I bought a clover valley diet cola from dollar general today, 6-5-12. The date on the cola was october 2012, so imagine my surprise when i drank a swallow of it and it was so nasty i had to spit it out, i started to by 2 of them but i m glad i didnt, if you cant sell anything that doesnt taste no better than that you should stop selling it, yuck, nasty,
Bought a 6 pack of clover valley apple juice at at walmart. Working in a food factory for over 40 years I'm very familiar with the concussion taken for cleanliness and sanitation. Sitting drinking one of these with my lunch and looked at the lid and it was filthy black inside. Went home and opened the last one I had left in the cabinet Not only was the lid filthy with black dirt inside of it but there was a scum looking garbage on the top of the juice. Look like something that I saw floating on top my septic tank.
The Last Time I will buy this horrible tasting milk (Clover Valley). Please bring back Pet Milk!
I just bought a gallon of Clover Valley milk for the first time from the Dollar Store just because it was quick to run in get then back out. I use milk for my cereal and give the left over milk to my cat. He loves it. However, I noticed the first bowl I gave to him he just smelled it and would not even take a drink. I didn’t think much of it. But, the second bowl he would not drink it either! The expiration date stamped on the jug is good and I pulled up the code to see what dairy this milk came from. It came from Arizona and I live in NE TN. Are they putting lots of preservatives in their milk to keep it from spoiling during transport? If my cat won’t drink it, I will not be using any more of it and will pour it out. I won’t make this mistake again.
Ditto here! It tasted like chemicals. Never again!
I just bought some and almost threw up. I can't believe they sell this crap and get away with it.
Someone should do a chemical test on Clover Valley milk to find out exactly what is in this putrid white liquid.
I have a complaint about their so-called Customer Service number. I had bad milk and called the 800 number on the jug for the Athens TN milk. They've put me off twice and so far haven't offered any compensation for my bad milk. So much for a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. They kept me on the phone over 15 minutes the first time and more than 10 minutes the 2nd time with no result except to say they'd have management call me back. That was 8 days ago. Do they have such a huge volume of complaints about their milk that it takes 8 days to accomplish a 5-minute task, like sending a coupon for a replacement gallon? I personally have had zero complaints about the milk 99% of the time but one simple request for a coupon was too much for them to handle.
Same here. It has a metallic taste to it. Tennessee here.
Here it is in year 2024 and this disgusting milk is STILL being sold! I find it hard to believe that this nasty stuff could have ever passed inspection! If this is milk, what type of animal did it really come from? Surely, it can't be coming from a cow! FDA needs to get involved!
