On April 9th at approximately 6:30 pm I had a terrible experience with an employee at the 1785 S 8th St Ste E, Colorado Springs, CO 80905 location. There were two female employees gossiping at the end of one of the aisles. As I approached the register, they both looked at me. I got to the register and waited. I leaned away from the register to see if one of the employees was coming. When the woman came to the register she said very angrily "Sorry you had to wait 30 seconds longer than you wanted to" I started to say "You saw me..." but I was cut off by her and she nastily said "I don't need your attitude, I can kick you out of this store." I was so flabbergasted, I didn't know how to respond to her. I just paid, and as I was walking to the door she sarcastically yelled out "Have a nice day ma'am." I have never experienced such rude, hateful, unprofessional service in my life. This particular woman always seems to be really angry that she has to wait on customers. She doesn't smile or acknowledge anyone when she is at the register. It's like she absolutely detests her job. As far as I am concerned, she has no business being in a customer service position.
I don't know her name, but she is average height, a little heavy with curly blonde hair, very pale complexion and blue eyes. She appears to be in her 30's or maybe early forties. I hope that this employee is disciplined for her behavior, so this sort of thing does not happen to other customers if it hasn't already.
