & 29.95$).. They should stand by the deal with filling out the surveys for a tial product & charging us for the full price. I did view Amazon as a good place to shop & I trusted them but after trying to help them with filling out a survey, I feel Like I go sh t on.. Will not shop there again. thanks for nothing.!

Amazon t-shirt

I placed an order on the amazon india having the order number #[protected] around the last week of october 2015 and the size of the t shirt was not correct so i returned the tshirt and said the amazon to refund my money they collected my tshirt in two three days and after sometime i checked my account but i did not got my refund and when i contacted they said they have initiated the refund on the 1st of november 2015 and you will get in 1-2 days but i did not got it then again i contacted them and i found that i have entered the wrong account number on the amazon india website in which one digit got wrong by the typographical error and due to it I was not getting the refund then i corrected or cans say updated it on the amazon india and talked with amazon india and they said you will get your refund in 24-48 hours but i never got it and they said to contact my sbi branch and file the some dispute form and then i requested them to send me the transaction number so that i can contact the bank but they sent and ambigous digits which was The reference number for the refund was NFT-151102173XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and i contacted the branch and bank said give us full transaction number without xxxx then only we can try to find a solution and bank said we can't check the incoming nft in any account and amazon is making a fool out of you and said if account number was wrong then transaction can't be completed and money is with the amazon india .But amazon india even after requesting several times is not disclosing me when i asked them to provide me the name of beneficiary, date of nft, full transaction number they are denying it to me even when i am talking with them through my registered email id..so i can say they are having the money and when we ask them to provide us the proof of submission of money in my account they are not providing the nft number.This is because in real they are thieves and don't want to refund the money and customers are suffering ..I have talked to them many many times but ever time they hears the story and says solution will be provided in 24-48 hrs but they never provides...Hope amazon india will sink soon if they keep on doing these type of monetary frauds..

Amazon treatment of sellers and their merchandise

I have been a seller on amazon for just a few months and i am fast learning how incredibly unfair and questionable their actions are. I have have been banned from selling in toys and games for having just 2 bad reviews on a product when all other reviews were perfect or close to perfect. I was able to get the issue resolved with the customers but it took amazon like 2 months to return my account to good standing. Recently i shipped some inventory to their fullfillment center. They received the invontory on Dec 9th 2015 and decided to forward it to another fullfillment warehouse. They never emailed me or advised me of what they were doing with my inventory. I had to call to find out. They first told me it would be two days before it got scanned in. Then they said a few more days. Then they said by Dec 18th. Well it is now December 19th and after several calls and emails, no one from customer service can tell me SPECIFICALLY what they are doing with my inventory and its been 10 days since they received it! They still havent scanned it in and they wont give me any specific information. It is in limbo and its like $200 worth of inventory. There is no kind of accountability for amazon. They do what they want with the sellers' money, inventory and account and there is nothing you can do about it. They need to be held accountable somehow!

Amazon refund of money after order cancelled.

On Saturday, Dec 12th (2015) I placed an order through Amazon for an appliance part. The money was taken out of my account the same day. On Monday the 14th, I received an email from Amazon saying the part was no longer available and that the order was cancelled. When I called Amazon today to see when my money would be back in my account, they told me it would take 10 business days! Unacceptable! But...they could give me a verification code to give to my bank and I could get my money sooner. So...I called my bank and, of course, they don't work that way. They said that Amazon has to fax a letter to them asking for the money to be refunded. So...I called Amazon and they said they can't do that! I then asked to talk to a supervisor. After being put on hold for half an hour... the person says that there are no supervisors available and could she have my number to have a supervisor call me. I give her the number and hang up. 10 minutes later I get a call back, but not from a SUPERVISOR, but from another agent! I explained that I wanted to talk to a supervisor and got put on hold again! After 15 minutes, the agent comes back and says that due to the high call volume, there were no supervisors available and could she get my name and number to give to a supervisor (AGAIN!) So...while I'm waiting, I've decided never to get anything from Amazon again. If you decide to order from them, PLEASE, PLEASE, make sure that the item you want is IN STOCK because it takes a long time to get your money back and customer service will give you a time-consuming run around!

Amazon deleted my review

I have shopped with using Amazon many times and have always been satisfied with it. But few months ago I have purchased some items and was disappointed with the quality. I decided to write negative feedback and review on amazon. And then I noticed that they had deleted my review. Well, if you give a product a review that is negative, Amazon will censor or delete it. That is why there are so many positive reviews. Most of the product ratings and reviews are obviously fake. And, if a product you buy harms you, you will learn that Amazon just don't care about it and will not take any responsibility. That is the truth about Amazon ownership. So, just be aware that Amazon products are not so safe. By the way, owners of this site allow deleting negative information. And they know the item reviews are fake. I once saw an interesting review on Amazon. It sounded like "Amazon is very good site. Thank you.". Now I understand that it wasn't real. Read the terms of use and you will see that Amazon has absolutely no obligation or responsibility, because they are not the seller. But they are taking your money, remember that.

Amazon they charge over $39.00 a month for nothing and I can't stop them

I have texted, emailed, tried to call anyone at amazon to stop withdrawing monthly for amazon prime. they don't get my messages but they keep sending me threats about how i must pay them for "Amazon Prime". What good is amazon prime. the other problem with Amazon was I thought this was something to due with a store I set up, but no did I not get any views, but I couldn't even find the items I posted that took days to do. They show the inventory, to me, but not to one single customer. Either way i asked to shut the store and store taking money from me regarding prime. I can't get a hold of anyone from Amazon, for about 5 months now. I'm paying them for nothing and they threaten me. The thing is, I do buy things from Amazon, since I live far out in the country and it takes me about an hour to get to the mall. I've used Amazon for many years, but This is a very big rip off scheme. Can anyone help me here?

The product was stranded and never ever listed even from numerous hours of waiting on the phone with your support to be transferred and then to be disconnected. I sent several tickets and your support team asked for information but there is no way...

Amazon suspended by account for not listing 1 of the 1969 items in my inventory correctly.

I spent all of September, October and November listing 1969 items on Amazon Services selling account. I was selling 4-5 items/day. I received an email Nov 23, 2013 stating that I had listed an item against the detail pages. On Nov 23, 2013 received email stating item was listed incorrectly. Amazon did not tell me which of the 1969 items it was. Am I supposed to guess which item it is? I sued them for $7372 /amended lawsuit on May 25, 2015 for $4999. I NEED AN ATTORNEY FOR TRIAL ON FEB 3, 2016. If I win Amazon will have to pay attorney's fees. I'm in bankruptcy so I can't afford attorney and need money for son. ail pages.

Amazon unethical behaviour

We had booked a small size dress with amazon. Afterwards we have cancelled that order and put a fresh order for medium size dress. Payment was done for both. It was assured that the the cancelled product will not be delivered and money will be refunded. But we have received both the product. We have been asked to send the cancelled product (Which was delivered by mistake) by courier to get the refund. We have also been assured that courier charges will be refunded. Accordingly we sent the product by couries for which we have been charged with rs 205/-. The scanned copy of the courier bill was sent to amazon. To my surprise I have received a cheque for rs 100 only. Which is totally unethical. Amount is not big but the behaviour is unethical. Either theu should pay the full amount else they need not pay anything to us. Its a type of insult of the customer as well as harassment.

Amazon account

Amazon have just closed my account down after spending thousands with them over the years but have have just emailed me saying " you have returned to many items so we have no choice but to close your acount " . OMG I return items that are not fit for purpose or faulty so for amazon to close my account just like that is disgusting and the worst customer service I have ever come across .

Amazon pay

Worked for them for just a little while... They pay based on other Warehouses in the area not what the average pay is in the area... Knew it was never going to improve for 3 reasons... 1) sat in one of their meetings and they asked everyone who was there since plant opening to stand up... Maybe 7 to 10% stood. 2) my supervisor turned in her notice in the next week and when I asked why she said she was going to a job paying $4 more per hour and she was a supervisor at top pay. 3) They stated over and over that they would never pay what other good companies were, just other warehouses around, I have heard that 7 to 10% would now be 2 to 4% because of all that have left for higher paying jobs...

Amazon make money using amazon as the come-on

Paid $99.00 on Discover card 11/04/2015 - read on Yahoo where Amazon was hiring "many" people for new product introduction. Received "free personal coaching" Social Media Expert pages and got log in. Called number [protected]. Rang 1 time went into immediate song recording. No body answered. Called customer service. [protected]. Reached Facebook Money Maker recording? Was told that someone would call me next morning at 9:00 am. Then, someone called me and said that they would call me back in 2 hours? RIGHT. Not a damned call back from any body. Amazon and Facebook are BOTH taking everybody to the cleaners with this scam! No way to get money returned - tried every way to get to Amazon corporate. No executives are willing to put up direct number and/or emails for complaints! These people are not trustworthy.

I made a purchase on 7/29/2015 for an item Amazom.com showed they had stock. Delivery was said to be 5-7 days. After 10 days I checked the status of the order and it had not shipped yet. I spoke to customer service and was told it was an Amazon item and was on order even though when I placed the order they had plenty of stock. They said it could take 4-6...
