Dollar Tree review: Conditions and service from the manager

It was on Sunday, November 26, 2023.The Shenandoah, Pennsylvania store. We got to the store about 6:03pm. My daughter and I went into the store to look for glitter. We went into the Christmas isles first to look around and my daughter had to move the blue cart with Merchandise on it just to look at the Christmas balls. There were other boxes on the floor that you had to maneuver around to get into the next isle. I went down the party isle and there was a box of stuff on the floor with a bunch of stuff in it also. So, going down the craft isle looking for glitter which they only had one color which it wasn't the color I needed or wanted so I headed towards the back of the isle and moved the blue cart over a little with my shopping cart just to get out of the isle. I saw a worker by the freezer section so I asked her if she could help me by checking to see if they had any others in the back and she said she was on break and apologized and said there is two other workers up front that could help. So, I went up to the front of the store and asked the lady that was by the doors where you come into and she said she didn't know and then she yelled over to the Manager on the register and he said he didn't know but, give him like 5 to 10 minutes until he gets off the register and he will look. I said okay. After I asked him the lady that was by the doors walked over to the guy on registered and stood there and was talking to him for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Not doing anything which she could have went back and checked for the glitter to see if they had any but nope. So, he got off the register like 5 minutes later and went into the office and never came back out to go to the back storage area and look for what I asked him to check for. I waited like 15 to 20 minutes past the time that he got off the register and he still did not come out, so I went and checked out and left at 6:49pm. That was so ignorant of him and the lady up front to help me. The place looks like a disaster area with some isles were really messed up, extra boxes on the floor that you have to walk around especially by the Christmas stuff in the first isle and the craft isle you have to move stuff on the shelves just to find stuff that you are looking for.
