Wellsley farms chicken breast in water
05/21/23 @ 1430.
Took 2 unopened cans of premium chunk chicken breast in water - added mayo. While my wife was eating it she bit down on something really hard. I have saved it - and it looks like a chicken bone. I took pics of the small bone and the 2 cans I mixed together. Both had a barcode of [protected], on the bottom both had the #C032323 (1743) Best Buy 032326. These came in a 6 pack from BJ’s, purchased on Wed 05/17/23 from the BJ’s in Manchester NH. I took pics of both cans and the bone, if needed. No dental trauma
Desired outcome: Free chicken for a year sounds about right.
BJs Portland Maine
[protected] I will never step foot in a BJS again my wife and I have been members since the store first opened in maine. And management did want to hear what I had to say about this situation instead the front end manager looks at us and says his employee is fine. The big kicker is the store manager yelled at me to leave and my wife waited in line to get a refund and the store manager says to the front end manager "that guy was a [censored]ing [censored]" Profesional at Bjs best. When this could have been avoided. And they did nothing but twist words. So we left with nothing and BJs lost 355 dollars that's great for business maybe you'll be the next company to shut it's doors.
Desired outcome: Asked to leave the store and the store manager called me "a [censored]ing [censored] to the front end manager

Hi my is Giordani lesly Berrouet. I am a black young male in my thirties. Approximately around 6:00-6:20 I entered the BJ’s on 34-60 48th St store club #364 to purchase baby wipes and pain relief medicine, but was abruptly interrupted by the on duty Officer at the time “Officer Ruiz badge number 29070” based on the premises that the manager didn’t want me in the store. I expressed that he or the manger didn’t have the right to tell me to leave because I never committed any criminal acts in the past or at the current time of confrontation that warranted me a trespasser. The supposal manger is Joni AL “front end lead”. Your employee used racial discrimination in his decision process to come terms to tell the police officer to engage with me so I may leave the BJ’s. I wasn’t in the store for more the 5 minutes when I walked pasted Joni AL and a younger employee minding my business going to health and beauty lane to look for pain medicine when he sent officer Ruiz. I showed my membership and ID to verify my legitimacy. I am highly emotionally disturbed by the situation because your employee viewed me many times purchasing at this BJ’s and ranged me up a few times. I should not be treated wrongly base on how I look. I never did nothing wrong entering your establishment.
Desired outcome: I would like a copy of the tape of me entering BJs number 364 and the whole situation that occurred.Front end lead JonI AL fired for racial discrimination by profiling a BJs member because I’m black.
Order and not being delivered
On April 13th I placed order # [protected] to be delivered. I paid for the order using my Capital One BJ's One + card ending in 3509. Email acknowledged they received order.
Next email said order was processed and would be on it's way. Order never showed up. I called the Orange Park store and was told they would look into it, and get back to me. Meanwhile I get another email saying " We had a problem delivering your same-day delivery order # [protected].
I get a call back saying the service they use for delivery couldn't pay for the order and left it. Now understand I paid for the order as I always do so this does not make any sense to me. They also said they would refund the money to my Capital One CC which as of today (9 days later) has not happened.
I expected that they would have offered to have the order deliver sometime that day as the order was placed in the morning. Customer service offered nothing but excuses (more than 1) and no solutions.
I have been a customer for more than 15 years, first in Philadelphia at the Red Lion location then here in Orange Park Florida and I have never had this problem before. At this point I'm reconsidering whether or not to renew my membership later this year.

Desired outcome: I would like the money refunded to my card and perhaps the people at your customer service area learn how to properly deal with a customer's situation instead of telling half-truths.
Multiple purchases
Tires: bought my tires here and was told no charge for switching back and forth from winter to summer and vice versa, lo and behold was charged 67.00 today. Then they screwed up my daughters apt after she went all the way there. Generator purchase: severely damaged item, asked to come and get it, told by Rotterdam manager, too bad bring it onto the store...

I have been a member for many years and now ready to cancel my membership no longer offering items we frequently purchase. One example below and there are other items as well…no enough room for other items.
Coffee pods — Green Mountain Dark Magic (gone), AND Starbucks Sumatra pods, your offer coupons for this, however not in any of the 4 locations near us.
Gasoline should be included with our membership, we should not be required to get a Mastercard to purchase gas for this very small saving…only pennies.
I could go on and on, but there are other changes and we are no longer happy being a BJs member. We now buy coffee on Amazon…not what we wanted to do.
Unhappy members…. we have complained to our local customer service, but they have limited power for our concerns.
Desired outcome: I doubt any changes will be made.
Credit card
We received our march statement, which included a $30 fee from Capitol 1. When we inquired, they said that charge was for LATE FEE from Jan. We are never late on our payments. We have contacted Capitol 1 a few times and they refuse .. to take the charge back. This apparently happened during the transition from Synchrony. We got NO help from BJ's on this matter. Frustration and wasting more time and energy on this, we paid this fee. We WILL be looking for another local warehouse that will take our $$ and pay THEM in full monthly. It's sad that BJs will allow this to happen and wash their hands of any assistance. OH...social media comments on both BJS lack of support and Capitol 1 thievery will follow
Desired outcome: BJs and Capitol 1 would not help. Synchrony bank is not available to assist in this matter.

I can't seem to keep signed into the BJs app and now I can't even log in so I'm unable to clip or use any coupons. Looks like many people are having the same issue. When will this be resolved? It has been like this for weeks. I did uninstall and reinstall and it worked for the first time I went in but now back to not being able to login again. HELP!

I had bought a set of tires in the Wallingford Ct store last year. I saw a screw in my tire on Monday March 27th around 2 pm. I went to the BJ"s store to have someone put a plug in my tire. There was 1 man behind the desk with no customers and no cars in the bays. I asked him if he could pull a screw out of my tire. He said" i am here by myself and i can make an appointment for Friday"
REALLY... Clearly i understand employees are hard to get these days. I expected to wait maybe an hour but not 5 days. i went up the road and found a private tire store and they put a plug in my tire in less than 5 min. and 20 dollars. they did'nt even have to take the tire off.. How about that. I am sooo frustrated and disappointed with your customer service in your tire dept. What good is you tire protection plan when i have to go somewhere else to get Service?

i had a delivery of groceries from bj's today 3/26/2023 they were left on my sidewalk by a driver named Baris around 1pm they were scattered all over the sidewalk baris rang the door bell and ran to his car i saw him leaving i could'nt beleive the way my groceries were left it has never happened and i hope in the near future it doesn't i want this situation resolved as soon as possible

milk supply
We have been buying Lactaid Fat-free milk for years at North Haven BJs Store.
Recently this store started to offer only very small amounts of this product and it runs out within hours while many loyal customer/members are left without.
The people and management at the store have no reason why. They know many people are angry with you and are very upset with BJs now.
We are told that it's coming and are told to call first but either we are told it is gone or the STORE RARELY ANSWERS the telephone! It is in demand to follow such inexcusable treatment.
We remind you just how rabidly BAD news travels and how far?

I was recently employed by BJ's Wholesale Club in Quincy MA. I had issues where i was singled out/ discriminated against while my peers of similar race to the management were not bothered at all. I was terminated and I dont even understand the reason why. The management said it was my second offense which i didnt get to defend myself about. I am curious what my first offense was as t was news to me that i had a first offense. All of that aside, I am trying to apply for other jobs and considered unemployment but i dont know the reason i was fired. I have received no help from the management at the Quincy store. It is impossible to speak with someone to resolve my issue.

Tire center
My husband went to the BJ's in Torrington to replace 4 tires on our car today. He paid for the tires and then the Technition magically realized the tires he paid for on sale with an additional discount bringing them to a little under $600 with installation, suddenly won't fit our car. In addition, they can't get ANY tires in under the sale price at anytime in the near future. So he was directed to the website to purchase different tires at twice the price and with an $80 installation fee. This is classic Bait and Switch which is highly illegal. I have spent my last dime at BJ's and will be consulting a Class Action Frim that I hope will sue this company into dissolution. The Techs in the stores are very pleasant, but the ethics of the Corporation are deplorable.

Hello. On 2 occasions I have installed a new 3 gallon jug of berkley and jenson water only to have the entire bottle empty onto our kitchen floor while we slept. The plastic is brittle and easily leaks. Multiple times I have been in your store to purchase water only to find that many of them are leaking in the aisle, and have difficulty selecting one that is intact. Obviously on 2 occasions I did not select an intact bottle because our kitchen has been flooded. You have no idea what 3 gallons of water looks like when spilled across a home 's floor. I'm a frequent BJs shopper and am so disappointed in this experience. I can no longer purchase water from your store and will have to search elsewhere. The last leaky 3 gallon bottle I purchased was on 2.10.23 at club 153.

gas pumps Wallingford CT
it is a continued issue regarding the gas pumps in Wallingford, CT. Today 3 pumps were conned off. The location in North Haven seldom has one pump conned let alone 3. Does Wallingford have a pump maintenance issue? this has been an issue for the past year or more. The members deserve better form BJS
lines for gas are very long! Do you agree that members should have to wait in excess of 15 minutes to purchase gas?

Discounted $25.00 membership
I have been trying on-line to get my discounted membership for renewal (membership # [protected]) and every time i am in your web page to pay my renewal it changes from $25.00 to $55.00 . Is this a trick? so you can pay $55.00?. I think i will not renew my membership if is $55.00. I am going to remain with COSTCO and SAM's membership only. Thank you very much.

tire service center
My name is Camille Brown and on 11/10/22, I purchased four (4) new tires with installation from the BJ's in North Brunswick, NJ. Within the last month in a half, I have noticed that my car has been making noises but recently the noises have become louder. I took my car to a mechanic shop today on 3/6/23 and was told by the mechanic that the lug nuts on my tires were loose. He said I was missing five lug nuts and the remaining were loose. He said that it was a good thing that I brouught the car in when I did because the tires would have come off. BJ's tire center was the last place that touched my tires. I have wheel locks on my vehicle, so it couldn't have been nonone else. Apparently, BJ's didn't tighten the lug nuts well enough when they installed my tires which caused some of the lug nuts to fall off over time. We opened a BJ's credit card after reviewing the perks offered back in July when a new store opened near us. We used the card a couple of times then we received a late notice stating we had not paid with interest and late fee included we immediately called Commenity which is your credit card provider and informed them that we had paid our September bill and could not understand why they said they had not received it. They indicated in order not to show bad credit even though we paid we needed to pay again. Total amount of $290.11 and they removed the late fee and interest and indicated they would investigate the matter. After 3 months we received a letter indicating they had closed the dispute with no resolution. We reopened the dispute and went to our bank to get a copy of the check the bank had sent when reviewing the bank check we noticed that our account ending in 3383 was posted on the front of the check however the back of the check where apparently Commenity posted the check ended in account number 3353. Seemly a simple error to correct. We have called dozens of times spent hours on the phone with various customer service representatives only to be disconnected put on indefinite hold and various other frustrating exchanges and still no resolution. We have gone into our local Port Charlotte Fl store and spoken with the Assistant Manager on several occasions who informed us due to all the trouble BJ's was having with Commenity that starting in March they would be changing Credit card companies. He indicated he had emailed his regional manager and still had no resolution. My husband and I call every week for an update and still no resolution we will be in March tomorrow and they have had our 290.11 since October while that may not seem like much money the frustration and lack of accountability on the credit card company and BJ's is unacceptable. I can assure you I will steer any and all friends and family away from this company as they don't stand by their customers. I even suggested just give us a store credit but still nothing
