Came into Store #3662 in Camden, DE today @ 10:50, 1/24/2024 to purchase one item, and winded up with over the amount of cash, $5.00, I had on hand. Ask associate to delete two items from the receipt. I did not want to use my credit card for a small purchase. Originally i had 5 items that totaled $6.25. He didn't hear me say two items, he only deleted one item. I gave him $5.00 waiting for change because now my cost is $3.75. He argued that I said to delete one item and was very rude in front of other customers and threw the receipt at me. At this point I didn't raise my voice and said that it's not a big deal people make mistakes. Well he huffed and puffed and went to get the manager. He got the manager who said Dollar Tree does not give a customer money back with a receipt and she said its on the bottom of the receipt. That's not true! There's nothing on the bottom of my receipt. At this point I will be returning the items I purchased back to this store for my money.
