Cash Crusaders review: A very rude branch manager at cash crusaders met life plaza port elizabeth

I called in at 16:45 and asked if they are still open and they said yes. I live 5 minutes away so just was there at 16:58 to exchange a laptop to lend cash but the manager on duty Lee-Anne Clarke was very rude and told me that they are closed and she won't be able to help me. I told her how desperate I was for the cash because my so. Was in hospital and I needed money to assist me, she then started shouting and told me to stop guilt tripping her because she has her own kids to fetch at school and Im Wasting her time. I was very shocked at such service from a manager. Please attend to this query as she is going to make you lose the customer.
