They totally scammed me. Pressured me into the most expensive pair of dentures and gave me the cheapest. They were wrong from start and still havent got a decent pair. Had a money back guarantee so within time of saying wanted my money back I did and was told time after time they would call me back and never did. Called headquarters and they give me to my district manager she called once left a voice mail and have never got her back on phone. The office in norfolk nebraska where i went called and said i was out of time limit to get money back. Told them to give me the difference from the 1200 to the 399 ones i got wouldnt do that. Said they would make me a 1200 pair ..i go to do that and they want to make mold out of one that wrong.

I have been without teeth for 7mos because of Aspen dentals false claims of great service. Had teeth pulled in jan 2019, immediate denture never fit, had a soft reline that still didnt help it. I was told to use poligrip which didnt help either. Went around for 6 mos without teeth waiting on permanents. They are wrong too. I have 3 sets that I cant wear.

Told I need a good tooth pulled and need to get an implant in 30 days or would cause adjacent teeth to go bad, a periodontist said a root planning or deep cleaning might save the tooth, Aspen only gave me one exam in 12 months and bone lost was that bad a year ago, periodontist said there was significant bone loss a year ago. I came in for an emergency service, because I had an abscess. I specifically drove 45 mins away because they were the only emergency appt i could get. I ended up being talked into paying $400 for services I'm going to be getting at my regular dentist that's not 45 mins away from where I live. I explained all of this several times. By the end I was there for TWO HOURS. Finally I got a prescription for penicillin. They took xrays even though i said i'd already had them done somewhere else and insurance wouldn't reimburse...I mean, I didn't fully understand it while i was there but i was so anxious to leave by the end of it because the appt made me late for other stuff, so i just wanted to get out. But clearly they took advantage of me and didn't do what i needed and now i understand that probably because it's a chain of some kind they're in the business to make as much money as possible, instead of just helping people.

I was an employee of Aspen Dental from July 2013 to May 2019. I have dealt with a lot of stress and discouragement from the Mt Pleasant office. In May I was undergoing some personal health conditions that made me unable to go to work to lead to termination from Dr. Barodawalla. I have nothing but negative feedback from the dentist. I received text messages that were rude, discouraging, and uncalled for. Which I have pictures of them all from text messages. Here recently the dentist had crossed the line and posted personal information of mine on my Facebook page. Down talking me and making me feel less of a person which I took screenshots of before she had removed her comments but with Facebook being the number one social media sight everyone had seen what she had posted. I am hurt. The names she has called me has lead me to believe that I will never be a good enough dental assistant again. I haven't been there since May of this year and I am still receiving negative comments from her that I don't appreciate. To top it off I really do not appreciate being accused of using marijuana and her saying that I lied about how far along I was pregnant. This office was horrible to work for and now I see why the office could never be consistent with having employees. I honestly don't know how I made it as long as I did.

I went in to Aspen Dental in Mar 2019 where I was charged thousands of dollars of uncovered charges and charges to a third party credit card for services that I had not even had done yet. After speaking to my insurance company I should have never been charged any charges until services were rendered. I was first charged 3000 dollars and when I got the insurance company involved they only deducted 1400 from that amount. I can not get these charges off and my insurance company says it looks like they racked up other charges of stuff I wasn't even aware of that I received. On that day I only went in to get a tooth pulled and one fixed and end up having both pulled but still were covered. With these people you get the run around. My insurance company contacted Aspen and Genesis on my behalf and still we have not saw any results..I need these charges taken away none of the services I discussed with Aspen has been done but my credit is being affected and interest is being added as well and I still have not had the services done discussed.

My child needed wisdom teeth out. I ask about there oral surgeon and my out of pocket cost. The office manager could not give me the information I needed. I asked many times since I was at office each week for 5 weeks . The last strw was when she sent the from des k girl in with a paper that said the cost was 2800.00. she did not get the information from insurance company to lower my cost. I was done and chose to go to another surgen in net work. She would not give me a specialist referral form . I asked many times . It took me finally to the regional manager who got me my referral. I went to ASPEN DENTAL in Olean, NY to get my broken teeth removed and have dentures made. I am terrified of the dentist to begin with, so being told I would be sedated for the procedure was a small comfort. I process most Novacaine really fast, which makes dental work a nightmare. They looked over my medical info sheet, and said there would be no problem.
On the day of the appointment, Dr. Tinh came into the room, look everything over, said he wouldn't sedate me, gave me a shot of Valium and 3 shots of Novacaine and started pulling the teeth. I FELT EVERYTHING after the first tooth. The Dr. just kept angrily telling me to relax and let him get done. So-no sedation-but they charged me for it... 1 year later, I am still waiting on a check for $455 for sedation I never got. So not happy with them. Let's see what the Corporate Office have to say next week...

Your commercial says if you don't have dental insurance your X-rays and consultation is free. They are sending me to collections for 221 dollars. I don't have insurance and I'm a Vietnam Vet and 66 years of age and disabled. I'm on a fixed income and don't have any money to pay this. I thought Humana was going to pay this but I found out I don't have coverage so why am I being charged? I got stage four lymphoma in 2016 and am a three year survivor as of this past Father's Day. I went through chemo and stem cell replacement and my teeth are rotting out. I only have two teeth on the bottom and only five on the top. The chemo has ruined my teeth. I can barely eat anything now and I'm devastated and very sad and emotionally distraught. Can you please not send me to collections, as per your commercial it's no charge without insurance. I don't have the money to get new teeth and I'm at a loss of what to do here. My life fell apart when I got cancer and lost my home of ten years and now rent. I get 1380 dollars a month and by the time I pay rent and utilities and food and insurance and phone there's nothing left. I barely survive financially and can't afford to pay this. Please have a heart
