Dollar Tree review: Managers 1

Whenever an employee has death in family managers never ask for proof. Never asks for a death certificate. As employee here is a pathological compulsive repetitive constant Liar! This employee claims to be millionaire who blew all money on cigarettes as he told managers who all believe his every lie! Managers here refuse to ask him questions as this employee told managers 3 different stories containing his families death. He was unable to stick to 1 main story, he told managers 3 different deaths from 1 family member. Very suspicious about that. This employee wasn't even sad, this employee made jokes, this employee is full of [censored] and lies about death. Unacceptable!

Managers tolerate employees who stand around, never learn the products so if customer ask for help, this employee cannot help! This employee makes up stories and lies to everybody same with district managers and managers at this store! Managers tolerate employees not knowing what to do and or how to do their job. This employee works here long enough to understand and should know how to load green dot cards, do exchanges, stock. Managers ignore teaching employees anything here. Managers help employees get away with stealing products as managers make fun of employee theft and tolerate on job theft. Manager still works here as they continue to not open tills, have to have DM tell them what to do like a child! Managers target and denied employees days off on purpose as this manager has lied to employees and DM all they like. No write ups for this manager who breaks code of conduct policies violating every day here. This manager helped employee steal products every shift as thief employee takes advantage of weak pathetic manager who disrespectful discrimination towards employees. DM is fully aware, just excuses racism from this manager that purposely targets employees.
