I have been donating with BioLife in Tempe AZ since they opened. I have a protein/Blood issue that I get a form signed every year. I had neck surgery and after I did a physical and donated I got a call a few days later that they have a new policy. I took the form to my surgeon and when he called to ask why they needed it someone on the phone said I DONT...

I went in today at 5:55 for my regular donation. The staff sat there trying to lie to my face saying there is a error with my blood for testing. My sample was compromised. So instead of telling me they screwed up they instead lied and told me that there is a world wide issue with this and it's funny because your adds even say to make extra money or make it a side job to donate your employees say different. Can't believe it's that hard to say sorry we messed up and now I'm punished for human error. There is no memo for the hospitals about this either.
Desired outcome: I want to donate this Sunday 23rd.

The new doner coupon I have been receiving
I am a new doner and I used tje coupon to receive the new doner bonus. I have not received all my payments and it has been switched to 20 dollars. I was advised to take a few week brake to do arm crunches and strengthen my arm so when returning to donate I was treated very disrespectfully by the workers and now I am not even able to choose another donate day for some odd reason. Someone needs to take accountability for such customer abuse...
Desired outcome: I need my coupon put back on my account since I did not receive my full 900 and my app will not allow me to set up the next appointment
My time was wasted and I was insulted
I went to Biolife in Maple Grove MN and wasted 1-1/2 hours going through the sign up process to find out I was not eligible. I was informed because I have a mild case of Ulcerative Colitis I could not donate. I was then told I could have surgery and not have to be on pills and then donate. Surgery for this could cause me to have to have a colostomy bag for...

I am so disappointed with this operation! They actively discriminate against mentally handicapped people. My son, who has a fair vocabulary, but needs put in very simple terms was refused today because he didn't understand the legal questions put him. They made no effort to simplify their explanation or questions. They also refused to allow me into the room the help with interpretation. Based upon what I saw today, unless you are at least a HS grad, don't even bother. I have never seen a business so hell bent on discriminating against the handicapped as I saw today at the BioLife Plasma Service in Bolingbrook, IL.
Desired outcome: Change policy, and apologize to my son for his treatment

Payment
I come to the center on fm 1960 in Houston tx. I was supposed to receive $100, I only received $20. They've been giving me the run around for 2 hours and they're not busy. They said my $100 expired, but last time I came I was promised $100. The assistant manager wouldn't come up front until I walked to the back to get her myself, she already prejudiced her decision, can you give me a call at [protected]

I was wondering if ya'll have a policy where you are not able to donate if you live in an RV park? I have been a donor for just about 2 years and I was very offended when they told me I was unable to donate due to where I live. They were extremely rude and disgusting about it. I am a permanent resident, receive mail, and have a VERY nice tiny home in a...

Worst place for people with limitations. I have a bad back and can't stand for long periods of time. 1st problem I was standing in line to have vitals done leaning on the counter to release back. When I was next in line I walk towards the counter and I said could I please sit down and wait for you to be done cleaning and he said no get back in line. So I...

Broken heart rate machine
The biolife in Casper wy, has a broken heart rate machine that is reading higher than normal. Causing people to not be able to donate. It has been tested and proven to be wrong on multiple occasions. Yet no one at the facility has made any progress into fixing this issue.
Desired outcome: Replace or discard machine
BioLife Tempe
I have been going to BioLife Tempe for over two years now, and I can't tell you how many times I have arrived for a scheduled appointment only for them to tell me my protein test was abnormal from the previous visit, or I was due for a physical. The thing is, each time I was able to schedule a donation appointment through the app without any barriers, so how was I to know I needed a protein test or a physical? Shouldn't the app be intuitive enough to inform patients of any alerts that would prevent them from donating, and advise the patient to call in for the next steps? The app literally lets you schedule appointments without regard for any follow-up testing needed, and unnecessarily creates a situation where a patient comes in, only to be told they need to come back at another time. Why can't that logic be programmed into the app for god's sake? The app is literally the bane of my existence.
Desired outcome: Fix the app
A bad experience
I already filled a complaint of sorts on the BioLife website. I would like to discuss my endeavor with a person in a position of authority because I feel like the manager's and nurse's treatment of me was argumentative, callous, caustic, dismissive, rude, unapologetic, unfair, and unjust. I would like to have consequences dealt out to them in an appropriate way. Opposite of how it should be.

I'm a donor at the Pasco Washington BioLife and there is a workerwho has Covid but is still instructed by management to go to work I stopped my donation Midway when I found that out. It is not safe, extra precaution should be in place. Doesntmatter if that worker shows symptoms or not this is absolutely unacceptable because they are still contagious. I had...

If you apply a coupon code it takes away everything else you are supposed to receive. In example the frequency pay. And 2nd donation of the week bonus which is higher then the coupon bonus. And if you talk to a member of management, they will not accept it, or they will say they can take it away as a threat. This is exactly what was told to me by the Assistant Manager here in BioLife St Paul mn

Hello, my name is Sharresa Drahos... I have been a donor at Great Falls, Montana facility for many years and have made over 1,000 donations. I have put off writing any complaints because as a supervisor you deal with them all the time. However I feel very frustrated and want to bring tonight my experience so others may not be frustrated. As I have an...

On November 3, 2021 I started my 8 donation process for $800 program. During this time I was sick for a week, unable to donate. I e-mailed biolife regarding this matter and asked for an extension due to my illness. I never received an e-mail or phone call in response. I then went to donate on 12/3 and left with 2 hematomas in both arms and could not finish my 8 visits for 2 weeks due to my healing. On the 8th donation I received $20 only. My total compensation for 8 visits equals $700, $100 short of what I was promised. I was honest and did not donate when I was sick. I went to the clinic and have paperwork for this visit. I have pictures of my hematomas. I do not want to cause problems but I may have to warn people about these problems I have had with this company. I called the actual donation location and did not get anywhere with this. I have e-Mailed the company twice, called location and left a message. No word back
Desired outcome: $100

Lack of service from the nurse and discrimination
Scheduled an appointment on the 22nd of December came in went through all the tests and was better or where I should be to give went back to the nurse went through my questions and answers and was told that they will need a permission from my doctor to give. All the people in there I was blamed and was sent home and couldn't donate. when I don't even smoke. And was the only black person up there besides the one black lady that was working the front. I filled out all the information online including my age. When I went in and spent over an hour jumping through the hoops and finally made it to the nurse, she told me that I was too old and needed doctor's permission. My BMI, lab work, and health is perfect. Why doesn't the website tell you this so it doesn't waste a person's time? What a joke of a...

I sent the following email 3 times without even a response:
his is email number three without a response. I am sitting, waiting for my donation to be taken as I write. (At the Towson location) It is 1:16 pm. My appointment was at 12:15. I arrived on time. This is a trending situation: 3 of the last five donations, I have waited 40 minutes just to start. Two of the donors surrounding me completed their surveys and physicals after me but are ahead of me. It's as if there is no rhyme or reason to the order in which donors are serviced.
Now I'll move on to the gist of my complaint: as the result of Christmas falling on Saturday last week and the previous week's outage ( and having been turned away), my $100 bonus for 2nd weekly donation expired. It should have been adjusted, extending it by an extra two days. Additionally, it is mathematically impossible for me to collect my recurring donation of $50, expiring 12/31. Again, it should have been extended, but it wasn't even though I sent a previous email requesting it. I expect an email shortly with a $100 bonus and an extension of my $50 frequent donor bonus.
On my last two visits, I requested to speak to a manager before leaving. None were available; I waited and waited. Finally, I got a supervisor who didn't seem to grasp the issue at today's visit, telling me, "we have no control of what day Christmas falls." Preposterous!. You do have control of the expiration dates!
I expect you to honor these bonuses'. If I do get a reasonable resolution, I will be filing a formal complaint with The Federal Trade Commission. You must have saved a ton in expired bonuses between the outage and Christmas falling on Saturday. I generally give people the benefit of the doubt, and especially since the staff at Bioplasma was typically professional. Still, my interaction lately has been met with an entirely incompetent and unprofessional response. For example, when I asked a staff member for an accurate email address for customer service this morning, I was told to call back tomorrow.

Not one person got back to me I went to the link u guys asked me to go to. so now it's looking more like u guys don't care about your donors and how the staff acts in your facility. I think I'm gonna make a call to the health department. Iv lost my hole promotion to neglect on your staffs part. Keeping me from donating and now I'm pretty sure as soon as I go back something else is gonna happen. I think because of your staffs errors I should get the rest of the money I was due to get instead of having to start all over again. Plz let me know how u want to resolve this. I'm not gonna contact u guys through email or anything else u have my number u can call me to settle this only way this is gonna work now.
