I waited for almost 45mins, I ask for follow up for more than 3 times. To find out they actually forgot my order. Its obvious that the staffs are not checking on their pending orders. They are not focused on their job. I ask to speak to the manager and asked for refund. Service was so bad. Staffs doesnt know what they are doing. I did had a very very bad experience. Hope this complain would do something about their service.

Chowking pancit canton and wanton mami

We ate at CK Taytay earlier. We waited 30mins for the foods to be served. No one even bother to inform us that we have to wait that long. The noodles was overcooked and taste horrible. We also asked for chili sauce the crew said that it was not available but they served chili sauce on the other table. We dont receive our money's worth. Its very disappointing because we always eat at CK and thats the first time we experienced that kind of service.

Table #37; 12/06/19; 20:16; Manager already closed the sale and gave the change before saying that our order will take 15-20 minutes. Overheard that the crew told her that the waiting time is 30 mins; manager did not forward us the information. Receipt was almost clear white. Floor is dirty; chicken bone lying on the floor. Service crew shouting at kitchen crew.

Just want to suggest, that if there's a one of the menu's isn't available you could have a replacement which fair and almost the same with the food. Chicharap isnt a replacement to siomai. It's too far dude. From the price, to taste. And if the customer doesnt want that, you could have less the price. Di yong dadamihan lang chicharap. I dont eat chicharap...

I ordered BCF with fried chicken and was advised to wait 25 mins and since I'm craving chowking I said it's fine. Naghintay ako and it's already 30 mins pina follow up ko of course. Good day! I ordered today at 15:16 a large milk tea but it is tasteless, later i found out after a couple of sip that some of the powdered milk tea was not really mixed and that causes the milk tea tasteless also the pearls are not in the good shape, i hope you're doing the proper procedure of doing it before serving and wished to not encounter like this again thank you

Chowking pearl milk tea

Hi,
I am an avid drinker of your nai cha. Until recently it was changed to pearl milk tea. It lost its strong tea flavor and i only taste milk. I've tried alot of milk tea in the market and i keep coming back to chowling's Nai cha. I was so disappointed when it tasted different. I thoughtvit was just becauae of too much ice that when it melted left the watery milk taste but when i bought anothef one just today, it tasted the same. Hope you change it back to your original recipe as i used to love. Thanks

Umorder ako 5:19 pm, dine in. Ang tagal nnag service. Ang haba na nang pila isa lang ang cashier. Wala manlang lumalabas na manager to assist or tumulong. Tapos nung nanghingi ako nang shanghai sauce sa dining na naka while polo shirt kakaunti nnag binigay parang ayaw niyang magbigay nang sauce sa portion na binigay niya. I hope ma improve ang service niyo. Thanks.

Chowking product not available

Good day!

I just want to share my experience sa store po ninyo sa Paseo ave. I enter the store and notice na isa lang ung cashier given na pang lima ako sa pila so peak na, may dumating na isa pang cashier pumila agad ako. Hindi ko alam kung pagod na ung mga cashier pero never silang nagsmile sa lahat ng customers nila, parehas silang iritable, dun palang ampanget na ng experience ko talaga. Then napunch order ko @ 23:34. I waited 15mins, ok pa, 20 mins I asked them ano nlng kulang sa order ko. But they just said "finollow up na po" wala man lang nagtingin ano problem sa order ko busyng busy silang lahat magturn over ehh 24hrs nmn ung store! Umakyat na ako sa taas para sa kitchen na magtanong ano kulang sa order ko. Sabi nila ung chicken, sabi ko dapat sinabi nila nung umpisa palang sana iba inorder ko or sa iba nlng kami umorder. More than 30 mins ako nagantay sa order ko. I asked the cashier if may manager in duty sila, sabi nya meron, I asked her kung pwd makausap. Tinawag nya ung manager pero walang manager na nagappear. Pumunta ako ulit sa taas para ifollow up ulit ung order ko. Nakakadisappoint na ayaw ko na sana magcomplaint at gusto ko nlng makausap ung MOD para aware sya sa itsura ng store nya that time at ung service na binibigay nila. Kaso parang pati MOD ipepending nila. Sobrang dissappointed ako at never na akong kakain or oorder sa store nyo na yon. Nagwork ako din ako sa fastfood for 5years so alam ko ung feeling. 30 mins waiting is too much. Naover break ako sa work ko dahil sa walang communication ung kitchen at counter at hindi visible ang manager nila, hindi ata marunong magrounds ng store si mam Kath. Sana hindi na maexperience ng iba ung naexperience ko. Sana marunong ng projection ung mga crew nyo.

Chowking service

Would like to raise a feedback for your Plaza Leon Tondo Brach, We able to eat our breakfast last week and the service is horrible, even if state that they are available 24 hours service, most of the time, they accept orders they can't handle well, the crew are not approachable and they are making faces when we are asking them to follow up our order, since they prepare the foods more than half an hour.

I hope for better governance for this branch, it is just sad to experience this service.

Chowking very slow service

I ordered my meal at 12:28pm, after waiting for 15 minutes i asked a crew who was passing by to follow up my order. i waited til 12:56pm and its still wasn't served yet. So i decided to approach the counter since my meal break is finished. Lo and behold, they forgot about about my order. I told them i need to leave. I need them to wrap it for me so i can take it and have it at my workplace. They did not even follow up every orders that's coming in and out of the screen and the kitchen. Considering there's a lot of them and not that many customers inside the restaurant. What are they even doing?and the cashier had the audacity to ask me "it wasn't served yet?". Why would i even ask you if it was already given to me. The time i spent there is the same as if i had it delivered.

Chowking ordering food while store still opened around 8:45

We're at Chowking festival mall 1 Alabang Muntinlupa city, it was around 8:30 that night, last night November 19, 2019. I ordered their last menu available it was pork chowfan with siomai toppings the cashier told me that fried siomai was only the available so we took it because I am starving already co'z I'm pregnant, we've waited 25 minutes and followed up our order on one of the crews still no order was given still handling the que number they gave until my husband complains the manager didn't apProach us and cashier told us there is no pending food and they are about to close but why did they still took our order they took the load inside my Chowking card my husband ask for refund without them apologizing. How could they do that to a pregnant who's hungry and waited so much time...

Chowking services

Chowking at 168, we have never seen a damn rude manager, we are all piled up having 2 long lines, we just ask why only one cashier for a pile of customers, then the manager just stated, "gusto nyo dun kayo sa chowking sa baba pumila, dun maraming cashier" with an irritating way of saying that to your customers then leaves, while other customers are still complaining. Everyone was devastated and very much disapponted on how Manager CARLOS treats his customers. You are a disgrace to this company. You should have just apologize for having KIA as the only cashier available.

Chowking extremely disappointed on late delivery

I ordered Chowking for delivery because I am a PWD and a solo parent too. I do not feel comfortable leaving my two kids at night just to get Chowking food.
After waiting for max of 75 minutes, as their promise in their email states wait time is 60-75 minutes, I slowly felt disappointed for choosing delivery from this establishment, and frustrated that my children and I waited for nothing.
Truly crappy service.

Chowking service. I wanted to complaint about your cashier rema because she didn't clear out our order

We order 2 laurait meals n a reGular siopao asado . Fisrt we notice that why our bill is large so my husband see that we have in our bill upg for the drinks because our choice of drinks is ice tea she didn't clear that if we have choose ice tea it comes with the additional so . For the second time we notice that the siopao i order regular . She punch in our receipt large so i ask the waiter if my siopao is large . Also your waiter and cashier ddnt apolgized for what happend . We are very disapointed with your team . You must trained them well to handle your guest .
