I went Aspen dental since it's all in one location. The first visit I had complete x-rays and exam by the dentist then talked office manager who out lined the total charges for everything including the temporary partial and my charges after having teeth pulled cleaned a partial plate and finally getting fillings. I asked when they were going to do the large...

Ok, My wife had all her remaining teeth removed from her mouth this Friday afternoon. She was the last one in the office before closing and when she came out she couldn't talk. For the cotton packing in her mouth and the pain she was in. She wrote on a paper for me to ask about her pain medicine prescription. And I was told as the employee was locking the...

I began my journey with Aspen last year. I had dental insurance that I would be losing at the end of the 2022. I was given a price and I paid in full. I had multiple teeth removed. I also had several crowns placed. I received my immediate dentures, and the fit was way off. I had a tooth directly in the center on my upper denture and the teeth in the partial...

I went in for a tooth ache and had full head of X-rays, quick exam by hygienist and quick exam from Dr. Carlucci. This is the Scranton, Pa office. I was told by Dr. Carlucci that I will need to be seen by an Endodontist because upper tooth which was my reason for coming looked like it needed a root canal, and lower 19 needed to be looked at. I also...

I made an appointment to get my dentures re-aligned, I briefly saw a dentist who checked my gums and started a sales pitch about getting implants. I told her that I wasn't interested and just needed my dentures taken care of. They told me it would cost $ 800.00. $400.00 up front and the rest after the re-align was done. When I went back to see how they fit...

Earlier 2023, Tim began a plan of care for dentures at the Miller Rd, Flint MI . Aspen dental center. The work was done up to and including the extractions and placement of the "temporary" dentures (upper and lower). We were told we were required to pay the remainder of the bill at that time ($3462.00). The final payment was made thru Care Credit. The...

I was charged for a permanent bridge which I wouldn't receive for 4 to 6 months.I called and asked for a refund telling them I didn't want the permanent bridge. They said I have to come in. That is ridiculous ! Then I had a temporary bridge and I just didn't like the feel of it in my mouth.I said I didn't like the feel if the bridge in my mouth just...

I had 15 teeth pulled a couple of years back with the promise of pricey upper and lower dentures that would be fully functional. The upper has been but the lower is wearable only for show and for a short time. I have been back and complained several times and was told there was nothing they could do and I should have gotten implants. I would have had they...

Started with Aspen Dental in 2019. I was given a dental plan that cost $7000. It was paid in full from the start. It was a gift from my sister because she noticed I never smile with my teeth. A once in a lifetime gift. About the 2nd month into the plan I started having problems with the Dentists work. It was not holding together. The partials they made did...

Aspen Dental Price of tooth extractions

I had purchased a complete upper denture and a partial lower one on 08/24/2022. I had to have 11 teeth extracted. The charge per tooth was $362.00 each making the extractions total $3,982.00

To extract all 11 teeth, it took 35 minutes. After investigating further this cost was much higher than you usually charge. I had no surgery, and this is my only complaint. Could you look into this and see if a mistake occurred?

Desired outcome: I would like to have a price change made for the extractions

The dentures I received are unfinished. One side of the denture was shaped to fit correctly and the other side was not. There is a huge chunk of the gum plastic that goes all the way to the base of my tongue. There are burrs along the edges. I call them after I have lost my entire Labor Day weekend because of no bottom teeth. Now I had been in the office...

I went to Aspen for a new upper denture and picked it up on 4/21/2003. When I tried to eat super with it, the bite was way off. I took my dentures out and was surprised to see that the upper denture that they made only had 12 teeth whereas my existing lower denture has 14 teeth. I returned to their office on 4/24/2003. The dentist looked at the denture and...

We began My visits to Aspen Dental on Dale Mabry Tampa FL location. My basic complaint and why I am asking for a refund is we made at least 4 visits to a partial denture and she cannot chew her food. She could with her previous denture that broke, which was the reason we came in the first place. I am not saying that everyone was not nice, not sweet, super...
