defected used mobile sent instead of new item purchased
Ordered new mobile from them, when item was delivered, it was not only new, but was tagged defected (marked lines on display with sticker on the phone back) . I tried to pope claim on their website which does not accept claims as website does not work ( although claim was same day of receiving the item) I called them and they made complain by phone promising that some 1 will call back but nothing happened!
I sent them email with pics and got NO reply at email.

The laptop is faulty and has a lot of issues. I have call and complain several times for you people to send pickup for this product in other for me to choose another laptop. Ive ordered a christmas tree and other items on the 10th of December already, and only received it yesterday (2 January) with one ornamental watch broken, and the box it came in bent and old looking. This was after phoning several times and trying to get a refund on the christmas tree, since it was already after christmas at that point. Customer satisfaction seems to not be a priority either.

Its been approximately 8days since the retrieval of the faulty product i ordered from awok.com by awok, i am yet to be contacted by awok about any update prior to my complaint.
