Oct 8, 2020 today I was at the above store in hot springs ar and was next to checkout. I politely ask if another employee that was wearing a mask could check me out or else could he put a mask on his chin very rudely he replied I could go to walmart if I didnt like it. He was well or he wouldn't be at the store. He did proceed to office to get a mask all the time ranting I could go somewhere else and did I still want to check our? He was visibly angry. By this time I was in tears and told him I couldn't believe he was being so rude to me. Of course he said he was not being rude. I am 74 years old, today is my birthday, I am sure he would not have acted like he did if I was younger. I told him my husband and granddaughter were surviving cancer and I had to be extra careful. In a condescending tone he said he was sorry about my husband and granddaughter but would not be bullied. My reply was I can tell by your voice you are. After regaining my composure, I did checkout. I shop at that store very often because it is in my neighborhood. I will relate this experience to my friends and you may loose additional customers.
