added subscriptions not agreed to and coming off airtime account
[protected] - Joe Cloete - this is a prepaid number on your net work. I have had about 8 subscriptions coming off every time I load airtime. Your agents have informed me it's other service providers that have taken the airtime that's using the cell c network, and the agent has cancelled the subscriptions. How is it that I have subscriptions coming off that I have not agreed to? whats more alarming is that you say its not you, but you are able to cancel it? it doesnt make sense.
I'm happy if it's cancelled, if at all, but I must get all my airtime that I have lost since this started around the 10th of June.
Please ensure that I am reimbursed with my lost airtime.

cell c illanga mall nelspruit
Bought 20gb 365data that did not work on 12/05. I submitted a network problem was followed up by cell c with a SD number telling me the store has to refund me. Jonathan from Illanga Cell c, Nelspruit after a fight, signed off on 13/06 that a full refund will be given within two days. Its 28/06 and still no refund received. The store doesn't keep to their commitments.

No agents to assist
I upgraded my contract, only because I am R6000 in credit with your company. Ireceived my new cell phone and 3 days later I received another one. Please advise if my contract was 2 for 1 or if this was a mistake on your part. I have been calling your call center since Friday 22 June, without success. Non existing customer service
Autopage, Nasua mobile and now glocell. Your service use to be amazing in my opinion I went to Glocell shops if I had any issues and had them resolved instantly now your shops are all closed and your people at customer care are opinionated and rude. And this is if your call actually gets thru . Two months ago my phone got barred because of two huge invoices pertaining to out of bundle data. I have tried to pay extra every month to get this amount all payed back but now my phone has been completely disconnected and no client can get hold of me I have absolutely no income now and when I got hold of customer care, the lady said the payment I made on Saturday did not reflect and even if it did she would not reconnect my line. your out of bundle data price borders on ridiculous if not insane and needs to be explained, how can a meg cost 15 cents in bundle and R2.50 out of bundle ? I cannot leave this here this is going to cost me who does not have a lot to suffer so I will have to get another sim card change my number on my web page and hopefully I didnt loose to much. I have tried for two days now to get you to help me but your staff laughed me out. I consider this as the end of my relationship with Glocell it seems you are going the same route as autopage and Nasua mobile.
contract cancellation and customer service
I have recently been through hell and back with CellC this past year. The following email was sent to the CellC customer service email 3 times as well as to CellC on facebook on 15 June:
"Dear Cell C,
I would like to express my immense dissatisfaction with your customer service and your inability to do what you have promised.
I have since February attempted to complete my contact an business with you.
In February I concluded my business with you from my side by writing a letter of cancellation, enduring a telephonic phone call and paying my settlement fee (I have Proof Of Payment).
All of these details are attached in my email.
This payment and telephonic conversation happened on the 28th of February.
Subsequently I had a debit order through my FNB account since then for every single month.
You are effectively stealing my money.
I have since May emailed this customer service line 4 times in order to resolve this matter and I have received ABSOLUTELY NO response from CELL C.
I have had my debit orders reversed by my bank and still you continue to make transactions from my account. "

After my message on facebook I was finally contacted by a social media consultant. all the facts and pdf document of all emails were sent through to the man as well as the proof of payment and proof of receipt for the letter of cancellation and still I have been told that I am liable for the funds.
This is due to their IT department being unable to "find" the email sent. I have included screen captures of emails sent etc but omitted the names of the correspondents and consultant.
I have on Sunday 24 June received a message stating that I have been handed over to the XDS credit bureau. This company is doing enormous damage to my credit worthiness as well as my reputation and my time.
I have a full PDF transcript of all conversations from February with CellC as well as a full PDF transcript of my conversation with the social media consultant.

my name is nkanyiso i am a cellc customer and have two contracts currently one is for datas and one for phone, on data my contract signed for 200 debit but today debited R401 when i call call centre to escalate they told me they cant see anything yet they debited my money and that person who's name i forgot told me to check on *133*1# boom 3 unauthorised subscriptions, not at once i ran out off datas on my contracts it always top up to previous one, and i believe it a second month this thing happening how can i trust this company now ? i have lost 400 rand in two month whats to expect next month, i have lost trust with cellc i want my money back i have family to look after so you rich people must not benefit from the poor enough with this please, [protected]

cell phone sent for repairs
My phone didn't want to charge anymore I then took it in to cell c promenade as it was still under warrenty, I received a call from the repaire centre saying my phone was water damage and I will have to pay R2600 for a new board I told her that it cant be and I'm not willing to pay that money .she told me that they were then going to send back the broken phone which they did I took it somewhere els and paid R300 to replace a charging block the guy also gave me a statement saying that there was nothing els wrong with my phone

No service - app not working; phones not answered after 8:00 am

My cell number is [protected]. You advertise the app, which I downloaded. This app has not worked since day one. I am unable to purchase a data bundle on this app. When I query this with your call centre, they say it is being sorted out. This is two months now.
I called your call centre at 8:05 and received a message that I must call during your office hours which starts at 8:00... Really?
I want to know when the app will work so that I can purchase bundles instantly a advertised by you.

overcharged for unknown services
On the 29th December 2016 I went to a cell c store at Jubilee mall for an upgrade on my dad's contract. Took the Huawei P9 lite that was advertised for R189 on the booklet, then I told the consultant not to add anything extra because I am not interested at that point I just need a phone as my phone was stolen the previous week, He promised that there won't be anything added on the mobile contract. February 2017 when the first debit order went off it was R387.99 and not the R189.99 that I saw on the booklet. I checked the papers and the invoice papers said R189.99 and the other paper said R329. I went to the store and they told me the matter would be fixed and it wasn't, they kept on deducting R387.99 then in June 2017 my father became ill and I was give power of attorney over his finances. Went back to the cell c store with all documents including those stating that I have power of attorney but the consultants refused to assist me and said that he had to come to the store and tell them that he wants to transfer the contract to me. Ooh by the way this is someone who is bed ridden and can't even talk. They still continue deducting the same R387.99 despite numerous attempts to get them to sort this matter out. Tried the call centre and they also kept sending me from pillar to post. The phone according to their papers cost R5299 and cell c is supposed to deduct R328.99 for 24 months (incl. VAT) meaning that cell c is selling the phone for R7895.76 gaining and extra R2596. Then now they deducting R 387.99 for 24 months (incl. VAT) making that a total of R9311.76 meaning that they are gaining R4012.76. Due to this wrong deduction amount.
All I need to know is how do I solve this matter and cancel the bloody contract because i can't work with people who steal my father's money and see nothing wrong with that. It's been 15 months since I took this contract and have already paid R5819.85 again cell c have gained an extra R520.85 from scamming a person who is bed ridden and cannot fix this matter themselves.

poor service by cell c
It is a problem to me right now. I had a contract with cell c in 2016 and it expires but cellc never updated my profile. I hate this as is appears on credit bureau while I am no longer even a cell c customer. My number is [protected] it was my cell c ported number I left them because of poor service. I am now trying to get a new car and celc pops out on my credit I hate Cellc just yesterday I spent R30 trying to Cal celc who never bothers to take my call I was put on hold for an hour. What kind of network is that? Celc is really a disgrace we paying these services for God's sake. Why not update my profile while I never owe them anything. I was never in arrears too. cell contract upgrade
on the 3rd of May I did an upgrade on my cell number: [protected].
Cell C assisted me urgently as I was bringing business to them. I upgraded to LTA Advance, after they advised me that there was a coverage on my area. I received the package with the cell ruoter, but unfortunately there was no coverage.
I called cell c and they advised me there is nothing they can do, I will have to return the router, and I did (ref: RW18700650) the following day. On the 18 May 2018 I spoke to cellC (Ref number: [protected] Themba Sithole at 14:16) and confirm that contract was cancelled and nothing is due to me as there was no coverage.
to my suprise, got the bill and I now owe cell ZAR512 for this, I called cellc and they told me that my number is still running and according to my knowledge this number is cancelled. I then disputed the amount, case number [protected] (was raised by Wandile) been calling cell c to get this resolved but it seems as they are not willing to.
I am not going to pay for the service that I didn't use. I am so annoyed with the service I am receiving from cell

I have been forced to start putting the trueth out there
For 6 months I have been having coverage issues with Cell C, a Router on contract, a contract number as well as a prepaid. All To do with Data .
I have called and logged request, several, probably in the "10's" . Each and every time the request being closed . The later 10 or 20, demanding reference numbers and no closure to request until I confirm it resolved. In Each and every case the case being closed . Problem unresolved. I get a call durring a meeting and advise to email me . Next thing i get an SMS telling me to rate there service. Call back when after hours, been told that request closed. And a new request .
Each and every time new reference number, new explination, new case . Case closed ... No resolution ...
I have asked several time for complaints line, someone log a case at customres care, send it to Tech ... who log a case, close it next day ...
This all in effort to avoid them canceling contract due to the FACT they cannot resolve issues ..
The furtherest i got, with a 6 months old reference is that is it "roaming" and case sitting with Vodacom, , but i still have to PAY ...
6 months, unresolved because they don't care ...

cell c debit order
I (WJ van der Walt) was trying to take over Mrs van Rensburg Cell C contract due to the fact that she has lost her work. I went with Mrs van Rensburg to Cell C to do the paperwork. Unfortunate there was some money outstanding and Mrs van Rensburg said that she will pay the outstanding money. Then Derrick from Cell C in Irene said that we can change the banking details in the mean time. We did change the banking details. Then Mrs van Rensburg was not in the position to pay the outstanding monies owned to Cell C. I than decided not to proceed with the taking over of the said Cell C contract. But Cell C was already deducting money from my bank account. I did wrote numerous letters to Cell C to remove the debit order from my bank account as I am not the responsible person for the contract. Cell C is ignoring my request due to the fact that Cell C keeps on deducting the money from my account after numerous request to remove my banking details from your system. The above mentioned contract is in the name of Mrs van Rensburg, ID no [protected] and not in my name. Every time I did had to do a reversal of the debit order and it is costing me a lot of money.

I have been struggling with C Surance,
I need urgent assistance with my claim, the level of service I have been receiving from your customer service department is extremely disappointing, slow and very bad.
I submitted a claim for my cell phone have paid the excess on the 30th of May 2018 and to date no one has com back to me on progress.
When I call your call centre I am informed your system is down and I need to call back later as my ticket cannot be tracked.
This is disappointing, unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

I sent all the relevant documents that when needed by cell c and the was no correspondence for two weeks. i had to call to find out what going on with the claim. The checked and the claim has been approved i have to wait, i waited another two weeks and when calling the cell c insurance i have to wait for an hour and all invain not speaking to a consultant. finally when i spoke to one she said they were awaiting for the access fee that i needed to pay. i ask if i am a sangoma that in need to consult the bones to know because i never had a call or an email. i paid that access fee the next thing the told me to choose between an NOKIA 3/HUEW/LG for an iphone phone i had. I struggled another two to three weeks calling and no solution. until one saturday i have to be rude for the consultant to refer me to a manager. the had two iphones and said they are ordering that i may receive it. after 6weeks i have not received the phone. today i went to collect the phone, it was not sent with relevant information that the consultant may give to me. She call cell c insurance and we wait for an hour and the consultant drop the phone, she had to call again it was dropped again. i left the store again with no cellphone which i am billed every month and inclusive the insurance.
Now i need help as they put the blame on the service provider ( hollad Cell insurance) .

Contacted cellc trying to do my simswap ([protected]), was told to go to their branch with ID and Proof of residents, I took the documents to midrand cellc, I was then told that they can't help as I can't remember last 5 dialed number, after 10 years with them that's the service I get from them. I had this contract for many years. At the end of last year I received an exorbitant account for data usage, even though I have wifi at home and one of the days that I was supposed to have used it for the entire day was the day I buried my mother. After explaining and complaining to I can't remember how many agents, the penny eventually dropped with one and he was going to reverse the overcharge. The back office however, did not allow him to do so. To cut a long story short, I cancelled my contract as I did not have energy for people stealing my money and still insisting that they're in the right. I had my number ported to 'pay as you go' and verified with the agent that the account was paid up to date. Last week I received a call from a CellC agent to say that I owe R248, even though my account was paid up to date and I have received no statements from CellC.
My number has now been blocked!
I'm not sure what bullying tactics and thievery goes on in CellC, but I would like my number reinstated with immediate effect of I will be taking further action!

Hi my aunt took a contract phone with cell c she received 2 phones which is cell c jazz and summit one of the phones is not working it only worked one day and it was off it looks like the simple card is not registered and the phone does not want to switch on at all she called but no one helps her I work at a retail company and I will inform ppl for the bad service that u give to customers by this I will make sure u loose customers and tell my aunt not to pay for the phones as this is not right at all
