I am a regular customer at this pharmacy. I am enrolled in the automatic refill program. My prescriptions ran out yesterday. I reordered them and asked they be ready at 3pm. I waited until 4pm to pick them up only to be told to come back in an hour. I waited until this !morning to go back. The technician proceeded to tell me there was a 2week backlog. I...

1. This store is not on the CVS website. 2. Any call to CVS takes you into an interminable voice mail hell. So I tried their www. 3. From the website I got the telephone number of another close by store. 4. Then you go thru their voice mail hell to reach a human who cannot identify another CVS only about 1 mile down the road, and has seen it on her way to...

I left my discount card at cvs one day and never got it back. I have tried 5 times to order a new one with no luck at all. Most of the time the coupon machine is out of order so I receive no coupons ahead of my purchases. That is why I shop there because I spend a lot and like the savings I use to get with my card. Why is it so difficult getting another...

Hello I only always go into this CVS for my medication ONLY. Sometimes for the 99 cent jewelry. Yesterday February 9, 2020 me and my son were in the store in order to get Laundry detergent, fabulosa which was way too expensive by the way. I purchased twenty one pieces of jewelry. The woman in the leg brace followed me and my son to this isle so I asked her...

How am supposed to live when I can't get my medication when it's time to be refilled? It's ridiculous to have to wait a week on a medication that is helping keep you living. It is so rediculos. It's a wonder CVS. Doesn't have many lawsuits for family members dying because of piss poor service. This store will probably be a Arby's soon. I bet they will do...

I have lived in Crosby for 30 years. I am not sure how often your marketing department or customer satisfaction personnel check social media for reviews. This Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible. No concern for customers at all and this is over & over & over. They don't care if they are out of medication, they don't care how long you wait for medication...

I had called in a new prescription before the expiration date, as I usually do, a few days ahead. I hadn't made it to the pharmacy immediately, but received a text today to pick up my prescription. In January I tried to switch from Walgreens to CVS
per my insurance company suggestion
I had my first kidney transplant in June of 2005 and I have never once paid a deductible or paid a monthly fee for these two drugs
In January the CVS pharmacists insisted I must pay a deductible which I tried to tell her and she could not get it to work. (I truly think she did not believe me)
She made little effort to correct the situation
I paid the "deductible". So when I ordered refills, she billed me again. After waiting on hold for 28 minutes, she tried again to get my cost to zero.
No luck. She said she would call Medicare on Monday but I needed to call and remind her. I then said and wait on hold for 30 minutes. She said you have the option of going back to Walgreens.
Obviously I have gone back to Walgreens

I have been using the cvs on lake pleasant and happly valley store 8952 for many years. Abby has been so helpful for so many years...however, I went in today to pick up and she was speaking badly about one of the other girls right in front of me. As helpful as she has always been I was so upset to see this other young lady working so hard and listeing to the inappropriate comments coming from Abby. I wanted to say something but I decided to just change my CVS location.

"Though often the higher tier drug is a better drug with fewer side effects"? You don't know what you are talking about. The generic drugs have to prove their equivalence or the FDA will not approve them. JUST LIKE the so-called "higher tier" drugs. And it is against the law for anyone to claim they have fewer side effects unless their approved label (FDA word) shows it. Clearly you have no idea and NO ONE SHOULD LISTEN TO YOU. Not all info on the web is accurate, folks
