fake chinese junk
I think everyone should know this and be aware not to by anything from china. Everything on ebay that comes out of china is fake. These chinese use all sorts of tricks from listing themselves are being a uk seller when in fact if you read the bottom of their page you will see their address in china, They list themselves as being in major cities in the uk and their stock is uk based...all of this is lies. They also set up fake accounts and make bogus transactions between the accounts to give themselves false feedback and make themselves look like they are a reputable business. Anything you can imagine ...the chinese fake it all, even down the faking old coins. I guess the little yellow tag is rightly deserved as far as these people are concerned.
unethical behavior from customer service
I had a gal try and pull a fast one on me, but it has been resolved and closed now, but I'm being punished for it and called a dishonest person by a customer service rep. about an override on my account by a supervisor a couple months ago. She said it doesn't exist, and no record of it exists in my account, yet I have that call and her call recorded to prove it. I asked to speak to supervisor, she said I'd get a call back but I never have. Neither time.
I would like to speak to a supervisor and my disability should not deem how I'm treated!
I can't attach recorded call.
This all took place today January 17th 2018
They are holding all of my funds on PayPal now all of a sudden even the funds that have nothing to do with ebay. I was well within my rights to decline refund, now it appears they are retaliating even though that case is closed and those funds released.
I needed help on an issue of shipment but couldn't get it.
I called late morning and early afternoon, and again in evening.
Im recovering from brain tumor and really struggle sometimes. I know this isn't making sense, but I have recordings of all calls so I don't get so confused, and wow the way they talked to me is hard to listen to.
There is just to much to give a lot of information about it all.

This ebay user ston_tamel is selling a replica Patek Philippe Nautilus. This is a Federal Crime and also a serious Crime in the State of California. In addition, Patek Philippe can sue the seller under the Lanham Act.
Dear Law Enforcement and Attorneys for Patek Philippe... I lay it out, so y'all can play it out. Bust this guy.
Trademark Infringement is not a victimless crime.
Legit companies like Seiko, Citizen, Timex, Bulova, etc. who sell watches at the price point of fakes are being damaged.
Patek Philippe will be wrongly judged on their extremely high quality by anyone who sees this watch and believes it is representative of the quality of Patek Philippe watches.
Watches bearing counterfeit trademarks are produced by Criminal Enterprises... Mostly operating out of China, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.
This seller needs to learn a lesson by being Prosecuted and Sued. The seller, ston_tamel can be arrested by local Police in California; Federal Agents; and can be sued for Violating the Lanham Act. All three can happen to the seller independently of one another.

The term spurious mark includes genuine marks used on or in connection with spurious articles and includes identical articles containing identical marks, where the goods or marks were reproduced without authorization of, or in excess of any authorization granted by, the registrant. (C) Retail or fair market value of a counterfeit article means a value equivalent to the retail price or fair market value, as of the last day of the charged crime, of a completed similar genuine article containing a genuine mark.
(f) This section shall not be enforced against any party who has adopted and lawfully used the same or confusingly similar mark in the rendition of like services or the manufacture or sale of like goods in this state from a date prior to the earliest effective date of registration of the service mark or trademark either with the Secretary of State or on the Principle Register of the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

fake rolex yachtmaster being sold on ebay...
Ebay seller spoukd is selling an illegal fake rolex yachtmaster. this is a federal felony and also a crime in most states.
The seller claims to be from vicksburg, ms
Selling replica rolex watches is a serious crime. even if you tell the buyer it is a fake, you are still guilty of trafficking in items bearing counterfeit trademarks.
If this seller is selling this fake rolex, what other crimes is the seller committing? I suggest staying far away from anyone selling replica watches. even if you are buying an innocent item, you never know when this seller will be arrested... you might not get your item. it is also bad policy to buy items from someone engaged in criminal activity.
In addition to being a federal felony, it is also a separate felony in the state of mississippi to sell items bearing counterfeit trademarks.
Here is the mississippi law on trademark counterfeiting:
2013 mississippi code

Three months back i ordered 8 items from AliExpress and I am waiting till now, none of the orders got delivered but in tracking it shows arrived in India. So i would suggest everyone not to select Yanwen Shipping.
I regret choosing Yanwen but my items prices were below 5$ so i thought i would for free yanwen shipping.
Guys if you want free shipping go for China Post or 4px because i personally had really good experience with china post
filing anything
No matter what on ebay, they have a list to go thru on topics. If you have a complaint, or whatever, they give you a list to pick from without (other) so if you don't have their option, you are done. Ebay allows their sellers to use false advertising, and other scam tactics, and you are dead ended before you start on a complaint. They show an Item, and when you get it, it may be completely different from what they were selling, which has happened to me several times, and you are out of luck resolving the problem because you are dead ended. I just closed my account, It took about 30 minutes and I am still not sure about it being closed. China and the other Asian sites seem to be the worse for doing the false advertising and scam. And Ebay Has it set up to where you are on your own with it, they offer no resolution.
battery/refund
Their off brand battery did not fit my laptop, i arranged a refund, I mailed back battery, but i mistakenly lost the postal receipt with the tracking number, of course they asked for the tracking number, and when i couldn't provide it they never received it. complete scam. and then they canceled my return through ebay. if you don't want to get screwed over like me, , , AVOID THEM
iphone 6
The sellers name on ebay is Sunwebzone (AKA salivan network technology) The seller is based in China but lists many of their items as if they are being sent from within Australia.
This seller is a dirty, dishonest cheater who owes me over AU $400.
I bought a refurbished IPhone 6 from them, they advertised the phone with a warranty and 100% cash back if the phone had a problem within 30 days. The phone stopped working very quickly with a software issue. I contacted the seller, at first she offered $40 and asked me to bring the phone to a local apple store for fixing. I refused the offer. So, she told me to send it to the person in HongKong named Danny and offered a refund . I sent it to Hongkong (cost me $22 for the delivery). When the item was delivered to HongKong (I checked it with post office tracking website). I asked for the refund. The seller kept buying time, delaying the refund. Eventually it became obvious the seller had no intention of refunding me. I have returned the phone to them, and they have stolen over $400 as they have withheld the refund.
Avoid buying from these criminals.
ebay does not protect consumers from dishonest sellers
eBay case: [protected]
eBay seller fpipowerhut2010 shipped defective product. fpipowerhut2010 offered to send replacement product and told the consumer to pay $75.00 through PayPal to pengfei133 at gmail.com. Consumer paid the extra $75.00 but fpipowerhut2010 did not ship the replacement product.
I'm out the original purchase price of the defective product of $136.99 plus the additional $75.00 sent to them for shipping the replacement product which they never sent. Total amount: $211.99. BUT EBAY NOW REMOVED MY NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT THE SELLER, AND NOW THE SELLER CAN DO THIS TO THE NEXT CONSUMER.
eBay made it clear they protect the SELLER not the BUYER. Even after going over the whole scam by fpipowerhut2010, they even removed me negative comment so other buyers could at least be warned. eBay does not care about the BUYER. Use AMAZON or some other credible vendor if you want to be protected from unscrupulous sellers intent on ripping you off.
They do NOT care about the purchaser. They PROTECT the sellers. They were not apologetic about their policy and did not make any - ANY effort to help me recover a portion of the money they stole from me.
Always use the official ebay resolution center for any problems with ebay, you are covered either as a buyer or seller.
john deere lawn tractor belt
I purchased a "kevlar" tractor belt from "epr distribution." I received a belt that was not a kevlar belt, which does not stretch, with a lower cost belt that did stretch. Over several weeks the belt began to stretch such that it would not turn the mower blades through any difficult grass.
When I complained to eprdistribution, see below, they claimed the warranty period was over. They never denied that the belt was not as advertised. Since the belt takes some to stretch out to where it is useless, the belt has a latent defect and should be replaced with a valid kevlar belt or the money returned. The vendor simply ignores my requests.

to eBay
As I mentioned in my second email, the stretch of the belt is a latent defect and latent defects by definition are defects that cannot be identified during normal inspection processes and therefore are allotted additional time for the user to make claim. I am still expecting restitution for a belt that apparently never was the kevlar type advertised.

iphone 6 plus sold as unlocked but doesn't work after 3 months
I purchased an iphone 6 plus through your site in mid june 2017 which was delivered on june 21 with slight issues as I couldnt sent text messages right away. After a month I realized that the phone is the only one among other cell phones which doesnt see all wifi nearby. Later on I figured out that the phone kicks me out of wifi although I am sitting next to the rooter!
Now after 3 months the phone doesnt work at all! Last thing was while I was having a n important conversation via viber, it turned off and doesnt turn on again! If you try to charge, it claims only 1% as it doesnt charge. It is not the battery as even on charger, the phone doesnt let you join any internet.
The phone was not sold as unlocked not as used! I insist on getting a full refund or a replacement as soon as possible. Seller was notified on friday 13 oct. 2017 but no answer yet!
Thank you. Sofia limberi
don't do business with them
Frustrated. My order never arrived. And they took no responsibility for that.
I contacted their customer service, they said they would see what they could do, but did absolutely nothing. They didn't even call me back and didn't notify me that they stopped working on my problem.
I don't want to deal with you anymore, you are very unreliable and have a very slow shipping, even though I really doubt that I will someday get my order.
cubicles
This is to make you aware that Eric and Amber Turnage, currently doing business as cubes2go, and recently doing business as myofficefirst.com and also under Turnage LLC has bee fraudulent in the way they are selling their used cubicles. They are putting items on eBay that they don not have in their possession at the time of auction. It is often months before they ship product. I am the victim of one of these transactions. I received three office cubicles that did not match description of what was advertised on eBay. I received wrong fabric, wrong doors, lack of electrical and a delay in shipping. They are currently advertising on eBay this same system under cubes2gocom for $1495. I tried to file a complaint with BBB but cannot find their business.
We agreed that I would keep current cubicles as shipped with the expectation they would replace doors in October when they get to remove them from a business. They also agreed to refund me $300 for the electrical parts that never arrived with system. So far it has been a month and I have not received check even though after two phone calls they said they would send it. All eBay buyers beware!
will never purchase from them again
They are extremely very quick in taking your money and extremely slow when it comes to refund if their products do not meet your expectations, which is a normal practice.
Can't say anything bad about the delivery, it was fast, but the dress I got was too small for wearing, so I thought I would send it back. I did. They confirmed its receipt 5 days after I sent it. But it's been 3 weeks and still there's no refund. I wonder why. What exactly takes you so long to make this tough decision?
I advise anybody else to shop elsewhere
the seller promised me a date and the item still has not even been shipped out
I was promised I would recieve my order by september 13th so i would have it in enough time for my sisters birthday so I could send it back overseas to her cause she is in the military it was supposedly pre shipment as of september 9th and still not been changed and the seller is ignoring my messages. I am not being rude to the seller either simply asking whats going on.
item not received
This has been my worst shopping experience. I have bought from other stores on line and experienced little or no problem. I am beginning to think that some ofthese sellers on ebays are scammers especially one called Diamond Wireless. I need my money back. This has now happened twice first time with a different seller. Diamond Wireless am waiting on my refund. You are very dishonest when you filed a case against me. I am the one with the case. Buyers need to know about you. You are a scammer and you are in cahoot with ebay. I am gonna continue publishing distasteful things about you until you return my money.

very poor customer service
I ordered several items for a special occasion and asked them to deliver it by that date. They said ok, confirmed everything. The special day was closer and closer, and my item was somewhere I didn't know where. I contacted them to clarify the details and found out that some of the items were out of stock. They provided no guarantees, even though they could have called me when they problem occurred and I would cancel the order and found another way of resolution. In general, it's just terrible. No guarantees, no offers, no alternative, nothing from you but a headache.
