This is worst service by awok.com. I had ordered a bunch of items from your website on the date 30th April 2018 but it still showing on processing, I called your customer service persons several times and they are committing day after day but I am still not received the item. So please arrange my ordered item as soon as possible.

replacement of damaged items
AWOK took back my damaged delivery after a week and now it's been a 29 days I didn't receive the replacement. The minute we received the damaged delivery we reported it in.
The working ethics are very poor. Intact the worst I have seen in online business.
Today I called their service center and the operator said he's not the right person to speak to. I asked who's the right person and he replied someone will call in the next 24 hours. So I really wonder if AWOK will replace or send me my cash with interest and tax refund.

hp laptop ordered is still not delivered
I was call last week by a supposed delivery agent who started to tell me I was to pay additional amount I am not aware of, meant for a supposed duty fees... We argued briefly and I was expecting to see him and pay that duty fee and pick my order... He hasn't since arrived. What is the case is that I will be leaving my current location in a week's time, and yet my order, which I paid online is still at large... Not yet received!
Everything simply shows that Awok.com is taking advantage of customers, bcos one of the ethics of transactions is full disclosure of information, which isn't the case here... All the same, I am ready to pay the supposed duty and pick my order, but for this whole week I have sent more than three mails to their sale support email, they haven't responded to one, even though the reply always imply they gonna contact me in 24 or 48 hours... Are they serious at all?!
Kindly facilitate to let them send my order to me in the possible sooner time... Thanks!

I made an order for perfumes and watches worth more than $400 from awok.com on the 5th of March 2018, from their website, they indicated that they can ship to Mozambique only to be told after almost 3 weeks by DHL that the package was on hold in South Africa because perfumes are dangerous goods. I have written numerous emails to them with no response at all. DHL finally told me that they were going to destroy my shipment and they had confirmed this with awok, but awok is not saying anything or responding to my emails about my refund. Anyone knows how I can get my refund?

I complain the item already before because the battery is fit to phone. They change i think only the battery not the item. Now i open the phone and i use the problem now when the phone is going to 60% of battery its shutdown when open again its battery empty even if im not using battery is going down. How many time do i need to complain. new mobile phone not working
Dear sir
I bought a new mobile Samsung pro C9 through order number [protected]. The phone is asking for a network access number as it seems to be tied to some network.
I tried to lodge a complaint online but even after waiting for 10 minutes the site does not load (did it many times) - Screen shot attached for easy reference.

I hate AWOK the delivery time takes like 8 days and then after it arrives some products are damaged and I ordered a humidifier the outer plastic is broken and the action camera screen is broken the worst service and the 1dhs offers are spam and I called them before I told them please send it early but they didn't and they were like we put it on high priority but nothing seemed to work and the processing takes 10 days and this was my first order I thought AWOK was good but no I don't recommend this at all

Earlier by another order they delivered a watch with broken glass, and also refused to replace or refund it.
Customer service, including supervisor has NO Authority of Decision making. Claims section exists just on papers, and absolutely useless. Worst product, worst service, the biggest disappointment in Dubai.
